Wonderful service; professional and very helpful. Provided advice without asking for payment first so I sent them a tip after getting my computer figured out on my own. Would certainly go there again. Building is clean and orderly.

My computer hard drive crashed and I took it to Computers-R-Us after not knowing where else to go. I found two reviews that made it sound this place was decent. When I called, they stated they would diagnose my computer within 24 hours, and we could go from there. What actually happened is I dropped my computer off on a Wednesday afternoon. When I called Thursday afternoon, my laptop had not made it into the chute yet. It took the lady five minutes to find my computer, and when she stated she didnt have record of having my computer, I gave her my ticket number, and she finally found my computer. When I called on Friday, they were closed. Yes, only open Monday through Thursday. The lady I spoke to made no effort to explain that I would not have an answer until Monday. So, when I called back Monday and waited for five minutes for them to find my computer again, they told me my hard drive was bad. When I asked pricing to replace the hard drive and whether or not that was the only issue, it took them several minutes and some very confusing conversation back and forth with a third party not on the phone. Finally they gave me a price, but then stated it would be less because they would not be able to recover any of my data because my hard drive was that damaged (seems that would have been a good point up front). Finally, I came to the truth of the matter and decided to buy a new computer. When I went to pick up my carcass of a computer, it took them five minutes to find it, another ten to put it back together and I was charged the $45 buck for them to take a look at it before I left. The store sold basically obsolete equipment in the store. Much of the packaging was color faded from age, and the computers they had for sale were obviously very old. They tried to recover my data, and ultimately failed, not their fault, but their customer service and in store products was horrible. Would recommend that you try somewhere else.
