This business would not let the owner (who provided proof) get inside his vehicle to retrieve his food stamps card. We arrived with identification and the false impression given over the phone to bring valid ID for the owner. When arriving, an employee had stated their rules (which were different from the instructions over the phone prior) only to be turned away and now unable to provide dinner or future meals at this time. I find this miscommunication and lack of empathy, to be cruel and unorganized.

This business is incredible. A great experience all around and affordable. The driver went above and beyond in helping me out. Very professional.No prior experience with having a car towed, but they make it effortless and easy.

Made the mistake of heading out tonight in the middle of this arctic blast were experiencing to try and pick up some salt. Drove cautiously as the roads were slick but realized between the conditions and the drivers on the road it was a dangerous endeavor and decided to turn back. On my way back a hit a slick patch that turned my truck around, and put my rear tires into the top of the ditch. Thankfully someone in a bigger truck stopped to help, and shortly after the Cedar Park Wrecker flatbed that just happened to be on the road came by and didnt even ask just ran out his winch and helped get me out of the rut and a dangerous situation. All the while impatient drivers were doing everything they could to creep up and go around instead of wait for him to clear me off the road. The guy not only helped me out, but risked his life in the process (which given some of the local drivers is sure to be a full time gig in itself). He got me out, and told me I was all set, be safe, and keep my wheels out of the clean looking road as its covered in ice. Didnt try to invoice or charge me.I gotta say, I really do appreciate that. This is a dog eat dog world, and after the worry of almost getting into a wreck, my attention turn to how much is this going to break my wallet for. I was shocked, at the courtesy. I didnt catch his name due to the drivers just itching to get by making the situation dangerous. But at the very minimum I wanted to express my thanks here. It is very appreciated and wont be forgotten. Courtesy is a rare thing these days and that drivers got it. Thank you.

Got my car towed because I got in an accident Easter Sunday. I called the lot and Bill was very honest, informative, and concerned about how bad my car was and that I should get some rest instead. A couple days later I called again so that I can stop by and retrieve my stuff from my vehicle. Bill, Dustin and Leo were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you guys!

My god. The man that picked up the phone (I presume, owner) is so unbelievably rude. I called this company after frantically dealing with a jarring car situation. Before I could even say a sentence, I was greeted with a long sigh. I asked a question about towing rates. He responded back very reluctantly. Okay... I really thought he had a back hernia over there with all the agonizing sighs that was spewing out. I wanted to confirm the prices once more since plenty of numbers were being thrown out throughout the conversation. I was responded with nonetheless condescending remarks. Highly unprofessional.If you are considering their services for your car, I suggest you research for ANY OTHER options if you want to be treated with basic customer service. There are plenty of other great towing services within the area that will make your car experience much more delightful! I cannot speak on behalf of the drivers.

My car broke down at the trail of lights last night and we called these guys. The dispatcher was VERY rude to my wife, and we almost cancelled because of it, but needed to get my car out of the way. He accused her of yelling at him and hung up on her. I was standing right there and she didnt raise her voice to him at all. Not once.The tow truck driver, Leo, was awesome though. He got there quick, got my car loaded up quick, and even let us ride with him to the shop. He let me wife stay inside the truck with the heater on while he and I handled billing my credit card. Hes the only reason I dont give them 1 star...

My car was towed to a yard and the guy took over two hours when it should have taken him about 30 minutes. After the tow truck left I check my trunk to see if anything was missing, I had all of my jewelry in there beforehand (I recently moved), every single item, including my wedding ring, was stolen. I called the tow truck service and the lady who answered said that I’m crazy and that’s ridiculous and then she hung up on me. If I could give this service -5 stars I would. Worst service and customer service in the country. Sketchy service and sketchy people.

I was happy withe the service that I received. Cody came to tow my car after it got stuck on a curb. Turns out it didnt need to be towed, but I enjoyed the customer service too, in person and on the phone. They arrived in a timely manner and called in advance as well. Cody explained what he thought was the best strategy for pulling the car, answered questions, paid attention to detail when examining course of action, and made me feel comfortable trusting him with my car.

It always sucks to need a tow but Cedar Park Wrecker took care of me and my son yesterday. They were the third place I called but the first to answer the phone and it was all good from there. Cody, our tow truck driver was great too. He shared his water, drove safe and we had a cool conversation about tricked out trucks! Thanks guys!

I had scheduled them to pick up two vehicles from Buda to cedar park. Both were classic cars so specifically requested two flat beds. Instead I was provided one flatbed and they towed one of the vehicles in the back. This is poor service. Classic cars shouldn’t be towed in such a manner especially if the customer requested and was willing to pay for two flat beds.I have tried to reach out multiple times and have been given the run around.Save your money and time. Skip them.

My hat goes off to Stan and Cody today. Unfortunately, my teenage daughter got her car stuck on a curb next to a drainage ditch and it took some real creative maneuvers to get her car back in the road. They were amazing and I am very grateful for the job they did. Highly recommend using them.

Called and the dispatcher was friendly, courteous, and had a truck sent quickly. Within 20 minutes, Dave showed up. He was friendly. He was professional. Most of all he was efficient and the whole transaction took less than an hour. The fee was reasonable and we knew the cost up front. We’ve used this service before and have had good results. Today we had GREAT results. I would recommend this company.

I was stranded out in the middle of nowhere when my cars tire blew out. Dustin towed my car and also gave me a ride back to Austin. He was super helpful, and even offered to drop me back to my place after dropping my car off at the dealership. We had some great conversation too! Great guy and great service! :)

I had received a receipt by email from them and we had not used there services. I called to make sure that our cards weren’t used or if it was just an accident that it was sent to our email and instead of listening and letting me finish what I had to say the gentleman who answered was a little rude then interrupted me and said we’ll fix it and hung up! I wouldn’t recommend them just based on that phone call! Highly unprofessional!!

I am new to the area and found Cedar Park Wrecker Service online. I called, made an appointment, with a real human. They sent Mike - and he is AWESOME. They were priced lower than I expected, showed up when they said they would, even offered to come get my keys so I wouldnt have to go. They dropped my car perfectly in a very small space. I would highly recommend them.

We needed our car towed to the Mazda dealership in Georgetown from Cedar Park. Our shop referred us to Cedar Park wrecker, and we could not be happier with the service we received. Leo was prompt and courteous and had us to the dealership in no time. Definitely looking to them the next time were in need of towing!

I was run off the road by a wrecker driver. He didn’t stop. Came across from the service road. I called to speak to a manager. Spoke to Derrick. Very uncaring. Tried to say he didn’t have a driver over there. Dangerous driver still out there!

This place is so corrupt, the owner wont even tell you their real name. And all their employees are trained to hide his/her identity as well.I just got my car out after spending a couple weeks in jail waiting for my pay check so I could get out. I get out, pay for my car and drive away. I get a few miles down the road and get pulled over - again. This time, because the receptionist (who isnt a very nice lady) who released the car to me failed to tell me someone took my license plates.My sister called this place while I had the misfortune of being held in jail falsely accused asking how she could get my car out.They told her only a power of attorney form could get my car out, which they knew would take a week or so, and I finally got it back notarized inside the jail on Friday, and didnt mail it out until Monday. I was out of jail on Wednesday.But, they never told her she could simply add the car to her own insurance in order to get the car out. (That way, it would rack up fees.)I call them on this. They play stupid and act like they dont know, then say its not our business model to hold your car as long as you can. Were sorry.Convenient, since they still pocket a cool $200.00 for not giving her that option to release it.Its common sense, they said one time.Then they contradict it being common sense to saying its not our job to tell you about a loophole.So which is it?I ask for the owners name, since Im a reporter who happens to write about corruption and the law enforcement industrial complex.No dice.The owner refuses to even reveal his or her name.Stay away from these shady crooks. Do business elsewhere.Consider yourself warned.

Great service when we needed it most!!My son’s car broke down (15 mins north of Liberty Hill, btw), we called another wrecker service that was technically closer to our location and were told they couldn’t help us. We then called Cedar Park Wrecker and the tow truck was there to help us within 15 minutes. Great service. Knowledgeable driver and a HUGE help. We’re keeping their card for the future....just in case.

I too gave the service 1 star only because a lower rating was not available. Called at 9:00 am for a tow. They stated they would pick up my car at 10:30 am, received a call at 11:00 am telling me it would be at least 30 more minutes. They finally showed up about 45 minutes later. Strongly recommend you stay away from this service.

Our car broke down under 183A on Whitestone, and Cody was there within 15 minutes to get us towed to a safe location. The dispatcher was very kind and gave us good advice as to what to do while we waited. I would definitely recommend Cedar Park Wrecker Service should you need a tow.

Everything I needed in a quick tow. Friendly, professional, eager to help and reasonably priced. Made 5 previous calls, 4 of which were busy, irritable and quick to provide a quote of $150+/- for a 7 mile tow close sometime between now and tomorrow. Again, Cedar Park Wrecker professional and reasonable.

My sons car was disabled near our home in Cedar Park. I called USAA roadside assistance, and the first/other tow companys driver didnt have the proper equipment to get our car onto the flatbed. He asked if I would waive liability for possible damage if he could get it on. I said absolutely not, and he left. The roadside assistance rep agreed with me, and then sent Cedar Park Wrecker. Cody promptly arrived and put my anxiety to rest. He was personable, knowlegeable, and quickly had our car at the shop.

Wow, after reading some of the previous reviews, I am surprised. We had a much different experience from others. Our experience was very pleasant and couldnt have worked out any better for myself and my family. We were stranded last night because it appears our car needs a new starter. I called once place and they said it would be at least a 2 hour wait. That wasnt going to work because we have 2 littles.I called this place and the woman on the phone was very nice and said that it would be about an hour. That was doable, we needed to eat dinner right down the street anyway. The tow truck showed up just 45 mins later after making the call! They were early, something I have never experienced in a tow before. Leo was the driver. He was very kind and very professional. No issues here.

I had to call for a tow at 600 am this morning. They got there in a very timely fashion and I cant say enough how nice the driver Dustin was. To break down on the way to work and that early in the morning is frustrating enough, but the professionalism of Cedar Park Wrecker Service made it bearable.

They were very polite and courteous in a bad situation for us. My husband was involved in a major car accident and I had not seen the car. By all rights he shouldnt have made it out of it. I had to access the inside of the car and couldnt. They handled all of that for me and I was able to get my belongings. Thank yall so, so much!

Not a place anyone wants to visit under these circumstances but these people were very nice and cooperative. They are also close for anyone who lives in Cedar Park, parts of Leander.

I called about 10 places before I called Cedar Park Wrecker-- thank goodness I went with them. They had very competitive quote and the nicest dispatcher I talked to, by FAR. Leo picked up myself and my broken down VW in a timely fashion and was pleasant to ride with. Thanks team, yall saved me today.

We were stranded on a residential road late at night, and after checking with a neighbor he texted us Cedar Park Wreckers number. Within 20 minutes, the courteous, professional tow operator arrived, carefully got our car up and secure, and got it to the repair shop. Since we were within 10 miles, we got their flat rate - and it was a lot lower than I thought it would be for a late-night tow. If you are in the Cedar Park/Leander/Anderson Mill area (or need to get your vehicle back there) - I recommend calling these guys.

My nephew hit an SUV and law enforcement had it towed here. We went to pick it up and saw the damage wasnt that bad. Instead of having to trailer it back home, they let us work on it in the driveway to get it at least driving. Receptionist was extremely busy, but with dealing with 100 other issues she kept calm and dealt with us very politely.

After giving this review 4 stars because customer service was polite. I now have to edit my review and give it one star simply because you only can rate with one star. I would like to make customers aware that the towing company do not have licenses plates on the front of there tow truck and will take the easiest route to there destination after towing your vehicle. I have received multiple toll fee letters in the mail with a screen shot of there truck But toll fee in my name. Do to my car being hatched on the back the camera takes a picture of the licenses plates that it can read. I just wanted to make the public aware if youve had this issue or if this surface. I am now disputing fees mean while the process is slow and Im racking up late charges in my name not nowing if they will get down to the bottom of this. Yes, I could have paid the $5.00 fee at first but it took some time bf I realized what happened and late fees were added.

Car broke down with a tire falling off. Police department called Cedar Park Wrecker to get the car. They pulled it onto the truck, dragging the wheel on the ground. They obviously did the same when the dropped it in their lot as the brake drum was buried a couple inches into the dirt.Car was at the lot for about 16 hours, was charged for two days storage. TDLR did confirm that this was legal, we did not discuss moral. When I tried to ask the cashier about this charge (2 hours earlier I was told one price, another price when I showed up), she did not like my question. When I tried to ask another question about a different concern (the dragging of the car onto the truck) she said I was arguing and kicked me out of her office.Personally, I will never do business with this company if I have any choice. Very poorly run company that only cares for their money.

Set up pick up with dispatcher for 830am. Dispatcher chose to put 930a on the actual dispatch, after I expressed me having to be at work at 10a. Driver showed up at 9a, and the process took over an hour to complete....causing me to be late to work. There wasnt any concern for me, the customers schedule. The dispatcher advised that the price shouldnt be no more than $125....and my bill was $141. Disappointed with the customer service as well as the execution.

My call was handled professionally and the driver was very good and professional, he was on time, and knew how to properly load the car and the whole experience was a pleasant.

I called Cedar Park Wrecker Service to authorize the release of my totaled vehicle to an insurance company for the driver that caused my damages. I was greeted by an obviously frustrated receptionist who was rude and curt with me. Its bad enough when you have to deal with insurance companies who want to give you nothing for your totaled vehicle, but then to deal with rudeness from a company you gave your business to...well, thats just too much. Dont call these fools!

My insurance company set up roadside assistance for me. They gave a 60 min time of arrival. When they were over 30 mins late I called. I was told that they dont drive helicopters. Would you like me to cancel wrecker? Wow what great customer service they have! Rude. Find someone else. By the time they showed up it was a 2 hour wait all to take my car 2 miles away.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional customer service. This company had no interest in towing my car to the repair shop of my choice. First they told me the shop had a locked gate (it does not) and then they said they could not get to me until morning (it was 10pm). When I said I would just find another towing company, the woman called me back a few minutes later from an annonoymous number and left me a scathing and highly unprofessional voice message. No idea how this company is still in business

Everyone, especially the dispatcher, went above and beyond for us at a time when other companies werent able to help. It made a rough night that much better.
