Im so happy that we have a Le Creuset outlet here in the Birmingham area. They are always super friendly, helpful, and the prices cannot be beat. There is a reason this cookware is so expensive! It is the best. However, when you can have the same cookware for 50% of its original price, whats not to like?

I absolutely LOVE this store! Most of the time, its the main reason to come visit the Shoppes of Grand River. The Store Manager, Bob is a wonderful person! I walked in this store 3 years ago, always make it a point to stop & come home with a new item to add to my Le Creuset collection. Bobs staff are just as wonderful (they are a reflection of him). I am planning to visit again soon!

I love the product here at Least Creuset. You can get some really excellent deals here in this store at the mall at Grand Rivers. Highly recommended.

Uncomfortably quiet inside. Good selection, but I dont really believe they are outlet prices. Not sure why, but the atmosphere made it kind of a scary experience. Then again, theyre selling cookware, not an experience.

I love this outlet! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go of their way to let me know of sales and new arrivsls. Ive shopped at a couple outlets in other areas and this one is by far the best! Prices are incredible and the quality is second to none. All of my pieces look perfect and they get a LOT of use. I look forwars to many more shopping trips to the Leeds store.

The manager at this store should be fired! I think his name is Bob.. Very rude! Talking on top of me..when asking a question! Then I said what does the warranty cover is there a brochure inside? he said..well is not going to cover negligence or scratches I am tired of people asking that..dont expect for it to cover things you do to it!! I am not sure what he deals with in a daily basis but he is just a very difficult person... poor guy! If you want le cruiser go to William Sonoma at the summit great customer service! I wish I would of known they had them..before I went to Leeds.. never shopping here again. By the way I never even engaged with the guy after that.. I just said thanks! It was so upsetting to stand in front of someone like that with the manager position. What is happening to customer service in America! 😫
