Covid has impacted the number of choices for stores. But, theres still a few good ones left to get your quick needs met for something new. 4 stars in short, because the closing of several name brand stores the selection is cut and paste fashion. IMHO.
The shops are probably better for the older generations and people who still shop at places like Aeropostale. I only came here for the Samsonite luggages and that was completely closed down. Its as white bread as it gets. The food court is dirty, boring and lacklustre, the layout is boring and lacklustre, the products and styles seem to have not even rotated since 2016. Its almost scary how outdated it is. Feels like a time capsule you can walk through. Pretty sure most of the cars parked here are just the employees who work here.However, if you do find something you like then chances are youll be able to find a good deal for it too. Selections are just not for me. Be aware that some of the shops that are listed in the directory here are actually closed, try to call someone to check if the store youre looking for is really still up. The demographic is probably for small-town people, tourists, and generally people aged 40+ maybe with kids.
Not much foot traffic here. Good place to window shop and eventually purchase something that you want. Friendly sales people.
Awesome place, lots of variety stores with pretty good prices. Almost every store I went to had military discount which was awesome! Great people at every store who helped with whatever you needed. Definitely recommend
Just 40 minutes from Albany, NY, this walkable outlet allows for a gentle concrete stroll from store to store. Plenty of outdoor benches and a small food court offers refreshments for us all-day shoppers. Worth the trip.
Its got most of the standard outlet stores. Not crowded when we were there.
It was good for what I wanted. Just a place to sleep. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. There was limited parking under the hotel with more across the street. I didnt need to park across the street during my stay. I would stay here again.
Fun place for the part if the fam that like this sort of thing can be crowded but thats just the way these places are. Outlets, is a word that in my opinion is just bait Prices are nothing to write home about and the selection can be thin due to all the customer traffic, pull out of outlets and turn left, continue straight for about 3/4 of a mile and turn right..fun little street with old school shops. In my opinion, a much nicer way to shop
Outlets people have to do updating hours because alway wrong they need figures it out whoever doing alway wrong hours online I give them 0 stars
Very clean and covid friendly. All stores. Food court bathrooms spotless which is not the norm where Im from. I will be going back. Lots of clothes. This was my second trip in two weeks. I recommend. They need to stick a couple good restaurants in there. We went into town to 51 Park. Great food and drink. A little expensive but worth it.

Lovely, relaxing day to shop. No crowds and great ham wrap in food court. Stores fully stocked except for Johnston and Murphy. Enjoy!

Nice outdoor shopping mall if youre chilling in The Berkshires area and have the urge to shop.
Another great outlet mall! I recommend going if youre in the area. DJs Gifts, Coach and Michael Kors are my personal favorite stores here. Clean area, quiet, and a relaxing shopping experience.
Nice place if they have the shops you are looking for. Like most outlet malls, it needs more/better food choices.
Friendly staff in every store we went to, which was a nice change of pace from crabby mall workers. It was clean and easy to get around with tons of parking. Well be going back soon.

Lost alot of good stores(alot of empty store fronts) and the ones there werent offering much product or deals / sales. Lack of foot traffic there kind of suggests the same

Very disapointed i went to the food court to the bershire burrito i ask for a banana split she didnt ask me what kind of ice cream i will like she just start duing it ..and i cant have chocolate so i told her after i told her she was very rude ...and make my banana split really bad very bad service very rude......
Small and primarily clothing stores but nicely laid out and a pleasant place to shop.
It was okay, not that great. I found it to be a bit on the expensive side. Not much bargains, no real sales. The clothing items were not that great. Overall there are better outlets, a bit disappointing considering I drove all the way from Hancock Massachusettss.
Nothing particular we were looking for and thats what we found. Area is nice and shops were clean.

Amazing mall with loads of outlet stores. The deals are amazing. Large variety of stores to choose from. Plenty of parking all around the mall. Great place to go for a walk and enjoy the outlet stores and deals. There is also a food court on site

I visit Lee Outlets a few times a year. Of course things are very different this year due to COVID. With that being said this visit was okay. Everything still looks upkept and landscaping is still nice. Everyone was wearing masks. It was nice that all of the stores had hand sanitizer. Some stores had nothing much in them to buy (slim pickings). Also, most stores did not have their dressing rooms open which is problematic for someone like me because my size in clothing fluctuates by brand. The only store that I was able to try on clothes in was GAP. However the purpose of the trip was to take my friends to get some new clothes. He is very small so luckily when we got back home and he tried everything on it fit.I did call in advance to ask about fitting rooms so I was prepared. Its based on the amount of staff working in that store on a given day and if they have enough employees to work and clean each dressing room after each person. Understandable.Overall it was a nice visit and I will return in a few months.

For outlet stores, its super expensive. It would be so better if there were some good restaurants there like Olive Garden or Red Lobster and a Chick fil A in the food court, and some Less expensive stores like a Target with A Starbucks

Good variety of outlet stores, food court had only four restaurant selections. Great deals though and a scenic drive up to Lee made for a nice afternoon with the family.
This place is amazing to shop at. Its an outside mall. What isnt there to love about that? Amazing stories. During holidays they have amazing sales. Would recommend going Christmas shopping here for sure!

Unfortunately a not so great experience compared to past times. While the restrooms near Tommy Hilfiger are closed for unknown reasons, we usually park over there for them. We didnt purchase anything from any of the stores, realizing there are not many stores we enjoy going into. The only money we spent was $5 on broken vending machines that returned none of the products we selected, nor our money.
Had fun, also stop by a few time a year to see what great deals they have in the stores.
What happened to this place? Is starting to look like an unkempt jungle with the lack of landscaping. Please mow what lawn you have on the property. It was sad to see all of the empty stores.

We came on a Sunday morning, 15 min before 11 and there was plenty of parking. The stores are great and we drove back to CT with a lot of new things. Only wish the food court had more to offer as there was not much to eat
Wow, so many stores have closed. Bass shoes, Niki, van Husin, to name a few. Nautica did not have what I wanted, store attendant told me to order online!
I drove 2 hours away and 2 hours back, was trying to go to Nike Outlet... But Nike Outlet is Gone 😓😭😭Very Very Disappointed 😟😖😢

Great stores like Croc, Champion, Calvin Klein, American Eagle and so many more. Keep in mind they do not have all sizes all the time. The best part of these outlets are conveniently located, price and NO TAX!!
