We needed a gym mirror and a realtor recommended this company, and I am so impressed! I placed our order on Monday and by Wednesday the mirror was ready to be installed. The guys who installed it did a great job (quick, no mess left behind, and mirror was meticulously clean) and were polite, as well as the lady (Theresa) that I spoke with on the phone.

About 2 years ago I called to get quote in our old gym. 2 gentlemen came out super nice. I call the office to get my quote because I never heard from them. The lady in the front office gave me a price I said yes lets do it. Called back for my credit card information she said sorry gave you the wrong price. Price was triple then what was quoted. Just decided no its ok I will just use the mirror I have. It was only a garage gym.Since then we moved and adding once again a gym but inside our home. So I thought I would call and give them a second chance. When I called, today, I tell the lady who answered I am needing a quote for a gym mirror if someone can come out and give me quote. She said what you need. I tell her what do you mean I dont know a large mirror. She says tell me the the size ill give you a quote on the phone. I proceed to tell her I will need a custom mirror because I have weight equipment that is attached to the wall so I cant just give her a regular size. She then proceeds to make every excuse in the book about glass.At the end of the day I just wanted the installers to come out and look at my project and tell me why could be done to accommodate my space. At the end of the day I was super annoyed and just hung up. Customer service on the phone was terrible so there was no need to move forward

I had two pieces cut, and they were able to do it right away. They were friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely go back when I need glass.

I called on a Friday morning and they came by the same day to measure my large arched front window. I received a call later that afternoon with the price. They ordered the window and called a few days later to let me know it was in and then scheduled someone to come out the same day! They did an awesome job; the communication and efficiency was terrific! Also, some of the friendliest people...from the woman that took my initial call; to the woman who called to let me know it was ready and the guys that came out to install! So glad I called them. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I am not sure if the other reviews are true.The price they charged were three times higher than the other glass store. Get quotes from other stores before you decide.

Great place...I called and gave them the dimensions and she called me back in 15 minutes and told me it was ready. Friendly and professional, can’t ask for anything more!
