Honest and resourceful guy. A man of his word! When it was time to test the boat we had Scott walk us through everything we needed to know about boating and we learn a lot with this gentleman. Brought my Ranger Commache to this place because it was a Ranger Dealer figured it would get done right.. Need a Mercury motor rigged on my boat as I previously had a Yamaha.I was told to get it there inline to get it worked on. They stated that Zach would be back after July 4th.Needed new shifting cable, throttle cable, etc.messaged them about the progress after 3 weeks. I was told that one of their employees got in a accident. I said I’m sorry to hear that but Zach is the one working on my boat; So they say that he is flip flopping from other boats to my boat.I stated so your making your problem my problem??I called them up and spoke to service manager and he said we are waiting on correct prop and water test it. So I stated don’t worry a about the prop I will find one.Long story short went and picked up boat, my cover was piled up on front of boat cover and filled with water. Obviously they did not keep my boat covered, nor was it water tested as I want even get but 85% throttle. . I went ahead and bought prop from the as the owner Mike gave to me at cost which wasn’t correct prop.I went straight to the lake and motor was not turning REMkj it should.Went to a certified Mercury dealer and had them hook up diagnostics to my motor and was only getting 85 % throttle. Had R& F marine fix my motor which had wrong hotfoot on and wrong prop. Needless to say I called back owner Mike and told him the problem and he says you just have someone else you want to do the work, I said no sir I wanted my motor rigged correctly. I stated to owner Mike that I just want it rigged correctly. I am giving him a chance to make it right before I take further steps.He said I am not going to give you money back on hot foot as he kept assuming I was just wanting someone else to do work which I was just wanting done correctly.He cut me short when I mention going to court if I have too.Needless to say I wished would have dug deeper in their reviews as there were bad reviews about the service dept.Don’t wast your time and money bringing your boat here for service! R & F Marine took care of everything needed to correct problems. They state they are certified but not all mechanics there weren’t!Do not I mean do not bring your boat here for service!!! I just left feedback so no one else goes thru the sameproblems be aware!!!!

Bought a Ranger boat from another dealer in Florida and have had nothing but trouble from that dealer. Contacted Ranger to let them know about my experience with that dealer and they recommended that I contact a different dealer for my warranty work. Contacted Holiday Marine about a tail light being out and Justin helped me out very quickly. Had a new tail light within a week and installed. The other dealership is still making excuses for parts that were not on my boat/trailer since my initial purchase. These individuals at Holiday didn’t even sell me my boat and have given me customer service like I did. Highly recommend this dealer and will continue to drive the 80 miles to get my boat serviced and get my parts. Wish I had bought my boat here. Can’t say enough good stuff about this dealer.

My Wife and I found on internet used 2015 Bayliner Element 16. I called Holiday Marine and spoke with Bill about 2015 Bayliner Element 16. Bill told me boat is in excellent condition. I called Bill several times about boat condition and Bill told me boat has no issue and look like brand new. I told Bill I need about 3 hours to get to Holiday Marine it is long ride. So when my Wife and I came to Holiday Marine we were very disappointed after we inspect Bayliner. Engine was in bad condition: leaking oil, heavy scratches on engine body, hull had damage all over,seat cushions was broken and dirty oil was all over the boat. Bill was dishonest when I spoke with him on the phone. When I came to his office Bill did not apologies. I will never ever recommend to anyone Holiday Marine. Shame to Holiday Marine.

Just left Holiday Marine and wanted to share my experience. I purchased two fuel pump assemblies from them yesterday to fix my Yamaha outboard and discovered late last night that one of them had a broken nipple for the fuel line. I returned it this morning and they replaced it for me with no hassle even though they have signs posted everywhere in the parts department about No returns on fuel or special order items. This is why I purchase all of my repair items from them. Thanks again Holiday Marine!

I bought a 2018 236 Hurricane Fun Deck from Holiday Marine. I searched the internet and called many other dealers all around Florida and in other states. Bill in sales gave me the best deal of all the other dealers. There was absolutely no pressure. I visited multiple times over a period of a couple of years. Everyone in the department helped me pick out accessories like a trolling motor and navigational system and gave me great prices with no pressure. David in service set up the boat and even hooked up an anchor for no additional charge. Jason went over and above in helping me go over all the details of the boat and making sure I understood everything before Ieft the dealership. Sandra in service did a great job of coordinating everything and went over and above to answer all of my questions when I had the boat serviced and took care of all of my concerns. During the installation the owner actually came out and spoke with me and I could tell he really cares about his customers, I mean when do you ever even meet the owner at a dealership. The riggers for the sale department are very good at rigging, everything is always very clean and neat. The gentleman that performs the demos and goes over the boat and motor is very knowledgeable and respectful.

Im not happy with the service dept at holiday marine. I took my boat there because it is the closest minn kota warranty repair center to me. I had them diagnose my trolling motor found out the brain for the I pilot was broken...they said they would have a new one ordered and installed by the next Tuesday. I called them to check the status on the boat that Tuesday and got the excuse that Minn kota sent the wrong part. Not sure how the brain of the I pilot could be confused with a different part. While my boat was there they damaged the tongue of my trailer and tried to tell me that it was old and was gonna tear up anyways but they would fix it because it was done on their property. Wed I picked up my boat because I needed it for a trip and they had 3 weeks to repair the trolling motor and still hadnt fixed it so I had to take matters into my own hands and fix it myself. So I called holiday marine back to get the trailer issue fixed after I got back from my trip and they are now telling me I need to pay a restocking fee for the part they ordered before they will repair the damaged tongue on my boat that they damaged...not a great way to do business in my opinion..first you blame Minn kota for not sending the right part then wont repair something that you damaged without charging me a restocking fee.. I will drive 100 miles out of my way before I go back to Holiday Marine

Folks at Holiday Marine are friendly, caring, and fair, I would comeback and I can recommend them without any reservation, the helped me with my Verado engine, and helped me to get a Yamaha engine, I am new to the area and Mercruiser recommend them to me.

Just bought the New $30,000.00+ Bayliner Element F21 at Holiday Marine, in Leesburg Florida, drove 2 1/2 hours to pick it up. Took 6 hours to get paperwork done, hull had a 4 crack in the hull, there were hundreds of indentations in the hull from rubbing probably during transit but was never corrected prior to delivery. The starter switch was lose and failed during initial sea trial leaving me DEAD IN THE WATER. Cheap snaps are already falling apart and pulling out of the hull. Watched 2 employees jam/ram the motor into a flip up lid on the aft deck and blamed it on poor design. Took over a week for dealer and Bayliner to contact me about my complaints, just another example of dealerships selling and screwing customers over. Dont buy this product, I also purchased a brand new truck to tow this boat and it has zero flaws, so it is possible to purchase something that is still high quality.

Wow, Let see I had them put on a trolling motor, they did not put it on the way it was suppose to be, they took short cuts on everything. It does not charge like I paid them to have it do. not only that but we can not use it, because it is a small boat and they put it in the wrong place, and we would have to stand on the plastic top they we would break if we did stand on it. So its a foot trolling motor that you can not use your feet. you have to use your hands to work it. I have never worked with a worse company, and they refuse to fix it or give me my money back. they are as bad as everyone has said.

Discovered the boat of my dreams at Holiday MarineHaving searched the Jacksonville area for several weeks in search of the perfect creek/mud flats boat, I was becoming discouraged. Desiring an aluminium 18ft boat with an aluminium trailer, I quickly found that if I stayed local I would have to compromise. So I expanded my search and found that Holiday Marine in Leesburg Fl, had in stock a Ranger 1862 IFA edition. I requested an online bid that night, and the following morning I had a quote from a Sale Associate Michael with an exceptional offer. He detailed his contact information and encouraged me to feel to call or email if I wanted more details.Throughout my conversations with Michael he was very low pressure and seemed to be as excited as I was about making the vessel my own. I set an appointment to demo the vessel with Michael and to close on the purchase. Considering its a 2 1/2 hour drive from Jacksonville, I had high hopes of making the transaction in one trip.Upon arrival the boat was spotless, trailered on the truck, and ready for my demo. Michael reviewed the features of the boat and answered questions right on the lake. When we arrived back the office, I gave the green light and Michael tackled all the paperwork while I was given an in-depth breakdown of proper maintenance by their Yamaha mechanic. A few signatures later I was pinching myself driving down the road with the boat of my dreams.After my purchase I reached out Michael for assistance with accessories and general questions. He promptly responded and has offered to be my point of contact for questions moving forward. Overall one of the smoothest and stress free transactions I have ever made. I am so glad i chose to do business with the best.

I called for the warranty if a new engine has been purchased for 20 days or 10 hours of use and they told me that I had to pay them $ 560 + taxes above the warranty. They are tranposos. Call another and they fixed it without paying anything, the guarantee covered everything.
