Life Storage Leander I highly recommend . Tanya Morris the manager there has been a huge help and has made the moving experience a little less stressful . The storage units are very clean and a # of sizes to choose from, the option for inside air conditioned units and they have everything from boxes, to locks, carts and online reservations ! It’s been a great experience having a Storage place at this location for over an year now. Just recently I was at my storage and moving things in and out in this Texas Hot 🥵 heat, they came by to check on me to see if everything is OK and offered me some water,cold water at that, it was perfect timing considering I didn’t bring any drinking water. It’s good to know that Life Storage has employees like them,who care about customers well being and to save the day. I t been great to deal with tunya and Kimberly. I would highly recommend friends and family for future storage space.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Had a good experience. Had a little difficulty when redirected to on-line rental. Selected the wrong unit by mistake, but staff assisted in getting corrected. Was a little misled in prepay discount 3 mo vs 6 mo prepay, but all in all a good experience. Would recommend.

This place is amazing! Staff Super friendly and always letting me know if I miss payment so I may pay before due date, sometimes life just gets away with you. Super clean, always, always. The biggest thing is how safe I feel there. I go without my husband and early am alot of construction people there picking up stuff from their units! Life storage in Leander has been the the only storage facility I have ever used. A little over a year ago I walked into the office completely unaware I would not only be there 1 month leasing a 9x7 unit... I would still be there today! Life throws some unexpected shifts now and again and I will forever be grateful to the woman who is simply absolutely heaven sent. From the first day Tunya has gone beyond what her job requirements are and assisted me not only on an employee to customer level but she truly has made me feel so thankful that I picked Life Storage. You just do not come across many people who have what Tunya has. She is kind hearted, selfless, hardworking, & just genuinely loves her job and all the customers that come with it. This place is affordable as well as clean. Front desk lady was informative.

Im not easily impressed, however, I was totally impressed with Tunya and Kim. Life Storages first line of defense. They were very easy to talk with and very informative. This storage facility offers nice cool temperature controlled buildings. On a hot day I just want to go to my unit and just sit there! The 24/7 surveillance is comforting. The extended access hours is a real plus! Super easy to get in and out. What a gem!

Awesome storage facility! This is a fairly new site, very well maintained, neat and organized, and secure. The office staff are exceptional. Both staff members were friendly, informative, and helpful. They both took their time to help me with what I needed and were very hospitable. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

I started with this facility when it was Cubesmart and I loved it! About 18 months ago, they changed over to Life Storage. In that time period, my rent went up about $50 a month. The previous owner always had someone there, regardless of lunch or anything to assist customers and they were amazing. However when I asked about moving in the middle of the month, I was informed I still had to pay for the full month, even if I wasnt there, and apparently that was funny to the other person on the phone. There used to be an abundance of carts. At least a few for each building but now there are three which you have to hope someone is in the office to let you check one out. I luckily have found a Cubesmart and paying half of what I was there for more space, still climate controlled and I have asked them repeatedly if they are selling just to make sure. Oh and lets not forget the one time we were there and it seemed to be a popular place as a lot of people were there. When we asked what was up a lady told us they had just rented from the one off 1431 and Sam Bass when they were told a month later, as the owners/management knew for over three months prior, that they had to move because they sold the property. Lastly, the gate at this one hasnt worked for over a week.

The actual storage units are fine. I have no problems there, but....the gate seems to be broken at least once a month. Its been open all week because its currently broken right now. The units are good though.

This is by far is the best storage facility I have stepped into. My transaction was super quick and effortless. They made sure I would stay hydrated and were available to help in the office. They wouldnt accept a tip so a review it is. Great job

We needed to get a storage space on a Sunday, and no other place was open. I expected this to be to my disadvantage. It was a lucky occurrence for me instead. The space we got is fantastic. Big, bright, clean, and very accessible. The staff was wonderful. He gave me a full tour and took his time explaining everything and showing me where everything is. I am thrilled with the product and service!

Working with CubeSmart was excellent! I had a very last minute move of an entire floor of our house for some remodeling, and I got real people on the phone right away to talk me through the process. When I showed up on the move day Michael was friendly and helpful, he didnt even mind my crazy babies running around and helped entertain them while I got everything squared away. The price was less than I expected. Everything was clean. I highly recommend this location and Michael!

Michael is exceptional. Incredibly patient with my children while I tried to organize my unit. Walked me through every step of the way. He personally showed me my unit and all the nearby doors, checked my gate code and made sure I had all of my information. *Note, the facility is incredibly clean and kept in good repair.* My very energetic two and six year old were absolutely crazy and Michael handled it with grace, even going so far as to give them a colouring book. I am very excited to finally have all my things in a storage unit nearby and my initial experience with this Cubesmart location has been fantastic.

CubeSmart in Leander is the most impressive storage facility I have ever come across. It looks and smells like new and their customer service is phenomenal. What seals the deal is the amazing value they provide with move-in specials, 24 hour video security, and packing supplies you might have forgotten about! They have inside and outside units of all sizes so call them first and save yourself some time.

Ive used storage units in the past and this by far outweighs any other experience. The unit was very clean and free of any kind of bugs. The access was easy to get in and out. I utilized an inside 10x30 unit. They provide a cart to use which helped a lot. Most of all, working with both Michael and Raul was a pleasure. This comes with a strong rating and i wouldnt hesitate to utilize this local business again.

I had to store my furniture in this location while waiting to move into a new home. I worked with Mike and I cannot thank him enough for making the storage part of my move stress-free!The facility is clean, well-lit, storage units are clearly marked making it easy to navigate, I always felt my unit was secure as there are plenty of cameras watching the units, and I found the prices very reasonable. I spent more on buying boxes than I spent on my storage units.Another plus for me was the billing system for SmartCube sends receipts via email which helped me for tracking my spending without having wads of paper in my wallet.I hope I wont have to move again anytime soon, but when the time comes to move again - I would choose the Leander CubeSmart location in a heartbeat.

I was in need of a rental to stage our home and Hailey knew exactly what my needs were. She presented as kind, enthusiastic and and extremely knowledgeable of her job. I had a storage unit reserved within minutes. I was so impressed its not only the facility but with Hailey. I left KNOWING I would return to confirm my reservation.

I knew I would be cutting it sort of close on closing time, so I did all of my information online. I call at 5pm to ensure someone will be able to assist me, no answer. I show up at 5:30, and they’ve locked up for the night. Posted hours are until 6 everywhere. Super frustrating

Ive rented here before and its the friendly and professional staff that keeps me coming back. Also coming from a mover/truck driver background, I can really appreciate the fact the aisles give ample space to maneuver a tractor-trailer and anything smaller. It looks like they might have done some staff changes but it doesnt look like theyve missed a beat in doing so. Im not saying that because I think the girl who did my paperwork is hottie. Id say so regardless.

Very frustrated with these people. There was a mix up with my account, it has been over a month and still no solution, no phone call, no email, nothing. Every time I call and ask for information about my account being fixed they say that I will receive a callback then no one calls me thats happened at least 8 times now. Starting to feel like I need to move storage units before I lose everything in my storage

I had moved all day. I was tired, dehydrated, and wasnt watching the clock. When I tried to leave at 10:03 the gate was locked. The owner was in his private storage shed and watching and snickering at me for 10 minutes while I tried to figure out what to do. There wasnt any signage regarding this scenario. Finally he came out and gave me a demeaning lecture about the time and how I should have known it would be closed. My wife set up the storage unit so I want Informed. If he was concerned about costumer service he could have offered to help me out right away instead of smugly watching me suffer and then loading his power to let me out of the storage unit. I will not be using Cube Smart again.

RATS! Literally. I have used various storage facilities for years. We store a 5x10 unit filled with Halloween and Christmas decorations and the other place I used has NEVER had an issue. We put our stuff in Cube Smart storage while we were building our home for about 6 months because it was only a mile or two away. When we showed up with the moving company the day we closed on our home, there was a GIANT RAT coming from the next unit over. This was devastating. We paid the movers extra to put everything in the driveway and open it so we could make sure we didnt have an issue. But, we still have so much in storage and have been dreading going back for it.
