Not surprised to see the experiences of customers leaving reviews of poor treatment from the staff. Many businesses in Leesburg lack proper training and addressing staff issues feedback from customers from corporate. I bought a balloon paid $25 for it. Not only wasn’t I called prior or at pick up time but the tail of the balloon which is attached separately deflated twice. Clearly the staff using the helium is not trained. I wasted my time and money here and there’s nothing they can do to get my business back. On top of it all supposedly I need to come in person into the store to get my online purchase refund!!!!!

Sold used party decoration packs that had food covered on them and the banner is covered in hair. Absolutely disgusting

I had to plan my sisters baby shower and gender reveal and it was the most simple task. However, with the clueless staff there it was made so complicated and time consuming. After 2 hours of explaining them what exactly I need to be done, they messed up big time on our pick up day. Along with that they made me wait for half an hour just for pick up when there were three people standing at the counter just looking at me and not helping. Thanks to them, I got late for my event, it was nothing like I planned and to top it all, they charged me extra for stuff that I already paid and didnt even even give me the packets for that and kept it with themselves. All this after additional wait of half an hour at the billing counter. I can go on about how bad my experience about this party City was.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst Part City I have ever been to. It’s dirty, unorganized, empty, and the staff is horrible. My husband and I patiently waited in line to get balloons and instead of being approached for assistance (when it was our turn) they instead spoke to the first Caucasian woman who just walked up. I don’t like to make things about race but this was down right rude. Needless to say…I will not be back.

They never fail to disappoint. Unfortunately, this is my closest Party City. I was understanding when I went in and asked for balloons that were displayed and yet werent available. I was understanding when I was in charge of a gender reveal and it took 40 minutes to find out they didnt have the inventory that online said they did, but that it would be there the next day. I was understanding when they screwed up and didnt order from the other store and I had to wait a day....it happens. What the boiling point is when I purchase a balloon, tell them to be gentle because its the last, watch them rip it open with no regards, leave for 2 hours and come back and the last balloon is deformed and am offered no compensation, not even an apology. Nothing. Leesburg Party City, get your act together. If there was a 0 stars, I would give it. And before you think Im a Karen, if they had just said sorry, I would have been okay.

I love that they have options for so many colors: red, light green, dark green, blue, pink, purple, and on and on. They also have lots of staff who are very helpful. I subtracted one star because of the creepy and weird costumes and halloween decorations. They give off a weird vibe.

Terrible service, latina manager was SO rude and we wont be back. Her and her staff were not helpful in locating in stock balloons and instead told us to go check for for what we wanted and provide a sku number. The sku numbers by the way are difficult to see so when my friend tried to see the number but encroached in the cash register area to see the sku of a baloon she was interested in she was yelled at in spanish by the latina manager who obviously assumed my friend spoke spanish. To be clear, if the manager or staff actually gave a damn this entire situation could have been avoided.Do yourself a favor, do business elsewhere because they suck! Better off going to Wegmans or Giant.

Unfortunately theres no 0 stars, thanks to the store Manager I wont go to this location anymore. I was looking for some balloons for my fathers birthday. I was placing an order to pick it up next Saturday I spoke to a lady at the balloons area. She sent another employee to help me. When I asked for the ballon they didnt have it on stock. My friend and I were trying to find another one unfortunately where the ballons are displayed its hard to see the SKU numbers so my friend try to see the numbers and she got yelled from a latina employee in Spanish telling her she couldnt be there, this lady was very rude and not respectful at all. So I decided to dont buy anything from them just because the behavior from this lady.I had some stuff in my cart to pay, when I paid I asked the cashier if I could speak with the store Manager guess who it was, that disrespectful woman. When I gave her an advice that she should be treating her costumers in a respectful manner, she only said ok she said she adviced us to dont stand up around that area. Thats a complete lie. I mentioned to her that thanks to her attitude she lost my business with the ballons she only said ok NO apologies nothing just ok. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE.

Unfortunately the store was messy and disorganized. I saw two employees working together, but one was doing whatever on her phone. It just bugs me when I go into an establishment and see employees on their cell phones when customers are present.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Support small businesses instead of franchises!My parents 50th wedding anniversary was in October therefore I needed some decorations and decided to go by Party City. After the celebration was over I had 2 packages of table top decorations leftover and went by today to return them. I didn’t have my receipt but thought like most retailers they’ll just give me a store gift card. NOPE.... The cashier was rude/argumentative and said “This is a franchise and we do not offer store credits and you will need your receipt to do any type of exchange or return”. I was so stunned and thought what does being a franchise have to do with getting a store credit which would be used at your store and chances are I would have probably bought other things.

This is an incredible store. I have been to a number of Party City stores and this one is top notch all the way. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. They actually want to help customers and that has become rare in most retail stores. Each time I go to Party City, I never get very far before a person greets me and guides me to what I am trying to find. The other day, I was in the store and trying to find some cut-out figures for a course I was hosting. The store did not sell what I was looking for BUT Erick (manager) went to the Internet and found what I was looking for. Even better, he printed out the two cutouts and gave them to me. He saved me serious time and effort trying to create something for a course. That meant the world to me. Thank you VERY much.

Went on the night before Halloween due to an emergency costume issue. Would not wish that on my worst enemy and it was exactly as busy as youd expect. However, the staff was super helpful and there were plenty of them around to assist customers. Made the situation tolerable which is a huge achievement on arguably biggest night of the year for costume shopping.

Horrible service. They didn’t let my try on a mask - which I completely understand because of COVID-19, but when I went home and opened it. I didn’t even try it on, I just looked at it and I knew it wouldn’t fit, so I nicely called and they said to never call them again and that this is a prank call and hung up on me. Very unprofessional and horrible. Do your Halloween shopping elsewhere.

Service is really bad. Waited 15 minutes to check out. Bought special candy for wedding shower. Tried to return, Can not return candy. That should be posted on the receipt would have saved me a trip.

Staff greeted me immediately and escorted me directly to the item I was searching for. Decent selection of items...I was in just prior to Halloween.The staff is young and it reflects via conduct exhibited... but...work did seem to be getting done.

Its a fun and convenient place to go. At times it is hard to navigate through the very tall aisles filled with stuff, but the employees are very helpful when it comes to finding stuff. ^^

Good store, good selection of all things party. Some stuff is overpriced and some of the associates seem to not really care (age thing maybe). On Halloween my cashier didnt put my costume in the bag, called the store to ask about it and didnt get a hold of anyone for 20+ minutes, which inevitably cost me another long trip to go get it in time.

Cramped, empty aisles and out of stock... Looking for employee appreciation or thank you balloons and decorations, but nothing was in stock. They had multiple areas empty, that they must have been turning over, but it was still cramped, with multiple obstructions at off angles. Ill give two stars back for the balloon girl who took pitty on my little one.

The store gives me a little anxiety because its aisles are tight. Wait line for cashier is cramped too. Decent clearance table. So much inventory Im sure you can find whatever you need.
