Very friendly! Went in to embroider a Bible verse. I wasn’t clear, I didn’t say that I wanted it a certain size because I assumed it was going to be done as big as the fabric I brought. I didn’t hear her say that what I chose was going to end up small. I’m assuming she also thought I was aware of sizing and prices. After misunderstandings and miscommunication, I’m getting what I want to make my new nephews quilt really special. Just let the lady know what you want exactly and she’ll make sure you get it. I only wish I had asked for her name from the beginning.

They are amazing! Their work is done beautifully and quickly! Katherine was more than helpful with going over all the different colors and fonts! Ronny always has my items folded nicely where I can easily see their work when I pick up! I also love seeing their mascot Stitches! Hes such a sweet little boy! I come here for all my embroidery needs and you should too! They are a wonderful example of good customer service.

We had such a wonderful experience with Embroidery Images. I wanted my sons back pack and lunch bag embroidered with his name on it for kindergarten. Everyone was so nice, professional and had my items ready in a timely manner. Getting good customer care and service is hard to find so I would like to thank yall very much. I called to have 1 item done, on December10th. If I wanted by Christmas THERE WAS A $40 RUSH FEE ON TOP OF fee for the job. I took my item to another shopHad it done in 3 days. No rush fee. How How greedy.I appreciate your response. But the bottom line you charge a $40 RUSH fee 1 month before Christmas. Your explanation for the holiday fee was to focus on quality. You are the only embroidery business that I know that practices such an openly greedy business practice. Merry. Christmas

I am glad to have met the couple that runs this business. I think it is so important to support local business. I have had embroidery done at other local shops, but the quality here shows when compared to others. You get a great job every time!

Ive been here many times for embroidered hats and shirts and they always do a fantastic job. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a quick turn around time. I cant see myself going anywhere else.

My HVAC company uses Embroidery Images for our uniforms. Our service techs have collared shirts that are embroidered and our installation techs have screen printed t-shirts. Katherine and Ronnie are always so kind and helpful. They helped find shirts in Tall sizes which no other company was willing or able to do. They always meet their promised due date and sometimes even earlier. We dont even consider using anyone else.

The cleanest embroidery I’ve found anywhere! Not a single thread out. Plus they made a 3D logo for us! Excellent service and home town feel. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience the woman behind the counter is very muddy and rude if you don’t like what they did she becomes very aggressive at the point that she tells you and quote “ stop bitching” and quote. very very rude woman!Lying won’t help you! You said 2 days of rudeness??? Liar!!! Just because my managers and I put a complain on the table?You don’t know what a costumer service is you should be fired and if you are the owner well that said a lot to all the people that We know, because we will let everybody know about the costumer service experience that we have and lying is not a good way for you to excuse you aggression, my Managers heard you on the phone when we contact you and you had been very aggressive all the time you where on the speaker phone !
