I was absolutely blown away by what Cathy did with my sisters wedding dress. She made my sons king coat from it for his christening and it was absolutely gorgeous and meaningful. She even stitched a special message from my sister in heaven to my son. It was very touching and I cannot thank Cathy enough! Thank you for this amazing keepsake. Highly Recommend.

If you are thinking of using Cathy Ebrada, READ THIS.Where do I begin? My mom and I went to Cathy for her to make my wedding gown because she had great reviews online. Her prices seemed too good to be true. What’s the saying? If it seems too good to be true, it probably is. In January I decided to have my wedding dress made by her, and my mom was having her MOB dress made by her as well. Throughout the process we felt lied to constantly. Nothing was EVER Cathy’s fault. She was NEVER on time to a single appointment. All she talks about is how wonderful she is, but I’ve yet to see it. She fired and hired new seamstresses constantly. She didn’t listen to the details I wanted for the dress. When we came for what was supposed to be our final fittings, we heard her furiously sewing our gowns upstairs! And she still wasn’t done. She then had to deliver our dresses, and continued sewing at my house, the week of the wedding.Now for the final product. My mom’s dress was so poorly made. She took it to another seamstress to see if they could help fix it, so it could at least be wearable. The seamstress asked my mom if she made the dress herself. This was supposed to be a professionally made gown. She wasn’t able to wear her dress and we had to go shopping to find her a new dress. My wedding dress still had the blue marks all over it from the marking pen she used while sewing. And it still wasn’t made with the details I asked for.Had I not signed a contract and already paid, I would have walked away from her early in the process but I was not in the position to lose that amount of money. Girls dream of having the “wedding dress” experience. I never got that. I hope if you are thinking about using Cathy Ebrada, you read this and take it into consideration. I would never use her again. Don’t go to her.

I could not have been happier with the professional, expert, and affordable services I received from Cathy Ebrada!!! Having Cathy Ebrada customize my wedding dress and design/make a custom veil out of both my grandma’s wedding dress and my mom’s wedding dress was the most enjoyable, meaningful, and special part of the wedding planning process! Both my dress and veil turned out perfectly - absolutely breathtaking and timeliness. The fact that both my dress and veil included/incorporated three generations of my family and the most important women/people in my life, made me so happy. I am so happy that my wedding dress and veil are now a family heirloom containing three generations that can be passed down to future generations to come in my family.Not only is Cathy Ebrada an incredibly talented artist and designer, she was an absolute joy to work with! Cathy was incredibly responsive, flexible, accommodating, and able to work in a very condensed timeline (we had a very short engagement because we really wanted to get married Columbus Day Weekend at my family’s farm in Leesburg, VA). Cathy Ebrada was able to customize my wedding dress, design, and make my veil from scratchy from my grandma’s and mom’s wedding dress, and customize/design my mom’s Mother-of-the-Bride dress for the wedding (that looked absolutely perfect on my mom and she looked so beautiful!) – in less than 7-weeks time! Cahty Ebrada made the whole process so relaxing and enjoyable – traveling to my mom and I for all of our fittings and design sessions.Most incredible of all, Cathy Ebrada and her assistant came to help dress me in my wedding dress and put on my veil before the wedding ceremony. Additionally, Cathy Ebrada and her assistance carried my veil and ensured it was laid out on the ground perfectly up until the moment my Dad and I began our walk down the aisle to the alter. Likewise, Cathy Ebrada stayed to help ensure everything was perfect with my dress and veil while we were taking photographs after the wedding during the cocktail hour. Furthermore, the Monday after the wedding, Cathy personally traveled to our house to pick up my wedding dress and veil to clean and preserve.At all times, Cathy Ebrada was respectful, poised, professional, and wonderful to work with. Cathy Ebrada made my wedding dress and veil (and wedding!) even more special than I ever thought possible! I highly recommend Cathy Ebrada for your wedding dress and veil needs and/or any event you may have coming up and need a beautiful dress custom made or have a dress tailored!!!

Cathy is the best! She altered my very intricate lace gown perfectly for my wedding in April. She also hemmed my mother’s gown flawlessly. We had three fittings at her studio in Ashburn. She and her seamstress, Lala, were very kind, hospitable and accommodating. Her pricing was transparent and very reasonable. And as a bonus, she accepts Venmo. Now that my wedding is over, I still bring clothing to her to alter to fit my body! :) She makes you feel very comfortable and confident. I couldn’t recommend her more!

DO NOT USE CATHY!! She stole $2500 from me! Incapable of making my daughters wedding dress and would not give us our money back. Cathy put little effort for six months to make my daughter the dress of her dreams. A two year old could have sewn better than Cathy Cleveland! She is absolutely the worst owner, seamstress, person in the wedding industry!!!! She will be out of business again!

Cathy has made many dresses for my family including cotillion gowns for my daughter. She is extremely talented and a pleasure to work with!

Cathy has been working in the wedding industry for over two decades. She has been great to work with. Other people gives rheir unbiased reviews purposely to hurt not just her business but her personal life as well. This is bullying and assassinates her character. I have worked with cathy for over a decade and ive seen all she does is do good for all her clients. She has been honest and will go an extra mile just to make her customers happy. If a customer says that they know how to sew or a two year old sews better than cathy then this customer is not in her right mind. I mean how can a two year old sew?! - This isnt even safe or legal. Anyway, what cathy is doing is Art and if you don’t appreciate art then you wont appreciate her work and you are not a cathy ebrada customer. Cathy will always accomodate peoples request and give something extra. These customers who worked with Cathy are probably a first timer in custom design work and their expectations are way too unrealistic. These customers should have purchased their gowns from a store- a ready to wear, mass produced gown.
