I did my research online and called a couple of dealership nearby. They never called me back! So I called Key Scales Ford and Diane Davis spoke with me, got the info I needed and called me back in less than 10 minutes! I met with her on a Monday evening and test drove a car similar to the one I wanted. I was looking at an Escape SEL Hybrid. Having never owned a hybrid car, she explained how it worked, how it recharged, and some of the pros about it. Fortunately, there were no cons. I put a down payment on the car I wanted, as it had not yet arrived on the lot and I didn’t want someone else to claim this car! Diane let me know the car would be in that week. She didn’t try to push me on another car, which I really appreciated. She stayed in touch with me all week, letting me know it had come in on Wednesday, sending me videos regarding the features I would have and setting an appointment to pick it up at MY convenience! Also, letting me know what to bring to the dealership when I came back. She was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with! She explained the financing, got me 0% interest and “saved” my car for me so no one else could claim it. Johnny, the “Paper Guy” took me thru the paperwork, explained the extended warranties, and got me on my way. He was NOT pushy about selling any added packages to the car. He also explained the existing warranty on my hybrid, which is phenomenal! He was very helpful. After Diane explained a few more things in my car and answered all my questions, I left with the car of my dreams, a VERY happy customer!I would highly recommend Key Scales Ford, and especially Diane Davis to anyone who wants or needs a Car. And yes, I am partial to Fords! Made in America!
Just had a great experience with the service dept. Brandi and the other service managers were courteous and honest with the process. Brandi followed up on a timely and friendly basis. The service work was necessary and well done. Will definitely use them from now on.
I live in my motorhome full-time and recently had a spark plug blow out of my triton v 10 engine. This is not something new but I called key scales Ford to talk about my options because this is a reoccurring problem. I was told to bring my vehicle in park it on the lot and may be in 3 to 5 days they would be able to take a look at it. It seems to me if you don’t understand the problem the person answering the phone might want to get some answers from someone who would actually be doing the work.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at this dealership. They kept my truck for 3 weeks and did absolutely nothing but charge me a whole bunch of money and give me a run around. Finally got fed up with them not working on my truck and NEVER calling me back. I told them they needed to actually get my truck into the bay and work on it. That’s not what they did at all!! They just cleared the codes on my truck, charged me a whole bunch of money, and gave the truck back to me. Telling me it was all fixed and good to go. Now the very next day I’m broke down on the side of the road with the same exact issue as before. I just bought this truck 3 months ago and this is what I get. Don’t go here, don’t buy from this dealership, and do not, I repeat, do not, go to this place to fix anything! I am contacting corporate about this entire thing, you can’t just mess with local people like this. Sadly I have to go back on Monday to this dealership just to get my money back.
Visiting the area from Michigan. Needed to have my vehicle serviced. Was able to schedule and have it done within a day of arrival. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.I really appreciate the staff reaching out the following day to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received.Definitely treating the customer as family.
Your commercial is awful. Everytime i hear it it make me sick to my stomach. So what that a woman owns and runs it. Men and women should be looked at as equals. To me you are putting down ALL the men that work for you to make your company run.
Home of the three hour oil change. I came in with my 2020 F150 for an oil change, transmission service and tire rotation. After 1.5 hours I ask how much longer it was going to be. I was told about a half hour. After another hour I ask what the problem is. I was told they didn’t have a technician available to do the transmission flush. So if I hadn’t ask I would still be there waiting. Oh wait. I am still here waiting. Got here at 1 it’s 4 now.
Just completed a Lease deal here on a 2021 Ford Ranger and it was a pleasant experience! Our salesperson Erin had everything ready as we had discussed via email, and the finance manager did a good job explaining things. In the matter of a couple of hours we were out the door with our new vehicle!
Called three days ahead to set a service appointment for my truck. Delivered my vehicle to the dealer at the appointment time. It’s now a day and a half later and according to the service advisor they have not yet started to service my vehicle. Why?Why make an appointment?Do people normally make appointments to have there vehicles sit for days before service work begins? Why do I sit without a vehicle for several days while it sits at the service department with no attention? Not the kind of service I was expecting. What should be the resolution for poor scheduling, service and dealer follow thru?Would you want your vehicle serviced by these folks? What’s really sad this is the second Ford dealership that has treated my vehicle issue this way. This must be a come practice by Ford service.
I switch to Key Scales Ford from Prestige Ford because prestige took nearly four hours to change my oil twice in a row. I preferred key scales service. They were much faster. Had free coffee and snacks available while waiting.I had a problem with my service advisor though. She tried to convince me my brake fluid on my truck was getting old and needed to be replaced. My truck had less than 35000 miles on it at the time. There was nothing wrong with my brake fluid. Ford recommend replacing the brake fluid around 150000 miles. If I would have let them replace the brake fluid it would have cost over $200 for service that was not required at the time.If you choose to use their service make sure they do not sell you service that is not needed. Have them show you Fords recommendation or look it up on Google yourself.I had my service done there 4 times and only once did they try to sell me service that was not required. If it wasnt for that one time I would have given them five stars.I had this experience a few years back but it wasnt until I heard their advertisements on my favorite radio station talking about their honesty that made me want to leave a feedback.
Edit:As expected from reading the many other 1 star reviews, this dealership has responded with defamatory statements in an attempt to deflect.A warning to others! Warranty work could leave you without the use of a vehicle. If you are buying a new or used Ford and something under warranty needs work, I’d say don’t count on Ford or this dealership to keep you driving. My 2020 Ford Escape already needs warranty work! Worse, the dealership said I would be without my vehicle an entire day. They won’t even provide a loaner vehicle! After speaking with the dealership a few times, the time estimate was reduced to ‘about two hours’.... a pretty drastic change. The vehicle is still in need of repair. Dropping it off and being without a vehicle is not an option for me.I wish Ford and this dealership would value their customers by minimizing disruptions caused by deficiencies and defects in their vehicles.
Always a good experience..Brian Kubis the service manager ALWAYS takes great care of me..I find the entire staff friendly and knowledable..
I was at this location to deliver an Edible Arrangements gift to an associate. While its not appropriate for me to contribute much, I will say that the premises are well organised, clean, appealing, and the staff are very helpful.
I had set up an appointment for a recall on my air, bag, several weeks in advance. I arrived for my scheduled appointment. I was told there wasnt an airbag in stock. I have a phone, nobody took the time the day before or the morning of my appointment to notify me of this. This is poor ethics on part of the service department. I wasted my whole day off waiting for the appointment. I could have not driven that far for no reason if only they took time to notify me.I probably will not do business with them in the future.
I tried to buy a car from them a couple years ago and it was a bad experience. I ended up driving to Eustis and having a better experience with the Ford dealership there. This is disappointing because Key Scales is much closer and I live in Leesburg so I want to support Leesburg businesses.
What has happened with Key Scales Ford? They now have a reservation center for booking a service appt. and they never answer and take hours to return a call - if they even do. It is obviously an outside center as they have no idea what they are booking appts. for. You cannot wait for your car to be repaired. Drop off needed, no one allowed in to wait. Told it may take a day or 2 but no loaners offered. Tough when you have only one car. Bought 3 cars from them and will never return. Now have an appt. with a competitor. Lady owners, take heed!
They are wonderful!! They worked with my difficult schedule and couldnt be happier. Thank you all so much. My dog, Annie thinks yall are pretty cool too!
Were new to the area, I made a service appointment at Key Scales Ford, when we got their we were greeted by Brandy and Denise and everyone we encountered. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the staff.staffstaffstaffarecommend them
Very helpful service dept answered all my concerns
If I could rate a negative number I would. I called to confirm the car was available before I drove an hour & a half to get there and surprise the car you called about was sold yesterday!! Really? What kind of sales people are you?
This is an update (7/21) from my previous rating (1/21). I upgraded the original rating because the owner called and said they were working on staffing for the Service area. Obviously, they were not able to get any help in that area, nor were they able to train others to help answer easy questions regarding an upcoming appointment. I called at 7:30 (when Service opens) and was told to leave a voicemail - which I did. I called at 10:30, and the operator again told me to leave another voicemail. This is EXACTLY what happened to me in December - never got a return call and they closed early.I love Ford - but until there is a better Ford Service experience in the area, this is my last Ford. Ford Corporate needs to get involved and help.Below is my original post (after I spoke to the owner):Overall, the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. They need another person to help in service during their busy hours or need to flex people from other departments during the crush times.
Poor customer service, They dont greet you, they dont even come out to the car, Came at 7:30 am to get oil change, no cars in front of me, and 2 cars in bay, went inside and the lady ask what did I want and she said sorry booked all day, if you want leave your car here and when we get to it, Left there and went to Prestige Ford Mont Dora and within an hour my car was done! Prestige Ford is the way to go!
The salesman don is a very kind and straight person. He will do his best to work you out the best deal on the cat you want. He makes your car buying experience tolerable.
Thank you Key Scales Ford for the outstanding, professionalism of the entire office and most of all, the mechanics that go the extra mile to thoroughly ensure all of the customers needs are met!My family owns a Ford Focus and a Ford F-150. We have all been beyond pleased with the quality of the vehicles, our experience there with your well trained employees that genuinely care to do their job, going above and beyond. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone inquiring about purchasing a vehicle or to anyone that simply need theirs serviced.Thank you again Key Scales & to your staff, we highly recommend10 out of 10!!!!
I came here to get work done. They didn’t get any of it done, and said unless it happens to them they aren’t fixing it. Ford in Clermont has been amazing and highly recommend them. Let me add, I had videos of the problems, I wasn’t asking them to just throw parts and hope for the best. That wasn’t good enough either.
The parts department team is amazing.
Completely unhappy with service department. We drove past several other dealerships to Key Scales because we were told that service would be better than others and that customer satisfaction was important. Absolutely NOT the case and I intend to make sure every one I know doesn’t make that same mistake. We went in strictly for a replacement of a part that was under warranty but because there was another part that was in need of repair that was not under warranty and we chose not to allow them to fix that part due to the extremely high cost they would not cover the original part that should’ve been covered at NO cost. We explained that our son was a mechanic and we would prefer him to do work not covered by warranty and they refused. They felt that the second part was POSSIBLY the cause of the warranted part going bad so we even went as far as telling them that we would not expect part to be guaranteed and would sign something accordingly due to other repairs needed. Nope they refused to cover factory warranty part. This is classic bad behavior of some service departments and obviously the type of service or lack of from Key Scales. Don’t worry they still charged us $158 to do nothing but keep our car a day longer than expected. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for your service needs. They are crooks !!!
The sales department is terrible. They changed the warranty, took 3 tries to get a answer and I had to call back to get it. WHO BUYS A CAR AT FULL SALE PRICE WOULD NOT NEGOTIATE I own a F150 now and Fords for last 40 years and have been in the auto industry 40 yrs. This is the worst sales department I have ever TRIED to deal with
Our experience with Key Scales Ford was beyond perfect. I had selected an Edge and talked frequently with Rich Rysell before making an appointment to come and see it. He had answered all of my questions, the process was easy, the paperwork was ready and Johnny Hidero in financing did a fantastic job. I got 0% financing and am so pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Dont take your vehicles here to get service. I scheduled my personal vehicle to get an oil change at 9:30 AM in the morning. I dropped it off. I never got a call, so I followed up with them around 4:00 PM. They close at 5 PM. Finally got a call back at 4:30 PM and was told they had not looked at my vehicle. I had to complain to get them to complete the oil change and get me my vehicle back. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment if the vehicle isnt actually looked at scheduled time? The staff also seems inconvenienced when trying to get their assistance. When I talked to them about the above, they stated that they let the customers know that the service could take a couple days. Mind you, this was for a standard oil change on a 13 F-150. I was never notified that on the phone whatsoever. Not sure what the response below has anything to do with my complaint. I never verbally abused anyone. This situation occurred two months ago with my personal vehicle. I just now decided to verbalize it, and Id be happy to take my business elsewhere.
Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Our salesperson Erin was beyond friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of all my questions. Michael in the Finance Dept was just as friendly.I love 💕 my new Ford Edge Titanium.
Fred Almonte was very professional and courteous in helping me through the process of buying my new Edge. He went over and above to see that I was satisfied. Fred answered all my questions regarding my new purchase. All in all, he is a TOP SHELF salesperson and Key Scales is so honored to have Fred working in their business.
Took my car in for its first oil change - Im a little disappointed, tire rotation was not included. However, for $210 plus tax, I could get my tires rotated, and have some lubricant added.
They cant tell the truth or schedule proper appointments to save their lives. Driving the extra to another Ford dealership would be your best bet.Edited for their response. If you call lying to people and then offering the solution that should have been offered (and I tried getting clarification on) at the time we set the original appointment and calling it thinking outside the box like youre trying to help. Youre company should address your lack of customer service. Ill get a hold of Ford corporate and lodge a complaint.
Fantastic buying experience especially dealing with Fred Almonte. Fred and entire staff went above and beyond to find the specific equipped vehicle including exterior and interior colors we wanted. Everyone involved in our purchase, or not, were very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and caring.
They are very nice and try to save you money.
I worked with Robert Baptiste, he presented us with all possible options before we settled on the vehicle we purchased. He researched all available vehicles, and we test drove others as well. He did a great job putting together the deal and worked out the kinks to make everything go smoothly. Dealing with the finance dept. went equally smooth. Good people to work with, I wouldnt hesitate to work with these guys again on future purchases.
Lakira did an excellent job of answering our questions and going through all the features of our new car. The whole experience at Key Scales Ford was very relaxed and stress free, unlike other dealerships weve dealt with. Would certainly do business here again.
Friendly and competent service
Made an appointment for service on my 2020 F250 which is still under warranty. Arrived at dealer for repair and was told it would be at least 2 days before they would look at it. I was told that an appointment is only to get you in the service waiting list. Why make an appointment if your not going to work on it ??? I asked if they could call me when there was an opening and I would bring it back. We cant do that No loaner vehicle but they would rent me a car.
Key Scales Ford, their sales & service staff, and the managers I have personally interacted with have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. Aside from a home, the next most expensive thing many people buy is their vehicle, and I know I can trust mine in their hands. Professionalism, compassion, honesty, and integrity are hallmarks of this dealership from my experience, and I feel extremely blessed theyre in my neighborhood.
Excellent customer service And the mechanics were very helpful Would highly recommend Their service department To anybody Who has a Ford Vehicle They were very friendly And courteous
Cant afford to fix it but folks are wonderful!
Be aware that face masks are NOT worn by service advisors at Key Scales Ford during the Covid pandemic unless customers request that one be worn. Staff and posted signs state that Lake County, FL does not require masks, apparently justifying the dealership’s mask-free employee policy.
Dropped of the car Thursday morning for a oil change and tire rotation and to try to figure out a vibration. 5days later nothing done they couldnt figure out the vibration and when I got there to get the car they hadnt done the oil change or rotation.the young lady (brandy) didnt let the mechanic know about the oil change and tire rotation .had to wait for about 30 minutes then pay them 53 dollars oh and forgot to say before I got home from dropping off the car there was a call wanting to know where the keys to the car was and they had them turns out they called the wrong person lol they lost someone keys
My mother brought her Ford there a little under 2 weeks ago because it was shutting off on her. The FIRST time she brought in her car we were told to have a seat in the lobby and someone would get back to us about the car. We sat there for a HOUR before WE had to go in the front to find out what was going on. When we did, all we were told is the car will be looked at and we will be given a call once they know more. We didnt need to sit there a hour just be be told NOTHING. 3 days later of them having my moms car, its returned to her, they charged her almost $600 for repairs. The next day, not even 24 hours later it shut off on her AGAIN!!!!! AFTER SHE PAID THEM $600!!! They told her it was a new issue REALTED TO THE ISSUE THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE FIRST TIME. They charged her ANOTHER $400!!!! It makes you question ONE: Why wasnt this issue caught the first time?? AND TWO: was the first repair even necessary to begin with??????? They didnt even offer a genuine apology, explaination or even a TINY discount for the inconveniences. So my mom paid $1000 for repairs and we dont even really know why, what was wrong or what was really done. I do not suggest going there. I understand that cars and repairs are costly and necessary, but ripping people off never is.
Fred almonte is the best!
Very helpful even tho they didnt have what I was looking for. The parts guy found the nearest dealer that had it in stock.
This was our second purchase at Key Scale Ford. Terrell McCoy actually picked out exactly what we were looking for. He was very pleasant and professional, a pleasure to do business with. First offer out of the office exceeded our expectations. All in all one of our best car buying experiences. Thank you!
Just had a great experience with Brandy at your service dept. Knowing that I was 1200 miles from home and obviously a one time customer she treated me like one of your best customers. She got me shuttle service to and from where I am staying and called me 3 times to keep me posted on the repair progress. She also contacted my extended service contract and made all the appropriate arrangements. Brandy represents your dealership with great professionalism and people skills.
This review is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Made an appointment for 3:30 PM and brought the vehicle in the day prior to the scheduled date, as I would not be able to drop off the vehicle at the scheduled time. I called the day following the appointment (today) and they had not even looked at the vehicle yet and are telling me they are hoping to look at it today, however, they cannot make any promises it will be looked at. Service advisor told me that they are 2-3 days out at diagnosing vehicles. This should have been brought to my attention when scheduling the appointment but it was not.I received a call from the service department manager after threatening to leave a negative review and they told me to come pickup my vehicle and to take it elsewhere for service. Ive never been so offended by a business. Because of their inability to provide me with a proper timeline they then punished me and told me they no longer want to do business with me and to come pickup my vehicle. Needless to say I got pretty upset when they told me this and tried to get a word in edge wise and the service manager just keep talking over me. I was so mad I told her to Shut the F up and let me talk. Well needless to say she ended the call. Its unfortunate as Ive been doing business with them for years, we have 4 ford vehicles that weve been taking there for service and weve seen the service go downhill over the years.I have a hunch that youll see some sort of response from Key Scales stating I was in the wrong but let me just say Im not posting this review to bring down a business, I posted this because I was so taken back by their behavior and inability to right their wrong. You dont just tell a customer to take their business elsewhere, what is wrong with this place!?
I would give 10 STARS if I could!!! Where do I began Diane helped me figure out what was the best vehicle for me. She is awesome!! Matt was wonderful as well. He was able to help me decide in which extended warranty would be best for me. He went over all the boring not so fun but VERY IMPORTANT paperwork. He made the whole situation FUN, EASY and was very INFORMATIVE. With out these two wonderful people I would have never been able to get my New Ford Edge Titanium SUV. I went to another dealer who just really didnt want to try to help me. I was told since I was new to financing that I was high risk and they did not want to waste my time. SO I Went TO KEY SCALE FORD and they got me into a vehicle with no trouble at all. I would recommend them to anybody!!!
We both were very satisfied with the overall experience. Fred was excellent to work with and treated us very fairly. Our only complaint was that there was a delay in picking up our car and they don’t offer a loaner. Very difficult as this is our only vehicle.
My friend just bought a truck yesterday nice people to do business with
Best car buying experience Ive ever had! Fred and Mike had everything ready for us and no surprise numbers on the pricing sheet. Up front, personal, friendly group. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.
Its a nightmare. Fine to make appointment but then they tell you what its going to cost, even under warranty. Couldnt get a rental car...and then forgot to tell me about a deposit on that. Gen manager wont return calls. And they wonder why I called Ford customer service. And even thats a joke. I have had many Ford products in the past, but I will avoid this place like the plague. Piss poor customer service, no doubt about it!!! Not happy and they could care less.
After shopping for several months all over FL, I found my perfect car at Key Scales. While initially I only chose to go here because they had the car I wanted, I was truly impressed by their professionalism and courtesy from the very first phone call. The entire buying experience was wonderful. I was not pressured at any time, I was well informed throughout the purchasing process, and everyone I worked with provided excellent customer service. Key Scales is the first place I will go for our next car. Be sure to ask for Rob Gonzales, you wont be disappointed!!
As always an excellent experience at Key Scales thanks to Brandy the service writer. Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. Serviced completed in a normal amount of time and I was on my way.
We found what we were looking for in our new truck. The team at Key Scales Ford were very welcoming and easy to deal with. They really cared that we were happy and that we knew all about our new truck. Thank you, we are very happy!
Service Manager Brandy Morris, Should Get A Raise, She Knows Everything, At Least About My Ford SUV.....IS So Easy to Talk To!
This place is awesome! I always buy all.my vehicles here. Fred is a fantastic in sales, knows his autos. Service department knows what they are doing. You can take you car or truck being gas or diesel here and have no worries. Great assured they k ow their stuff in all areas of the business.
Great place to find your new or used vehicles!!!! Friendly and very professional people to deal with! Highly recommended!!!
Made a appointment for a oil change and ordered my part. Very helpful
A bit pricey but, worth the peace of mind. We just had our family vehicle worked on by a shady mobile mechanic who tried to pass himself off as Christian. Ford cleaned up the mobile mechanics mess!
$89 in labor to make a key. I seen my car pull up where they put cars that have been serviced. But they kept me waiting so they could inflate labor cost. Labor, to cut a key. $89 in labor. Do you think thats fair? In a time where people are struggling. $89 in labor, to cut a key. Im i happy with this service? Would you be? Would you feel good about paying a big company $89 in labor to cut a key. Or would you feel like you just got ripped off during a pandemic? $159.00 for one key. It clearly states on my recipt that has a bright yellow star on it Labor $89.00. One week ago and no record? Great service?
Awesome staff and experience!
Key Scales Ford provided the best car buying experience I have ever had. The whole team from Bryant in sales to Mike in finance to Randy in management, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will never buy a Ford anywhere else. Thank you!
2nd trip for recall1st appointment NO PART2nd appointment repair will take 2 days.Amazing person establishing appointment never explained issues.NOT HAPPY
Ive bought three vehicles from them, and have never been treated as a quality customer. I love the brand, just not from these guys. :Update- The owner cant even find me in the system. 96 mustang / 98 F150 - 2004 Harley Davidson F250 . Yeah, they care.
A lovely hometown dealer that will go out of their way for their customers. Fred and Don are fantastic to deal with!
Fred Almonte is a real pro. I experienced a new car purchase today. I had previously used this dealer for service. First purchase. Best car buying experience EVER. Fred contacted me immediately after I sent in a request for information on a specific vehicle. He offered to bring it to my house for a test, but we were comfortable stopping in. From the moment we walked in until we left, it was just a great experience. Fred showed us all the gadgets in our new car. Its like driving a computer, and Fred put it into terms that made it easy to understand.Next, we met with Michael who helped us with financing. He was really a good guy to talk to and deal with. We were in and out in a few minutes after reviewing the documents. We highly recommend Fred, MIchael and Key Scales Ford.
Had a great customer service experience today! Had some little hurdles but the lady Diana Davis was amazing with us. She took her time, she was patient and helpful. They went over everything with us in detail. It was a process but worth it. I would do business again with them.
Worst experience Ive ever had. In my opinion they are the kings of bait and switch.
Just bought a used truck from Key Scales. Sales person Sean Boyd was extremely helpful and made the sale smooth and seamless. No pressure or stress! He even was kind enough to deliver the vehicle to my house. I got a great deal and even a greater truck! Finance department got me in and out in little time. Would definitely recommend buying from Key Scales! Thanks again!
Had a great experience with purchase of my truck, easy and hassle free
Without a doubt the most unprofessional incompetent Ford Dealership I have ever been to. After having 2 really bad experiences here I will never return .
Awesome place. We buy all of our cars from here. I just bought a Ford escape today and the service was excellent. Mike was very helpful and everyone is very friendly.
Mark and Justin theyre mechanic really helped me out. I brought my truck in it had a pto issue and they did great. They got it fixed quick and affordable. I cant thank you enough. I will be using you guys for service now maybe other business as well. Thank you!
By far the best dealership I have experienced. The Principal owner is always there to help and greet you with a smile. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Worth the drive for me to go to Key Scales Ford.
I have 2 Toyotas Rav4, my wife car is 2011, mine is 2010. I was looking to buy a like new one owner Toyota Rav4 with less miles for my wife and I found a very good 2015 Rav4 XLE with very low miles (25000) in this dealer. I know internet prices are not the same that prices at dealers, but they were willing to work a little bit with me in the price. Fred is a very nice person and he showed me the car and we went for a test drive. He was very nice. The car has for life powertrain warranty and I ended buying a bumper to bumper 3 years warranty that they offered me after they reduced my interest to 2.5% (I always buy the complete warranty at least for 3 years) One time the alternator was down 15 days after I bought my toyota rav4 2010 and the warranty covered 100%. Anyways, the car is like new, they were very professionals and left the car there until tomorrow that I will pick it up. This is the 4th time that I buy a car in a dealer and I have never had any problem, but I always go to the big dealers, I mean, Toyota, Ford, Nissan, etc.
Brought my Explorer in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was a little early and got right in. Because I am from out of town, I did not buy my Explorer from Key Scales. They still treated me like a loyal customer. Everyone in the service department was friendly and respectful. I plan on servicing my Explorer at Key Scales next time I am in town.
As this was my first experience at a dealership, the experience was awesome. The whole place was warm and friendly with a positive vibe that made me feel I was among people Ive known for years. They were honest in they knew when to ask for help to make my time great and memorable. My very first experience at a Dealership was so unexpectedly wonderful and so much more than what I was prepared for. I will be returning to them shortly. Amazing first time. Amazing Experience.
Our sales person, Erin, was fantastic. One of the managers, Randy was also a great help.
Very helpful in programming my Android auto on the computer in the truck
Just had my car serviced there and was very pleased with the experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was even a pleasure paying my bill, very fair price for quality work. Thanks Mark, and everyone else.
Great service, our sales representative was awesome. He helped us getting everything we wanted. Great place to go to get a new or used vehicle. Would recommend them to all family memebers and friends
Fred knew his stuff and ordered the car I wanted. When it became questionable whether that car would arrive, he found one that met my criteria at another dealer. I was stopped in a parking lot by several women who were admiring the pretty red Escape. Could not be happier with the car and salesman.
Probably the easiest auto buying experience Ive ever had! I found exactly the pre-owned vehicle I wanted in beautiful shape and properly priced. Fred Almonte was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything went smoothly and I didnt spend a lot of time waiting around.
Made appointment for 8:15 am to have a maintenance an tire rotation done. Left so we didnt have to sit up there an wait went back to check an see if its done an it wasnt even touched an thats at 10:38 am they said because we left they took others before us iam sorry but i made appointment for 8:15 an your telling me other people got theres done an you havent touch our truck yet thats ridiculous we will never be back an never recommend anyone to them.
We were pleased with our overall experience. Although new to the dealership, Garrett, our salesman was a pleasure to work with as was the finance department.
Dont bother wasting your time at this third rate car place they only care about selling you some old repossessed vehicle instead of a new one. Thats where there profit center is and its a NO win for the customer. Go elsewhere before you get ripped off!!
When I first called about my vehicle needing assistance they told me to bring it in. When I got it towed to the dealership they told me everything was being taken care of and they would handle it. After 7 days of being in their care I called because I had not had an update and I was told that my car had not been seen yet, it was on a wait list and they would call when they had information. I did not have a rental car offered even though I explicitly told them that I needed a car to get to work and classes. They ignored me and assured me it wouldn’t be much longer. After another 6 days I got a call that the car was being seen by one of their mechanics and they can’t tell what was wrong. They needed more time to diagnose the car. I asked how much longer and they said at least two more weeks. I asked if I could get a rental car in the meantime and they told me they couldn’t provide a rental car because they did not know how serious the problem was or how long it was going to take to fix. I was left without a means of transportation all because they didn’t think my situation was serious enough. At that point I had to fly back to my college town to return to classes and my life. I was without a car for two more weeks before I was given a rental after speaking with a higher up. When I kept asking for updates from the dealership I was constantly ignored and had to continuously call to remind them that I was still waiting on the car. It took a total of 9 weeks for my car to be ready and fixed. All because of a clutch sensor. When I booked my flight to return to the dealership to pick up my car I was greeted by a different person than the one handling my case because Brandy, my case worker, was on vacation. I do not recommend this dealership at all. They are slow and are incapable of following the simplest request.
The young lady who greeted customers and set up appointments displayed outstanding customer service skills. She definitely set an expectation that I would receive excellent service from the company!
The management is phenomenal and professional at this organization from the top down. The employees always go beyond customers expectations. If I could give 20 stars I would. Top-notch dealership always makes you feel part of the family
Polite, quick and very thorough
No staff wearing masks and no social distancing. No compliance with C.D.C. and Governor infection control guidelines for a pandemic.I was told that a Ford car of 12,500 miles with loud screeching brakes is normal and do not worry.
First time bringing my SUV for service. Was immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman and the service dept has exceptional customer service, very organized and professional. Will definitely be back.
Good service, good salesman, the offer they give wasnt that great. And took to much time. Love the service and on change oil and filter and good price. The cars are not that good. Had a brand new Ford Focus and less than 2 months had transmission problem, but they fix it. Trucks are better. And they should have a free car wash on each service. Toyota have it.
