Crooked business. Bad business. After making a purchase for a 9 yr olds Christmas gift, it doesnt work. The lady who rang me up said she used it personally, indicating it works. No offer of warranty or all sales final notice. I am given every excuse in the book before I am told it was sold As is I was told WAS RODE, indicating it was functional. This RUINED my sons Christmas and this was his big present

Love this place til now Brad and Kat great people friendly honest happy people til now. Brad left and Kat was demoted and the new employees and boss are stiff and not friendly and dont care how long you been a customer all they care about is the numbers they can make off you. I came to pawn and buy...and Im done with this place!

I live in Prairie Village, Kansas and would drive to Leavenworth to pawn and/or purchase items. I have been a customer with this company for a very long time. Back in the day where the store burned down.I loved coming to this shop because of Brad and Kat. I am disabled and unable to stand very long. Brad had a chair waiting every time. Now that is customer service.I went in today 2 weeks after picking up a pawn. Brad doesnt work there anymore and a new unfriendly, stiff and poor at customer service manager was there. I understand they are a business that makes alot of money off people but when you for 3 years bring in the same item in and pick up the item you should be treated fairly. I was offered 1/2 what I had always received and the manager was uncaring and unwilling to bargin.I will pick up my item and NEVER return. The store used to have a friendly come on in feel. Today I felt like I was in a cold unwelcoming environment.Good luck Kat, we will miss Brad for sure and you for your helpfulness.This store will be closed in a year.

Ive really havent had an issue with anyone here. They try to get u in and out. Dalton, Kat, and a few of the other ones are really nice and helpful. Sorry not good with names.

Dont be fooled by the pictures above. This place is a dump with lighting that makes you think youve stepped into a catacomb. Also, dont dare take any tools in there that are worth more than a couple dollars. The girl tried to low ball me on my Snap-On kits. She offered me $20 on a snap On puller kit that used is selling for $210. Tries to tell me thats what theyre posted for not what theyre selling for. Are you kidding me?! I know what these tools sell for. Ya know, because I bought these tools too! I brought in a bunch of of mechanics tools, because thats what Ive done, work on vehicles. I go out and grab a few air tools and she says we dont take those specific ones. Thats fine. I get it. But then she looks at the other array of Snap On and Central Tool Company, etc and has not even the slightest bit of knowledge about what she is looking at tells me shell pass, we just dont take those tools here. What? What kind of tools do you take? Do you even buy tools outside of Philips head screwdrivers and a couple of hammers? She is looking the first snap on kit I mentioned on the Google box offers me $20...I looked at the same listings and the exact kit is nowhere on the internet for even around$20! Im sure that other employees are probably better to deal with and are much more knowledgeable about the tools people bring in there. Id hope that other employees are definitely more fair and realistic on the dollar amounts. These tools were not free when I bought them, and they definitely are not going to be just given away to that girl at this pawn shop.

I have used First City Pawn as my FFL to transfer my firearms several times. Ive always received excellent, fast and and efficient service from them. I highly recommend them!!

Service is absolutely terrible, atmosphere is dark and filled with constant drug addicts, prices & warrantys are outrageous. Jewlerys fake and overpriced and all the guns have been previously used 50-60 times. 😊👍

Its a surprise that place even has business. Good luck getting helped unless you know the help. You could sit there for 30 minutes and be ignored for all the people who are close with employees. I would never recommend this place. Worst experience ever. The prices may be nice but I waited so long I didnt even get to look at any of them.

Dont even think about walking in the front door. go somewhere else. counter is staffed by smart assed kids who dont know anything about what they are doing, the shop, or what they have in the shop.
