The staff at this store were the most kind, courteous and respectful toward my grandson and I. The young men employed here are an assets to themselves as well as to the community and should be held up as an example for any young adult. The store may be smaller, but their knowledge of brand and fit were unparalleled in assisting in our purchase.Thank you to the store managers for encouraging and enabling these young men to be an asset to not just your store but to people like myself that still believe kindness is a virtue.

This Foot Locker had the least selection of shoes ever

I like Foot Locker. Theres not many stores at Lake Square and Foot Locker is the best place to buy shoes there. Unfortunately, the last couple times that Ive went, they have been out of stock on my size.

The customer service was awesome the cashier kept asking me if I liked the shoes and if I wanted to try on another pair and how they felt and my mother is new to shoe shopping and he was nice to her and kept gooi g back and getting her a new pair and did the same thing he did for me for her all in all he had amazing customer service

I usually dont go to this location but on the particular day that I did I wasnt disappointed. Jadyn was exceptional! She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in my selection. There isnt a broad range of visible options here -that would be my only concern.The customer service here was awesome and I am now awaiting my brand new all whites. Thanks again Jady!
