Ron was the guy that was supposed to be doing my repair. 3 months wasted on this company with zero organization and no follow-up. They lost my motor, forgot they had it, and repeatedly failed to ever call back. When I told them I would come pick it up, Ron said he needed a few more days to put it back together and he would give me a call. Of course, I never received a call. A month later I called in and said I would be coming to pick it up and I expected it to be located and assembled. I was hung up on. They should have told me they werent capable of getting the job done 3 months ago, and saved us both the trouble. Dont tell customers you are going to follow-up with them when you have no intention of doing so.

Man these guy (and gals) are great! I couldn’t tell you how many times they’ve saved my back side! We have multiple large electric motors and water not a good combo and you can imagine when things go wrong they go wrong badly and they are always there to lend a hand and get the problem solved. I’ve come to them with off the wall ideas and they make it happen. I can honestly say my Busienss wouldn’t run near as smooth as it does if it wasn’t for them. Anyways they are all willing to help when I need it and are always willing to give advice to try and save me some money, so for that I thank all of you and thanks again for saving my @!! All the time!

I needed to repair an old exhaust fan motor and couldnt find anyone to do it in Salem, so I made the 40 minute drive out to Lebanon. They were able to replace the motor and get me out the door in 15 minutes! So grateful for their help!
