I would give them a solid 4.7 to 4.8. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Only issue is cell service inside the building (when trying to find stuff or do a conversion or something) and accuracy of website in regards to what is physically at the store v.s what must be ordered. Other than that... no complaints. I shop there very often... probably at least once per week.

Not a fan of hardware/lumber stores as purchases mean projects for me and Im work adverse, retired. This case needed some shelving and checked online. It was as advertised and on sale. The staff person we contacted was reasonably helpful. Showing use where the item was and assisted. Loading the cart. Clean store, dog friendly, worth visiting.

Got what I needed quickly when shopping in the store. I did have an order to pick up an item via Curbside Service. That service was slow, but the associate was sincere in her apology for the delay.

The Leav Ks store has an employee named John Will. I have encountered him both in the lumber Dept as well as in the other aisles on several occasions. He has always gone out of his way to assist me in finding whatever I need. I never have to ask, he always asks me how he can help. That’s customer service at its best. Please tell him thanks for always being so helpful and accomodating. I appreciate this caliber of customer service.

Its a big boys toy store. Its clean. They generally have what I need for a job. That saves time as a contractor

Very limited selection of chainsaws. Either battery or electric. We wanted a gas powered one. Service was great though. A gentleman walked and talked to us about all the options we had questions about. So, people are great just limited selection on things.

I bought a range 2 weeks ago cash cancelled the delivery 2 days after purchase because I went with another competitor and still havent been refunded by Samsung . It just says pending the staff seemed sincere to help even giving me follow up calls explaing the information they had available. I mentioned small claims lawsuit and and the mgr told the staff that they couldnt have anymore contact with me only the mgr. Julia

Everything expected of this chain. Leavenworth location specific: different departments (i.e. windows or flooring) work well with you.Had a grill built for me but had to take it apart and put back together the right way myself.

What a nightmare. I paid for flooring and installation. The person in the local hd keeps telling me i need different things to get installers in, cant tell me where to get them. Then in milking around for help and see plenty of reviews around that show once they come in it could cost me thousands more and above what i already paid.

Clean easy to locate what I need, usually have what I need in stock.

Typically stocked HD, staff I encountered was very friendly and efficient, as in they seemed to enjoy their jobs and were appropriately conversing

Ive been shopping at Home Depot for the 3-4 years. Ive never had anything bad from there. I just replaced the floor in my trailer. Its better a chore but coming along nicely. Traffic Master flooring the cost was .68¢ a sheet actual per box was $18.05 with tax. Just this past month I bought a Ryobi 10 table saw for $129.00 plus what the taxes are on that. Just bought more stuff tonight that cost around $32.00 for that. Saw some nice prices on saws to. Just love going there everybody is helpful and friendly. This is what the floor looks like after we laid Gladstone Oak is the color. There table saw I bought just about a month ago. There a lot of neat thing you can do with this saw. 12/4/17 well this is updates from Home Depot they have all kinds of things on sale there right now. There really good sales on power tools there and other stuff. I bought a Ryobi 13amps power saw and some new saw blades to go with it around $52 for both. Not a bad deal. 4/29/18 well as you can see Ive been to home Depot again to figure out what I need for a complete bathroom remodel. Start taking pictures yesterday and looking on line for what I need. So many choose that it hard for me to understand even where to start. Its kind of fun but it a headache to boot. Ill be going back soon.April 9,2019: I went to home depot to find a new lawnmower. Well between Wal-Mart and Ace Hardware Store, Home Depot won hands downs. I bought a new lawnmower that day from them. I saw this pushed lawnmower for $169.00 plus a $25.00 extended plan for it a total cost of $212.77. That staff was very helpful to me they lifted and brought to my car for me. So I took it home and it sat in the box until Friday when Terry came up to help put together. Daniel and him put it together.April 14,2019: Daniel Terry and I went back to Home Depot because there was no spark in that brand new machine at all. So we had to take back to them. They did a straight it out for me. They just just got a new box for a new lawnmower in it. Terry and I carried it to the blazer and put that in it and went and got gas and then we went hone. I stayed in the house and Terry and Daniel put together one more time. Well it put together and Daniel got the honors of pulling the rope and starting the lawnmower. He got the biggest blast of do that task and he was so proud. Thanks again Home Depot for your help.

I went there to find an attachment for my grill. Took long time to get help. Then he knew nothing about it. Have me a part. Had to take it back next day. Waited along time for help again. This Guy didnt know much either.

Great store. Great employees who really try to serve the customer. I had 2 keys made last week from an old key. When I tested them in the door they didnt work. I took them back to Home Depot, they made 2 new ones with out a fuss.

During the recent pandemic which is still going strong Home Depot did little to nothing to protect their customers or employees! I now only do business with corporations that had safe store policies! Shame on Home Depot and all the people who used their time off to catch up on their home projects! As an essential worker who had to shop there for my job I didnt really appreciate having to shop with you all. Very few of you wore masks or had the decency to follow the social distancing guidelines!

Home Depot is a good store to get many of your hardware, tools, lumber, and appliance needs. Their staff are decent, but are sometimes difficult to find if you need help. When I went today there were two staff members not wearing masks despite the stores policy that everyone in the store will wear a mask.

People are friendly and knowledgeable. Most of the time they will take you directly to what you asked for.

Dangerous store alert! You will find something you want and will buy it lol. For real though, its a great place for home improvement purchases. Plus, they have more stuff online. Everyone here is so helpful and they will take you to what youre looking for. They also have a 10% military discount every day. Enjoy!

Please forgive me for taking so long. I meant to send this as soon as we left the building. Approximately 3 weeks (maybe 4) my Sister and I stopped in to the Leavenworth Home Depot. Whew! It was so busy! I was a bit worried that we wouldn’t get the help that we needed as my Sister has a serious back injury and with my disability, lifting, carrying loading aren’t my strong suits. But not only were we met by an absolutely dream come true of an associate as far as advice goes, she saw us through during our entire visit. She didn’t abandon us after she answered a question or two. Knowing we weren’t able to do so much lifting, she stayed within ear shot to help us check out and load the car. Even found some plastic to protect our seat from a small rip in the soil bag. The young lady’s name? Celesté. I’ve lived in the area for 8+ years and have never received half the service I did that day. From the bottom of my grateful heart, we thank you for being our Home Depot Angel. Thank you Celesté.

Went in to purchase a washer and dryer set. After standing around d for about 10 min with no help I asked someone if anyone was working g there cause I could go elsewhere. After a wow yeah sure the young man went to get a young lady from around the corner. I see him say something to her then I hear her growl and see her roll her eyes. At this point Im done with the whole situation. Ive always had issues with customer service in any home depot Ive been to but i can promise that even if I have to drive an hour I will never shop home depot again. Maybe customer service is something you guys should work on as there isnt any in your stores.

Associates could be more friendly.

Typically we have had a great experience here and love that it is pet friendly. However today a grumpy old man (employee) yelled at us and told us we could only have service dogs. When we pointed out they had a pet friendly sign and there were tones of people in the store currently with pets he just yelled whatever at us and walked off. Unfortunately we did not catch his name.

Was told to purchase paint online then pick it up in store by their employees because I was painting for my grandmother and I didnt have her credit card with me but whenever I did that they were unable to allow me to take the paint essentially because their employees didnt understand how their online ordering process works and instead of them calling customer support or doing anything at all to rectify their mistake they basically just told me there was nothing they could do. Then whenever I went and got my grandmothers card and came back to purchase the paint they mixed the colors wrong and cost me 4 hours of labor....and once again said there was nothing they could do. Thankfully the Shawnee location rectified their mistakes but I will never be going back to the Leavenworth location again.

Your home delivery process is out-of-touch With your customers! I am elderly and so I hired a young man to spread mulch for me. First, you wouldn’t take my Mulch order over the phone; next you wouldn’t give me a timeframe for delivery unless I paid an additional $30. I would hope there is someone in your store who could do a simple job of scheduling delivery! This really leaves a bad taste in my mouth about Home Depot!

The employees are helpful, but not overeager. The products are well organized. The bathrooms were in good shape, and best of all... There are car carts! The self pay kiosks are recently redone and include a hand scanner and large screen that is far less obnoxious than it used to be.

I bought an interior door, nothing was wrong with it, but my application was an odd size, so I returned it, with only a mild delay because of shortage of employees at customer service.

Love coming here. They always have what I am looking for, the staff is friendly, and love it when I find things on sale.
