This place looks either closed or like WAY OLD School. The inside is not business friendly. I called in, lady was very uninformed, even what they do there or pricing or anything, and answered unprofessional and so very homely in conversation, sounded under educated to be honest, sorry its true, not being rude. It looks really like an old donation thrift store type place, or something out of business. They do embroidery apparently. Not sure if there pricing or services are good or not, but based on outward appearance. Uh, not so great.

I took my granddaughters backpack in to be embroidered for her 1st day of kindergarten. They have a variety of fonts to choose from and a exhaustive rainbow of colors of thread to fully personalize anything you might want. Needless to say, my granddaughter was very happy with her new backpack!! The turnaround time was very fast and the staff was very helpful in guiding me in the decision-making process. I have a niece getting married soon and plan to return to Threads for monogrammed towels.

Ive had them embroidery several things for me and always been very pleased !! Latest things have had them do is, dont laugh, my dogs name on a couple of blankets and collars. Going to have my kittys name on his new collar today. I think they have a contract with UAB and the Sheriffs Dept cause everytime Ive been in, they are working on their items. Im sure they have contracts with other entities too because they stay busy and the quality of their work is fantastic !!!I have always been very pleased with everything they have done for me from items for my pets, the grandkids, friends and me personally.

I ordered some shirts and go exactly what I wanted. Great customer service and would order from again
