A nice stop for shopping to break your road trip from Tuscaloosa to Atlanta up. Lots of brand named stores, a food court, public restrooms, and everything is within walking distance. I loved that I could just park out in front of the main entrance and I noticed that there was parking all around the property. The word outlet implied to me that I would find outstanding prices, but I didnt see any huge gotta have it prices. However, selection was ample, and I did love the outdoor mall feel you get there. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes so youll feel like checking out more of the property. Loved the zen water feature located at the entry into the outlet mall. This place is located very close to the highway, and near one of the most amazing gas stations youll ever experience(Bucees). Definitely worth the stop.

I always enjoy shopping here. Plenty of options, and you can always find some great deals. Very nice landscaping and the variety of food options is good.

There is a new shop, Birmingham Bargains, they don’t have the sign up yet but it’s next door to the Nike store. Seriously good deals and quality products. They have athletic gear, shirts 2 for $10, shorts 2 for $10, socks 5 for $10 and so much more. Incredible deals!!!

Very friendly atmosphere. The drive-in/saws/neighbors, crew are amazing.amazing place to eat,play,dine,fetch. Theyre even pet friendly. Go visit it. Amazing lunch menu,amazing food period!!!

This outlet is on a smaller scale and may not have all the stores you want to go. However, each of the stores I went in today had a good layout and the merchandise I looked for. The food court looks nice as well. I will be sure to visit again.

I love going to this mail. Its great because you can go shopping, have a meal and before you leave, you can catch a movie or two at the drive-in. As far as I know, this is the only mall in Alabama with a drive-in theater. HOW GREAT IS THAT 😄

Lets be honest. Its an outlet mall. You go there to purchase stuff cheaper than at a regular store. The food court is adequate, and they actually have a nice Bar-b-Que place, but otherwise, its just like any other mall. Nothing that makes it stand out as amazing.

Nice place but prices are still to expensive. Outlets does not mean lower prices, especially at the Polo store.

Went to the backyard and ate at saws bbq it was amazing.

Great shopping experience! That wasnt all, my daughter works there and she had a flat tire. The security guards there helped her with that situation and that makes the shops of Grand River stand out!!

Watched a movie on screen#1 The parking lights from the mall made it hard to see the screen, cars parking and leaving lights distracted us, worst part the trash can they spelled like vomit it every time the wind blew we almost threw up, bugs and ants where horrible because the trash can they were empty just not cleaned, not an enjoyable night.

This is a wonderful outlet for a small town. Great retail shops, a food court and a multi-screen drive-in theater. A few more restaurants would be a great addition.

The Outlet Shops of Grand River is a great outdoor shopping mall in Leeds. Many of the big brand names are represented, and there are a few surprises too. Be sure to check out The Backyard area to find live music, a place to sit, mini golf, cornhole, and a playground for the kids. This is a great spot to kill a few hours with the family. Buc-ees and Bass Pro Shops are nearby as well, so if youre visiting or passing through, you could easily spend a whole day in this area.

A good place to hangout, needs some face lifting on certain stores And food court options needs to be refined.

This is a very nice place and very clean but its an outdoor outlet mall so if its raining youre going to get wet. I am not a huge fan of this place but Ive never had a bad experience here and some of my friends & family love it. They have a variety of several shops and a really nice food court. There is a lot of walking involved so if you have small children then you definitely want to take a stroller. I recommend going on a day where the weather is really nice.

A really nice shopping center with a variety of stores but many of them are retail prices rather than what you would expect as outlet prices. Though the stores all had markdowns and clearance, the markdowns were either buy one at regular price and get the second for 50 percent off while clearance was 30 to 50 percent off. The complex is still growing and more shops may bring more diversity but dont come expecting designer stuff at 50 to 75 percent off. Food options we varied and there is a four screen drive-in theater 🎭.

Prices are very reasonable and highest quality. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Always a good time when I come out here. Plus they are opening new restaurants and Im in love with it. Came out here to get my son something to wear for graduation. Although we didnt find what we were looking for it was still a good trip.

Nice variety of stores to choose from and they now have pop up stores for local businesses.

The outlet Mall was really pretty. It was nice and quiet when we went but that’s probably because of COVID-19 or the fact we went in a Friday at 12:00pm. They were in the process of building an out door beer garden and miniature golf area. Also has like 4 or 5 drive in movie screens which would be cool to watch a movie after shopping. Has quiet a few non franchise restaurants and the cutest type of indoor flea market I’ve ever been to!

Would love to have stayed longer the heat will come back to Re-Enjoy when its cooler Loved It

Fun outdoor mall. Shopping for every member of the family. Has the Coyote Theater with 4 screens with putting golf games. Ive seen ice skating in the winter and sandcastles in the summer. You will appreciate the coolness, warmth, or dry of the stores after the heat, cold, or rain.

Nice facility. Good stores and most have deals worth checking out. Love the extra stuff that the mall puts on. Very nice drive-in theaters on site.

Open mall. Plenty of parking. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are on your way to Atlanta

Met friends and ate at Saws. Then we played putt putt. We had a great time. I have to say that the BBQ at Saws was the best that Ive had in a long time.

I went to the drive-in. The servers were friendly and courteous. The chicken sandwich my mom said was good. The burger was terrible. It had no taste at all.

LOVE IT!! My sister & I have been Black Friday shopping here for 3 years now. It has become our Twin Tradition. I have been able to fill most of my Christmas shopping list here & have saved hundreds of dollars on name brand items because of the wonderful deals they offer. I have a big family so a lot of gifts to buy & the Outlet Shops have allowed me to purchase good quality name brand gifts on a budget! Also, all of the stores, the food court & the restrooms are ALWAYS clean. All of the staff here are very friendly & helpful! Wonderful shopping experience!!

(POC Dont Spend Your Money here. It has a We Dont Want You Here vibe! ) we got racially profiled in almost every store we went in. Even though no one was hardly there. We were followed in almost every store we went in. No greeting mostly dirty looks from non poc girls being rude. these girls will allowed there friends and people that look like them steal while following you (poc)and intentionally make you feel uncomfortable and unwanted in these stores and/or area.

It was ok just the Nike store didnt have no Jordans in men size. Got to get ur game up.
