I went to take these back to merrells, and lady said she couldn’t take them back they were wore out she couldn’t get anything for them there were trash. What I’m puzzled about is the only time I had them on my feet is when I tried them on . The lady then decided to give me some thing for them. On clearance rack it had a pair I was going to trade till the lady told me that I would owe 10.00 extra if I wanted those shoes. Those shoes are not cheap, I’m very disappointed because Iv bought a lot of there shoes, I will pick another shoe company.

My husband and I were looking for some good shoes to wear to Disney. We started by going to Nike and were quickly disappointed with the selection and how crowded the store was. We decided to try and find another shoe store. We stumbled upon Merrell and boy was this fate! The amazing saleswoman, Judy, helped me to find the perfect shoes for our trip along with some other goodies! She went above and beyond to help us. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind! Judy definitely deserves some recognition if not a raise.

How wonderful to find a store where the employees actually understand shoes and feet! I needed advice for myself and a friend who was with me on the problems we have had with shoes and what we need. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful. After so many frustrating months of not being able to find what worked for me, they steered me to exactly what I needed!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The boots I bought fit perfectly. I have already field tested them and I am fully satisfied. I got the MOAB 2 waterproof mid height. I highly reccomend these for hiking and outdoor activities. My wife works on concrete floors and prefers the jungle moc for all day comfort while being on her feet all day.
