He was able to help me find my Buick Envision which I am loving. The sales manager Randy Hill gave us a very fair price on our trade in. Dave Grauel made the paperwork a breeze. Thieves trying to steal your trade, offered $15,000 below trade value for a 2020 Chevy truck while asking full MSRP for new truck. 5 plus vehicles at dealerships within 200 mile radius same condition and similar miles selling for almost $20,000.00 more than this dealers offer for trade. Buyer beware, would not recommend to anyone. Took my truck to another dealer who bought it outright for $13,000 more than this dealers trade offer.

While I had a great experience buying a truck from this dealership and Tyler went out of his way to get the truck I was looking for, sadly the service department has cost this dealership a customer. The vehicle has a multiple small issues and yet the service department has not repaired one. In order to get a known issue fixed on my truck a service department from another dealership reached out to repair my vehicle. I sure the service tech are great. However the front counter needs some attention.

I started using Henry Martens after I purchased my car in Kansas City they have done a wonderful job with my vehicle I have a 2017 Chevy spark they are so honest that when I went in this last time for service yesterday that they were honest with me that I could hold off on getting my front brakes done because I had plenty of time but because of my financial status I went ahead and got it done while I had the money to do it they were very accommodating and very welcoming and the secretaries in the office where I paid my bill were very pleasant also

Been here twice and every time I go inside my drives side is completely filled with dirt. The others day they drives side door panel covered in dirt. Second time this has happened. Then they said I should tell them first not to get my truck dirty. Like come on! Don’t get in someone’s truck with dirty boots on and get it everywhere!

I received an oil change before heading out of town from Henry Martens GMC, when returning home, my check engine light came on. When checking, my oil level, it was empty. When taking my car back to them, after replacing the oil, they dismissed the fact that the technician failed to fill my engine with oil. From the tech, Marc, Bill and Tony, the owner, I received POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are rude and dismissive. I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO, which they deserve!Tony, please speak with your service manager and consultant. I did not have my engine code checked at an auto parts store. Your company checked it. I went to the auto parts store to purchase oil, your service technician failed to replace during my oil change. Whenever you are available to check out the video that proves there was no oil, I will be glad to show it to you. I purposely watched your service tech while he was supposedly removed oil from my engine, after I replaced it, to be sure nothing faulty was taking place. Sad to say, he was not at my engine dip stick long enough to remove that amount of oil. It saddens me that I have been bringing my vehicle to your place of business for almost 5 years and I am receiving below than poor customer service. All along it was your technician, you hired that failed to perform his job. Unfortunately, he put me and my familys life in jeopardy during our family trip.As a professional, I hope you call me to discuss the matter, which you failed to do when I called you with the concern. I honestly wish Id never bought my car from them. We had the car for just around a month and had to replace both passenger side tires. The first one had been patched and plugged. They said how were we supposed to know if the tire had been patched prior I am very disappointed in the running of this dealership. I will not have anymore interaction and will try to warm others from them due to their neglect to inform me. My tire was in such poor state the people I bought it from said it was very dangerous that I had been driving on it.

On December 26, 2020, while operating my GMC Terrain Denali on a holiday trip to Lincoln, NE, shortly after turning on the ignition and after the vehicle had been immobile for less than two days, the engine symbol appeared on the dashboard along with the electronic message, “Service StabiliTrak”. Therefore, I scheduled a service appointment with Henry Martens as a precaution even though the vehicle had not been operated in excessively muddy or snowy conditions. There was very little snow/ice on the residential streets or highways in or around Lincoln at the time.When the vehicle was serviced, the service adviser informed me that it was the mechanic’s opinion that the service message was a fluke and that no action was required. The only other maintenance performed was to adjust my tire inflation pressure to 38 PSI on all four tires.

I had a great experience with Henry Martens. I already needed to get an oil change and tire rotation, but on the morning I was going to call to schedule my appointment I got a gash in the sidewall of my front right tire from a curb after avoiding hitting a car that turned into me while driving on 3rd St. I called in the morning to see if they had anything available since I didnt want to drive on the tiny spare tire long. Unfortunately they didnt have an appointment available for 4 days. However, Mark in their service department, was extremely helpful and worked with me to drop off my bad tire and wheel so they could order and mount a new one for me and told me that if anything opened up theyd call me. I got a call from him the very next day and they were able to get my new tire mounted, the tires rotated, and oil changed. I will definitely come back to their service department.My only advice is if youre trying to use their website to book a service appointment and you dont see times that work for you, I would call. It seemed like even though their service department closes at 5:00PM M-F, their website would only let you book appointments as late as 2:00PM even for express service appointments for oil changes.

I bought my truck 2016 Silverado 2500HD for a warranty repair, And before they did any repairs I asked twice is a coolant leak covered under warranty (Power train) And multiple occasions they said no problem that will be covered, don’t worry. When I Went to pick up my truck I had a $70 charge. The reason they gave me was that there was something loose so we had to charge you labor.Sorry but this is Not how things are done. I didn’t want to deal with it and I made The payment. Hope somebody from the management contact me.

Zero stars for the service department. I had my vehicle towed there one morning. I have a full warranty, everything is covered including getting a loaner vehicle. Well, they would not give me a loaner until the vehicle was looked at and diagnosed.However, they were not able to look at it due to lack of certified available techs to look at it. Which is not my fault. Therefore I was stranded. STRANDED. A mother with 2 kids without a vehicle, because of their policy. They didnt get to look at it the next day either. Therefore, it being a Friday, they prob wouldnt have even gotten to it until Monday, and even then... no guarantees. So I called another dealer in KC (Conkin Fangman), they are paying to have it towed to them at no charge to me, and will give me a loaner (without even looking at it first). You know why? Because that is how good their customer service is! They know the warranty company will cover a loaner, and they dont want me to be stranded. Henry Martens however, has a policy that allows their customer to be stranded for days on end without answers. What a joke!

Pertaining to Sales dealer is upfront with dealer invoice from the second you sit down, however. Get ready to buy a Denali.The dealer is located next to a military base, therefore they know what you make, generally speaking, the second you come in the door.When trying to buy a car make sure you do your homework before you go. Some costs are unavoidable.Admin fee is lower at this dealer than most of the others and I will say they love the local community and, from the negations I made, not ride to the clientele.Randy, the sales manager will break every cent down as he gives you numbers.I used to get upset about the service center always being booked but its a smaller dealership.IF YOU ARE GOING TO BOOK ON WEEKENDS, do it a couple weeks in advance.My rating was changed from a 3 to a 4 on account that the sales team is professional and respectful.Recommend stopping here, before you do any other dealer for GM vehicles. We recently purchased our second vehicle from Henry Marten Chevrolet. Tony Marten sold me my Tahoe by phone as I was OVER car salesmen/dealersips. I called him and told him what I was looking for, and we made a deal by phone. He was honest and caring from the start.Theses guys go above and beyond to take care of you. Randy Hill has taken care of me since the first time I walked into the dealership. They do not stop taking care of you after the papers are signed. That is when the great customer service begins.Tyler will make you feel comfortable and you will feel as if you are buying a vehicle from a good friend.Cory, in the finance department, knows his stuff! He never once tried to sell us anything unnecessary. Honest, hardworking, and caring individual.Again....these guys (and this dealership) is top notch. I have always dreaded car shopping. Not anymore. Im not sure if I will ever buy a vehicle anywhere else.THANKS, GUYS. 👍
