Gronis Hardware is always a five star establishment! I can walk in there knowing that every time I will be helped immediately and by someone who knows their product. Also, literally every time I am treated with respect, even if I dont know the technical name for the item. That kind of customer service has kept me coming back for years. I just wish that every retail store would handle their business the same way! Gronis, youre the greatest!

Im Al for supporting the smaller businesses and love the service I usually get . I would give this place 10 Stars if I could they have a little bit of everything lots of gift ideas great friendly service definitely will go back. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help I was taking right to what I was looking for in no time at all.

Whatever you do dont bring your lawn mower to be repaired there .I brought it there 2 times to have the lawnmower deck leveled and neither time it got fixed . When I brought it up to the owners they couldnt fit me in to fix it and told me I would have to be put on a list . They lost my business for good on that one . Honestly everything in the store itself is overpriced as well

They have a great selection of common hardware and competitive prices. But why I love this store the most is the people. Everyone is super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have on many occasions gone there with pictures of my project and asked for help figuring out what I needed. I always get a friendly person willing to help me figure it out! I go here first, then ACE Hardware, then Home Depot.

When I cant find the thingamabob that goes to that doohickey anywhere, they always seem to have it and more, I could spend hours browsing. Much bigger than it looks from the outside. More than just a hardware store and all their stuff is quality merchandise, No Walmart/Chinese junk here. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff.

If you need something hard to find go here and if they dont have it they may order it for you. Plus they have Employees that fixes things in the back and they do a great job.

They have about a 98% chance of having exactly what you need. The service is always prompt and courteous, and you can be in and out in 3 min. I can not recommend this place highly enough. It’s what hardware stores should all be like

In the 44 years I have shopped at Gronis and/or had outdoor equipment repaired, Gronis has always/consistently been a 10 on a scale of 1 - 5. As has been said So many times over the years--- if you cant find it, go to Gronis; or, just go to Gronis and save the looking. Thank you Gronis for not having closed when all the super stores came to town.

Great customer service. They have everything from nuts and bolts to garden supplies. They also have a small engine shop in the back. A friendly family run business.

Helpful friendly staff who knows everything about everything. From the best sleds in town to chain saws to a full range of leaf rakes - this place has it all - including the rope spools coming up through the floor for cutting off just the length and type you need. Prices very fair.

Great place. Great people. Can usually find what your looking for, in just about anything.

This place is is the hardware store that has all the little widgets and gadgets you wont find anywhere else. It may have been sitting on the shelf for a few years, but its there. The small engine repair shop mechanics were extremely knowledgeable and able to diagnose and recommend repair parts for my mower. Owned and operated by the same family since the 40s and the all the employees welcome you like family.

They have what the other stores dont. And their prices are quite reasonable indeed.
