Went to get a covid rapid test, took way longer than what they said it would. Then it turned out to be invalid, went back for another test and its taking even longer. Now my work thinks Im lying about ever getting a test.

All the staff are helpful and friendly. They are patient with me and my many questions. They are always eager to help me find things. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and help me understand what I need to know. Great place to shop.

The Leavenworth store is unbelievably unreliable! I have never had a prescription ready when promised. I have about an hours round-trip drive to get to this pharmacy and have had to wait for more than an hour even when giving them three or four hours (sometimes days!) more than they said they needed. My mother has several critical medications that she cant miss so I cant count on this Pharmacy to take care of our needs.

This is the absolute worst Walgreens Ive ever dealt with.This is the third or fourth time Ive been up here and not been able to get my prescription filled because they sent it to a different Walgreens.And when I asked him to transfer it they said its going to be a little while. It ends up being 30 or 40 minutes. I can literally go to the one in Bonner Springs and get it transferred to save messed up send it to another one in less than 5 minutes.Only taken an hour and a

I went to go fill a prescription and the pharmacy tech Lauren K. Was completely unprofessional and rude. She did not want to do her job correctly, she was quick to get an attitude in her voice and was snippy. I was trying to explain something to her to make things easier and she was not listening and kept interrupting. I can not believe they hire such unprofessional employees.

Store is gross, not kidding. Went to use the male restroom on 26 September 2020 and the toilet seat was completely covered in dried poop.It was obvious no one had cleaned the restroom in a very long time.No one cares at this store, I’m never going back.

It has many necessities that I need on a regular basis and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Went to pick up 4 photos at 6:10 pick up time after placing the order at 5:40. I ended up leaving with my whole 4 photos at 6:30. Won’t be using their photo services anymore.

Filled a prescription for my daughter that was sent over by Walmart because they unfortunately were out of what she needed. Walgreens tried charging me $200 for something Walmart was charging me $15 for. When I called Walmart to tell them I’d just wait till they got it in because of the price Walgreens wanted their staff went above and beyond to call and investigate for me what was going on. Turns out Walgreens can’t even read a prescription the right way and was trying to give me something my daughter wasn’t even prescribed. Walmart called me back to tell me Walgreens would call me and let me know when the right thing was ready for pick up. Never received a call back. Looks like we’re waiting for it to be in stock with Walmart.

The store is always spotless and the staff is kind, knowledgeable. Ive been going for years and there is a smile from an employee each time. However, the wait is so long most every time Ive been, that there have been many times Ive left either the drive through lane or the waiting area inside. When I say a long time, I mean it. Solution? For me it was moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens delivery so they come straight to my mailbox. If you have the ability to do that, I highly recommend it.

Usually very helpful and assisting if needed in retail area. I have had some issues in the recent past with the pharmacy on orders for my wifes regular medication, but that has now finally been hashed out. I have noticed increasingly better service from the pharmacy lately. I always have a pretty good experience in overall shopping and help within the general store. I would recommend if your getting a prescription through the pharmacy here though and it is not supposed to be filled with a generic to absolutely verify its wrote to fill as written no generics otherwise it will in fact be filled as a generic.

The pharmacy drives me crazy. No one answers the phone and the wait time for the pharmacy is ridiculous. Ive sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes three times in recent months. Unfortunately going inside to wait isnt any faster.

My husband needed an OTC to take before a surgery. He could not walk far due to pain, but could drive. Having a similar problem myself, I could not get it for him. The woman at the Walmart pharmacy that my husband talked to on the phone was short with him when he asked if he could use the drive thru for an OTC medicine & said why. She told him he had to come inside the store and get it, so he called Walgreens and they couldnt have been more helpful. Great service from Walgreens!!! Thank you! With what took little effort on their part and a willingness to help a customer, theyll now have repeat business.

Recently moved out here had to switch to this pharmacy location. Very happy with the service I continously recieve. Rather walking in or drive thru the pharmacy give fast service. All the pharmacist are nice and make sure to explain any new med you recieve. Also will call to check to see if you have any new questions. Another thing I love is when you call they answer the phone.Update: The pharmacy can be very busy if estimated a pickup time add another hour before going. Sometimes all your meds will not be ready. I would love if they added a better selection of adult diapers instead of only adult underwear.

I love my Leavenworth Walgreens pharmacy. Ive been going here for years. The staff has always been helpful and accommodating to my needs. Sometimes the lines can get lengthy and the wait can be very long. However its usually due to being short staffed and those amazing people trying to get all those orders done quickly. So next time youre in line for an hour, know youre not the only one theyre trying to help. Being patient and kind will get you a lot further than yelling at the pharmacy tech because your orders not ready yet. Ive been in there when theres only one tech and a pharmacist trying to fill a million and one orders. Also remember theyre making sure you get the right meds and you dont have any reactions to what theyre filling for. More importantly their job is to make sure you dont die, so cut them some slack when youre being impatient.

This far is the best and most professional place ive visited.It should be the standard of other stores.

Took a full week to get my prescription in once. And there cigarettes are hit or miss on brands.

The wait time to receive a flu shot was 45 minutes, after waiting in line for 10 minutes. The staff was rude and unapologetic for the unorganized pharmacy. The manager on duty was not helpful and admitted they could not handle the volume of flu shots. Very unprofessional.

Worst Walgreens possible terrible custom service. And a waste of your time to go to this location waited a hour in drive through line to finally go inside to get told my prescription is not ready then to go back after calling to ask if pharmacy is open for it to not even be open if 0 stars was posibble thats what id put

Most of the people that work there have no people skills and treat the customers like are garbage. I have a bad experience almost everytime I go there.
