We have been visiting outlet stores for three years whenever we visit my uncle in virginia. This year we visited leesburg outlet store with three family members. We went to Columbia store to buy some winter clothes and use our $20 coupons. It was around 9pm and we were about to pay but that guy at cashier told us that we can only use 1 coupon. We had lots of clothes but we only bought 3 of them becausr he wanted us to pay everything in one payment. If we make all payments we were gonna use only one coupon. He said for groups it is only allowed to use one coupon. This is not fair and acceptable.😡

We made full use of the special offers. This place has great deals

The guy at cashier didn’t let me use my $20 coupons. He said he can only accept one coupon. Not fair. I was about to spend more than $300 and he didn’t accept separate transactions.

Got there late, near closing time(10-15 min before it), and they were unwilling to allow us to make multiple purchases so that we can use more coupons and just told us to leave
