Love the store. Sales agent Amber has been really great helping us get all the furniture we wanted and even went the extra mile to communicate any changes in the delivery and when things were coming early.She worked with us on items we needed and suggestions on measurements and colors.The delivery guys were great as well, fast, on time and very respectful of the house.

Let me start off by saying I had been shopping for a couch and love seat set ALL DAY LONG and found NOTHING. I am very particular and hate settling for things that I do not love. I know what I love the second I see it and had not seen anything all day. I live an hour away and this was going to be my final attempt on the way home. I thought I would just run in and I was already prepared not to find anything due to how my day had gone. I was pleasantly surprised to say this was not the case. I walked in very and walked the store very quickly. Tricia saw me and approached me to ask how she could help. I didnt beat around the bush, I told her Im very picky and described what I was looking for. She showed me two to three sets and as soon as I saw the second one I was sold. She even gave me a $100 off the set. We scheduled for delivery for less than a week later. The delivery men Cody and Brandon were VERY polite. They moved quick, but also were very careful with my new furniture to make sure that they didnt damage anything. I could not have asked for a better experience and will for sure return.

I called the store looking for a chair. Amber was super helpful and answered all my questions. I needed one to not only meet my room requirements but one I could take with me. She had the perfect chair in my price range and had it loaded in my truck. Couldn’t be happier with the purchase and I’ll definitely shop here first next time.

Horrible. I ordered 4 chairs. They told me would be in in a week. I called a little over a week later and they said it would be in that day. I went in and they said to come back tomorrow. I came back and still no chairs. Every time I called or came by they asked if I bought 3 chairs and every time I have to tell them I ordered 4 chairs. So I said Im done with buying local and going to Amazon. The guy said, well you dont know what youre going to get. My reply was, at least Ill get it. They have zero communication skills, zero follow up and they really dont care about your purchase nor your feelings. I hate Furniture Mart!

Love these guys!!! We’ve bought from them twice and it has always been a great experience. They’re very laid back and let you browse the store without hounding you like some other stores do. They were always on time for deliveries. I would highly recommend them.

Buyer Beware.Loved the selection and style plus fair price. But that is where the good ends. Ordered and end table because they only had one in stock. The sales manager told us it would be delivered in one week to the store. After 1 1/2 weeks called to check and sorry not in yet. It will be in the store in 1 1/2 weeks. Asked manager if he could check the North Austin store to see if they have the end table in stock. Manager called me back said he called and they do not have it in stock but promises it will be in in 1 1/2 weeks. Called AGAIN after the time frame promised AGAIN and this time he promised it would arrive in 2 weeks. He could never tell me how he is coming up with the time frames. I waited another week and called back just to check in. This time a different sales guy said he thinks it is on backorder. I decided to take a drive to their North Austin location just to see if they had my end table in stock. Sure enough they HAD it. So, either the manager never checked that store like he said or he lied. I would stay FAR AWAY from this shady business. Buy only what they have on hand in their store. DO NOT place an order. Read their North Austin reviews also. It is not just this location that has poor ordering skills. Seems it is this company in general. I will not be purchasing anything else from this poorly ran business. It is a shame because they had nice furniture and fair prices. Do yourself a favor and go to another furniture store.

Ordered a bed room set and Trish advised they had the bed and nightstands in stock but the dresser was on the truck and should be there next week. I called to verify that it had came in and Down advised it had not came in but was on order. I asked when it would come in and he advised he didnt know it could be 1 week or 6 weeks he had no control on that. I asked if he could check on it he advised he would let me know. I called back a week later dresser still not in and he dont know when it will be. I advised I would be in the next day to pick up what was in. He advised I would have to pick it up in Austin at the warehouse the dont keep the stuff there, or we can pay for the delivery to have it delivered. I asked him to have the Manager Trish call me and he advised she was off. I asked why he didnt tell me I would have to drive 30 min away to pick up the furniture. He said did you see a warehouse when you were here? Every one goes and picks it up or has it delivered. We will see if she calls me.Bad customer service....

Buying experience was good. Service after the sell is non existent. Worst experience weve ever had. Over two months and we still dont have our last pieces. No follow up when past promises on delivery are not met. Lots of furniture options, I recommend trying another place to shop.

I went into this store with the intent to purchase a desk and bedroom set- walked around for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging I existed even though they looked right at me. Because I am young and dressed in my grungy clothes I’m sure they assumed I wasn’t a serious buyer. Pity- first rule of sales is to never qualify someone based off of looks.
