This place is phenomenal. The guys are so helpful, patience, the prices are awesome, and the service is unmatched.Our fridge died on us part way through the week and everything was back ordered for our height so I called here for the in stock options because I didnt want to be without a fridge for months.I drove the hour to get there and thank god I did. They had exactly what I needed and they could deliver it the next day. They walked me through all my different options and were so helpful. I also never felt like I was being sold on something I didnt need. Most stores wont take that time and care with you.Next day my fridge gets delivered, doesnt fit. Turns out my cabinet is lopsided. They were very understanding and took the fridge back so later that day I returned to the store and they helped me pick a different one (I was also lucky that they got three shipments in that day so for a very small size I was still able to maximize my space and options).Ali delivers the next one and hazzah it fits! This week was rough with work that having a broken fridge, not finding any, then not fitting, could easily have broken me but these guys really did save my sanity and groceries. I had such wonderful experience with their service and deals I almost wish I need another appliance. I will be telling everyone about this place. They are so wonderful!

Just had to replace my clothes dryer. I truly appreciated the helpfulness, kindness and excellent service afforded by the men who sold me a new dryer . We’ve been looking for a store where we can buy a cheap and good quality appliances and we found appliances club in google and i read most of the reviews and we went to the store and all the reviews was true. Amir and Reza specially amir they were very kind and helpful. We bought a washer and dryer for a very good price!! And we needed a mattress too for a good deal again. After couple days my tv was damage when we we’re moving. So i ask amir if they have some tv’s and guess what we bought a tv from them for a good price!! All i can say is this is gonna be our appliances store and i recommended them to all my friends and family.

Our old washing machine broke, and surprisingly no appliance stores carry washing machines in store for same day pick-up! We called around all morning and finally found Appliances Club. They had several options to choose from at a range of prices. They were very knowledgeable and helped us find a washer we were excited about. It was an amazing customer service experience that we were grateful for. We will be buying appliances from them from now on.

Purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator for our rental property in TX from Appliances Club and it broke down twice in 6 months. Upon reaching out to Appliances Club regarding the problem, I was told to contact Whirlpool service team to fix the problem. I reached out to Whirlpool service and the repairing team said that refrigerator parts were exchanged or modified previously.I enquired more about the refrigerator and it seems that our refrigerator was purchased from Lowes 6 months before I purchased it from Appliances Club. During the 6 months, some parts were exchanged and replaced it with faulty ones. Full manufacturing warranty, as mentioned here applies from the date originally purchased from dealer (Lowes in our case). I lost hours being on call with the Whirlpool team and it cost me $300 to fix my refrigerator.This is a deceptive/fraud retailer and I would highly recommend NOT to purchase from here.

I have been having trouble with an old dryer for 2 weeks (bought a long time ago at a different place in my husbands past life). My husband picked out what he wanted and sent me on the search to buy them. I dont know why, but everyone is buying the new GE washer with the venting system. Everything is on backorder until late December through January. I needed something now! I needed the dryer now atleast, but could wait on the washer since our old one still worked. After looking at major chains and trying different zip codes to see who had the appliance (my focus was mainly the dryer since I needed it asap) in stock, I found no one... well until I typed in Appliance Store Near Me into Google... then I found this little GEM of a store. I didnt know if it was a chain store and I hadnt heard of it, but I think they just have this location. It is open boxed appliances for anyone wondering, I didnt know until I walked in. Anyways I found the dryer I needed to match the washer im buying, it only had scuff marks on the front plastic door window and a tiny ding in the back, that wasnt noticeable unless your behind it. I was able to get it discounted since it was an open box and scuffed, but honestly what matters is that it works right? The customer service was great. I hate pushy sales people and they were not pushy at all. In fact I called thinking I could leave a message at 7am to the company for someone to call me back when they opened, the owner answered. Instead of telling me to kick rocks, he followed up with a text asking what product I needed and so fourth. He was super pleasant even at 7am and me probably waking him up. I had no idea the store number was his cell number. So if the owner is reading this, so sorry!I was charged 50 for delivery being 7 minutes away and 25 for hauling my old appliance away. When the driver showed up to my house, he was extremely kind and caught an error from my home builder of the house we had built 2 years ago.. The electrician installed a stove outlet in my laundry room, so the driver replaced the cord to make it work. We are really happy, it was one of the easiest shopping experiences and deliveries. The driver definitely saved my husband a drive to homedepot and I was able to take all my laundry hang drying around the house to throw in as soon as he left. I tend to review alot of places, I highly recommend this place. I saw a fridge there marked down by a grand that they were selling at Home Depot for 3000. So if you dont mind a ding, a scuff or two with a fully working and functioning product, this is a good place! Trust me, some of products they were just open boxes and had nothing wrong even cosmetically. Id go to this place before you walk into a chain store. They get shipments in every week I was told. If there is something specific your looking for then let them know at the store and they will try to hunt it down for you to bring to the store. Anyways I attached pictures of the product I purchased. :)

This place helped us out so much when we were in a pinch to get a fridge ASAP. The prices were reasonable and after hearing our story, their delivery guy graciously agreed to deliver/install our fridge the same day - even if it meant he was going to be working past working hours. Just great customer service - thank you!!

I found this company on Facebook Marketplace. Amir and his team are outstanding. He helped us purchase a great (practically new) Samsung refrigerator for a price that worked with our budget and significantly less than if we went to a big box store. The process was very easy going with no hassle or pressure.Delivery was exactly as promised, on time and included installation (they even removed our front door, since it was not as wide as the refrigerator, all with a smile and great attitude).I whole heartedly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from there again.

This was an incredible experience as far as appliance shopping .Sam and Amir were very knowledgeable. The customer service was exceptional five stars! They were helpful, considerate, and kind. Buyer Beware. Read the reviews. These guys will sell you a new appliance which is NOT new. This is a complete scam. I purchased a new appliance and when it was delivered it was obviously a used appliance and to top it off, it didnt even work! It didnt get delivered in a box because it fell apart in the back of the truck, this has never happened before... blah blah blah. I could go on with the lies that kept coming. Getting my money back became a production. You will be better served elsewhere.

I came into contact with Appliance Club by chance. I own a Home Improvement company and a customer needed a new fridge. They helped me to buy a fridge for my customer. They helped me with this process with great kindness and great patience. This particular customer ended up not being satisfied with the fridge that was delivered and Amir and his team, graciously helped me exchange it for another! This is not normal, it is normally an AS IS purchase! They really saved my life by allowing me to exchange the fridge! We were able to buy an excellent fridge with some minor dings at a great price, and it was delivered the very next morning. It turned out that one of our doors was too small to fit the fridge through, so it was transported around the house to the front door that still had to be taken off of its hinges. Once coming down the hallway, the ledge that is visible in the picture was indeed a problem, as Amir, our delivery person, had predicted. While I had to leave for work, Amir stayed and took the time to take the doors off the fridge so it would fit, install it, put the doors back on, and then lock up the house after he left. Customer service like this is a rarity and I am writing this review to thank him for going above and beyond in a complicated situation.

I was looking for a refrigerator/freezer with out a ice maker. I called Appliances club and found what I was looking for. I bought it sight unseen. I called late one afternoon and they delivered it by 12 noon the next day. Their prices are a lot lower that other retail stores. They were very pleasant to deal with and very friendly and answered all of my question. I will buy any other appliance that I need in the future . Thanks for the great service.

I had researched appliances and placed an order with another company a month before. I won’t name them but my order could not be delivered. I was told that the manufacturing plant had closed twice and they had no inventory in stock. I was advised to find appliances in store somewhere else IF that was possible!WELL IT IS POSSIBLE WITH APPLIANCE CLUB!!I found the Appliance Club online only after I had been driving past it many times during my busy days not realizing what a fantastic resource they are. I went in and that same day came away with a 4 door Samsung fridge, LG washer/dryer combo WITH pedestals, delivered the next morning, ONLY because I had come in at the end of the day otherwise I would have had same-day delivery. WHO DOES THAT?? WOW, I was SO happy but there’s more. After my morning delivery I realized I needed the washer/ dryer placed differently. I called them and the employee Ali came directly over and placed them the way I wanted. Then the next day I called again, my dryer was a little loud and so Ali came out again and adjusted it for me. It’s so quiet now I forget I have it on until I hear the ringing alert. So yeah, I am going to go to Appliance Club FIRST if I need anything. PLUS I found out they also have furniture too! WOW! By the way, their PRICES ARE LOWER than anybody else!

My sister ordered a fridge from them and had a wonderful experience, she found a fridge for 1000 dollars cheaper than she was able to find the same fridge at Cisco, IKEA, Homedepot etc. We recently purchased dishwasher and gas range from them and had a similarly pleasant experience. The pricing is more than fair and the two gentlemen that helped us were friendly knowledgeable and flexible when setting up pick up. I would highly recommend checking them out next time you are looking to upgrade any house hold appliances.

LOVE/DISAPPOINTED relationship with Appliance Club.Here are the facts. I went into appliance club to get a dishwasher for the price point that was on their website of $219 or $239. They had none of these. But they directed me to a nice Samsung for $299. So somewhat of a bait and switch but not their fault because they do not update their website regularly. They should as expectation setting is key in a small business. While I was there, I got a nice range that is doing a great. But the dishwasher leaked. So I went back to get it replaced and they happen to have a black Frigidaire dishwasher (boxed with no pictures) and exchanged it at the same price. When I got it home, fortunately it worked, but it was the entry level that I was looking for when I came into the warehouse for that $219-$239 price point.The owner, Sam, was gracious enough to say I could bring it back. But the problem is I did not want to go back for a fourth time. And it happened to be running and I had to have it completed and in the hole by the same day. So I was arguably over a barrel or I would have returned it and got my money back, but my expectation was for Appliance club to meet the website price point and refund me $50. As of this writing they still have a bunch of dishwashers out there for $218-$239 and I suspect no one could show up and get that price.They did great service - fact! And even offered to give my money back on the second dishwasher- fact! But timing was not on my side. That is the disappointed part of this engagement. They should honor the prices on the website.

The item I purchased was delivered fast. After unpacking the package, I noticed a small defect in it, and immediately contacted and notified them about it. They offered to come over and take back the item and refund the purchase price, or replace the item, which I think was a very nice customer service. I liked the way they responded to my concern, in addition to the good prices that they have.

Super fast delivery. Delivery people very knowledgeable. Appliances do have a few scratches and dents, but easily hidden with a bit of krylon appliance paint (amazon) or your favorite refrigerator magnets. I ordered similar appliances from a big box store for around $5100, cancelled that order because day before scheduled delivery I was told delivery would be delayed 2-3 weeks or longer. I went to appliance club, picked out what I wanted from their inventory, and they delivered same day. I saved about $3000!!!

Wonderful, helpful, and attentive people to all if your needs. They came out to fix/exchange my dryer because it was not drying but it ended up being a simple fuse box issue. He not only fixed it, but he hooked the dryer that he just disconnected, back up. I will use them again!

Our dryer broke on us a few days ago. I immediately looked for another one. Because we needed a gas dryer, every store I looked at( Home Depot, Lowe’s, Best Buy...) said it would take 2-3 weeks to get one. We have 7 of us so our washer and dryer run all the time, waiting 2 weeks isn’t going to work. We found Appliance Club, I drove out there and bought the dryer at almost 6pm, they came out to deliver, install and all at 9am the next morning. Very happy our laundry “business” is up and running again. 😁

These guys literally tried to sell me and I Quote “Newly dented” set of appliances (washer & dryer)As I arrived to pick up my so called new washer and dryer, these guys literally threw my washer and dryer on the floor and began to drag it all over there concrete floor saying that they were taking it to get wrapped so I could take it. As they threw it down I noticed a huge dent on my appliances. When I confronted them about selling my damaged merchandise they said that this was fine and that’s how they all come and on top of that wanted to sell me all washer and dryer connections separately.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! BAD BUSINESSMEN!
