Had a lovely experience! While it’s a bit lacking in supply compared to other Hot Topic’s I’ve visited, the customer service was excellent. I’m a trans guy, and I wore a pronoun pin on my shirt today. When I gave my phone number for my hot topic membership, it was under my deadname and the lovely cashier noticed my pin and asked me if I’d like to change it. (Which they did gladly) and was overall a sweet person. I can’t remember their name, but they had VERY bright magenta(?) hair. :)

The staff are so kind and unbelievably cool and laid back....yet on top of it!!The selection is great for such a small store too!

Great place to get anything anime related or graphic tees. Always has some sort of sale going so you can save some cash.

If youve been to Hot Topic in the mall (remember the mall) you will have no trouble recognizing this store. Like many of the stores in this complex, this is more a retail store than outlet where the prices are full or nearly full retail prices while the come on is buy two and save 50 percent on the second one.

It was fine. Nothing to complain about.

Merchandise is pricey but good stuff. They did have a good sale going on. I love that they still carry Lisa Frank stuff.

Love this store! If youre looking for anything related to pop culture, this is the place to visit. The manager, Nathan, of the Grand River location is such a wonderful individual! He saw my niece has dropped money in the store and actually looked up our info that is listed on our in store Guest List account in order to call and let us know. You dont get more honest than that!

I love shopping in this store for my adult children. They have a large selection of up-to-date clothing and accessories. Friendly staff that is always willing to help out and offer suggestions. Lots of collectibles too!

Nice belts 😍 uh the selection of stickers and patches and pins is not that great 😳 they sell Morrisey shirts 🤢🤥 the workers arent usually like extra nice but they are nice 🥰 they ran out of The Cure shirts 😭 its the only place around to get alternative clothing, besides that other mall which you might get shot at 🙈 thanks hot topic ur the love of my life 😃😔 but the prices are outrageous 🖕🖕

Excellent selection, good prices, and kind staff. I could never have asked for a better Hot Topic experience. In all my life Ive never been to a better Hot Topic than this. When I look back on my visit to this Hot Topic it brings me some much joyful delight that I can hardly bear it! This. This Hot Topic right here is the reason why i get out of bed every morning. Just knowing that a Hot Topic like this exists in this very state, country, continent, world, solar system, galaxy, and universe makes me happy beyond compare! Please take a nice little trip to this Hot Topic and you will surely experience this same feeling of utter and complete ecstasy as I did when walking into this fine shopping establishment. My son really loved the store. I have never been in it but definitely will be back. It has so many amazing clothes and specialty items.

At 40+ it can be challenging to find something in common with your teenage daughter outside of being family. I love spending time with mine even if she is in her teens. When we get to spend time together I prefer to be on a level playing field more equals than mother-daughter. We can do this at HotTopic! I introduced her to the store and it has been our place ever since! The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when theyre having a bad day and that cant be said of to many stores anymore! Yes, their prices can be a little high but last time I checked the only other place to purchase similar items is the internet. So for this tactile shopper and her amazing daughter we choose Hot Topic at Grand River!

Absolutely enamored with Hot Topic, it feels like home shopping there, not a lot of plus sized, but they deliver and it ships with no problems.

This is my daughters favorite store. It has all the quirky things she likes.

I can pretty much walk in at any time and find something that I like. The people are awesome and super helpful.

Can be pricey, but when they have sales the prices go down very low. Otherwise, great styles and plenty of merchandise for almost anything
