Waiting in drive thru line to pick up prescriptions for over 30 minutes because people in front have Covid appointments. Couldnt there be one line for each? This is so frustrating!
Service and waiting time is OK. Doctor is amazing; friendly, helpful and treats someone with dignity. But the restroom is the most disgusting one I have gone to in Leesburg; extremely filthy and smelly! A shame as this is a pharmacy!
Very friendly and helpful. I’m able to get prescriptions quickly after they’re called in.
Dont bother making an appointment for a covid vaccination-all of the walk-ins go ahead of you. I waited for 30 minutes, saw her give one shot.
Just stopped by our local CVS (01/18/21 around 7:45pm) needed q-tips and they seemed to be out of stock, which is weird but no biggie. We got help from a lovely fellow in a cool hat (unfortunately I couldn’t see his name tag) who helped us search up and down. We resigned and went to check out and as we were scanning we heard a “hey HELLO!” and we turn to see cool hat man holding four packs of q-tips!needless to say I definitely appreciated the effort this kind person put in to find us some q-tips!
I just moved to Leesburg from Sterling. Now I dont drive so I needed a pharmacy that was close to my new apartment, that was friendly, happy to help me when I needed it, that understood my medicines (previous pharmacy didnt know what my meds were when I would call and ask) that was on the bus line. CVS hit all those points and more. The transition from the previous pharmacy to CVS has been so smooth. Like so refreshing. I had asked the pharmacy technician what to use for some surgery scars and he told and said what isle. I am very impressed, I will be sticking with CVS from now on.
I was on hold for more than 20 minutes, pharmacy never answered my call. They ordered the wrong diabetes test equipment, then, reorder a new one but did not receive the needles, I have 6 boxes of test strips.
Pharmacy staff’s very rude..
Good service.
This pharmacy is seriously so understaffed that it’s excruciating. You can’t call because you’ll be on hold for 30 minutes just to ask a quick question that they will incorrectly answer just so they can rush you off of the phone because they have twenty other customers to handle. The staff is really friendly but their jobs would be made so much easier if they hired more people.
Margaret she was so nice and friendly. I was standing on checkout line for a long time and Margaret she saw me and took me to her checkout counter she saved my time, cvs has good associates cvs should raise wage for them.
My wife is working in CVS for 3 weeks they did not put her name on payroll. She is not paid for that 3 weeks yet. Management is worse. Expected better from them. No one should work there. Government must banned this well known frauds.
Staff is super friendly and helpful..But the pharmacy needs help. They are always short handed and very busy. Forget about calling... I alwaysHave to wait 10 to 20 minutes on hold.. Please get some help...
I love this pharmacy because of the pharmacist who works here. He always remembers my name and what I am there for . He is very kind and helped me to save money on my prescription. For a pharmacy this guy and his staff work hard to get you out the door . They make you feel like a part of the town like the old small town pharmacy do. They know all there customers they great them by name and that shows they care and that makes it worth going to this CVS . No other one treats you this well .
Always very rude about my stepsons RX, never have it in stock and don’t offer to order it or be helpful. Very rude on the phone, not even worth a call. This is very close to home but I have to drive to Ashburn to get decent service and his RX.
I dread using this pharmacy. Agree with others, you wait on hold for 20 minutes or more with simple questions. Drive through must allow people to drop off and wait on prescriptions, because I’ve sat for 30+ minutes behind a car. The only consistency is bad experiences. If I could, I’d never use CVS...but our work prescription plan is with CVS Caremark. I much prefer Walgreens.
I work right next to this store and it’s also my primary place to pick up my prescriptions. This store is always extremely busy, yet they still do an excellent job. Crystal, Ashie, Tara, Ivette and Binh are all fantastic!I know I’ve left some names out, but they are great too!Overall, the best CVS in the area!
Middle-aged woman pharmacist was rude and most unhelpful. Go to the other CVS. Their service was friendlier and helpful. This woman refused to transfer medication simply because it was inconvenient for her. She glared at everyone too.
Super friendly staff. I needed passport pictures and they helped me right away. I got my pictures done in less than 5 minutes. Other customers in line were happy, laughing and it was a positive and quick experience. I havent used their pharmacy so I cant comment on that. The gentleman who helped me with my pictures was very nice and helpful. Getting a picture done by a stranger is awkward but he made the whole process pleasant.
Picking up a prescription is a fantastic way to kill 45 minutes.
This probably is not the fault of the employees at this location, but rather the circumstances of their staffing and the volume of business they do.We dropped off a physical prescription late last week, the next day received a helpful call explaining that the item is not in stock but it should be available the following Monday. I tried calling before leaving work on Monday to make sure it was ready for pickup so that I could go out of my way during my commute, but was on hold. During my drive home I waited on hold, to find out whatever I could.Twice while on hold, someone picked up said CVS please hold, then put me back on hold.I arrived at the CVS still on hold, the call was 42 minutes in at this point. I waited in the 5-car-long drive-through line, and at 60 minutes my call disconnected. I called back to see if there would be any answer since the drive-thru line was not moving. After 12 minutes someone answered, put me on hold to look for the status of my prescription. 4 minutes later someone else picked up the phone, and I started explaining that someone else was looking for my prescription - they put me back on hold while I was mid-sentence.3 minutes later that call disconnected. 15 minutes later I got to the drive-thru window, where nobody could find the status of our request, or that we even dropped a prescription off - despite my having received a follow-up call last week. The person at the window explained that they were very busy and backlogged on most tasks, including entering physical prescriptions into that computer - though it sounded like that was referring only to that days activities. We will be going to another pharmacy for future needs. This was our first time using this CVS since moving to the area, and it does not seem to be a good fitEdit/update a few weeks later: I never received any follow-up calls about the status of our prescription at this location. We will be using the local Walgreens or Costco pharmacies instead of this CVS location
The worest CVS ever . I called an hour ago and a male pharnacist said to me on the phone that my daughers prescreption will be ready in 20 munites. I showed up after 45 minuts howeever they did not even mixed it up.LACK OF ETHICS AND PROFESSIONALISIM
The experience is horrible every single time I go to the pharmacy. They are extremely short staffed for the amount of prescriptions they fill. Finally after not be able to get my prescriptions on time, the last 15 Ive had refilled (thats not an exaggeration) and sitting on hold today for 15 minutes, just to get in contact with someone from the pharmacy - - Ive decided to write a bad review. The parmacy techs are great, very helpful and try to do their best with what they are dealt - - but you can tell they are extremely tired and sick of working every single time you go in. If anyone is looking for a better experience, try Target - - all targets now have CVS in them and the one right down the road has been excellent.
Excellent customer service with Mr. Karim i was there Saturday night and his really helpful acknowledging the customers need which is the right customer service everyones looking for. Im very pleased and grateful with his service.
My experience here was horrible, I came here with my mom (who by the way is Asian) right after coming from the doctors office. As soon as we came in the lady was very rude from the start. She told us how much the medicine was, and my mom asked if she could check our insurance and the lady put the insurance in and told us our insurance card was terminated. My mom had previously come in the week before to get her medicine so of course shes rightfully confused and asked the lady to check the card, then said there was no mistake and even printed out the paper (Everything on the paper was incorrect and the lady had put it in incorrectly and would not double check when asked to). Every time my mother tried to talk the lady would interrupt her and say mam, mam talking over my mom and talking to her very condescendingly. She then said for us to go home and have my moms husband to call the number on the insurance and then come back. My mom and I went home and my mom called the insurance company and they called the manager and the manager said nothing was wrong either and it had been fixed. When I went back later with my dad there was no apology for the way we were treated. The people there are so disrespectful and rude.I recommend that no one should go here, and if i could give 0 stars I would.
Awful service. They have not filled my scripts twice now, and they never entered them into the system. Im VERY close to trying Walgreens. Does any from corporate read these? If so, do something to bring the service from an F- to a C or so.I have updated my review as the service has improved over the past 6 months or so. Keep up the great work!
The place is well organized, although I did come across an issue with an employee at one point. I had gone to the medicine pickup line (knowing that my medicine was ready for pickup) and the lady who was at the counter repeatedly told me that there was no order for this medicine. I even called my doctors afterwards to make sure and she confirmed it was there. I told the lady again and she denied it again. Thankfully one of her co-workers took over and got me the medicine I needed. It was really disrespectful how she was acting and I hope it was just a one time thing.
Mmm people said here friendly? I don’t think so horrible and worst experience to wait my results more than 2 hours so so upset 👎
My mother is here from FL and broke her wrist. Went to CVS after dr visit for her RX and they didn’t know how to take her Medicare card. The pharmacist said he was a doctor and that Medicare is only for hospital visits. Which is not true as it is clearly states on her card medical and hospital. Plus she has a supplemental plan. Now waiting at Walgreens. They take Medicare.
Get there early and the pharmacy service is amazing. Avoid peak and crowded times.
I called from a doctor office for a prescription, they behaved very rudely and put me on the hold. wont send any Rx in future. let others dont go this pharmacy, still 1 star doesnt worth it.
Still very rude people working at the register, unfortunately. Made very rude comments about me because I forgot my card
Ive only had to deal with the pharmacy at this CVS only twice, but both times have been painful enough that I will now avoid this place. 1st time, attendant could not answer any questions about how the process worked or why the system was saying my insurance would not cover prescription, although my insurance was saying they would. 2nd time, I called with a simple question about a different prescription, which should have been an easy question to answer in about 90 seconds, but I was put on hold for 20 minutes until I just hung up. When I called back I was given an attitude! Why would the automated phone service even have 4 or 5 options when there isnt even one person in the place that is able to take a call? What the heck. Im moving on... Beware...
I had gone there today to get some food for my lunch break and not once had i ever been greeted so professional and friendly before by an employee at any CVS Pharmacy and actually offered to assist me in looking for the product i wanted. Great Customer service by Farhad in the Cashier department.
THEY HAVE THE WORST DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE EVERRRR. They don’t even deserve 1 star. 20 minutes in a drive through line is too long and there wasn’t even a line we were the only cat there. On the inside it was okay but drive through was ridiculous. Just go somewhere else
Worst experience with this pharmacy, have to hold for numerous minutes to get to talk to a pharmacist, filled a wrong prescription and the manager instead of realizing the mistake made, was defending his pharmacy, his tone was very rude and blunt..CVS need to hire people who know customer service or send the present staff for some serious customer service training..Never had this experience with any CVS pharmacy before...Wrong prescriptions can kill people..They dont deserve even half a star...I had to pick one just to get through the post...Bad blow for CVS..
Save yourself from a bad experience!!!An old Indian lady that was working the cashier yelled at my 7 year old and me! She also threw my purchased items at me!
Pharmacy takes forever, but the rest of the store is great
Worst pharmacy EVER! Avoid using at all costs. Customer service is awful and employees are incredibly incompetent.
Watch out cause they will shove an advertisement in your bag when you try to leave. Unprofessional and unwelcome.
DO NOT go here. Had to give one star in order to write this. I had an antibiotic filled for my daughter who may have Lyme. The bottles of Ceftin were all different consistencies, which is somewhat to be expected....however, at least one of the bottles had 1/2 inch of concentrated powder on the bottom which means the last third of her medicine was not mixed appropriately. This medicine has to be shaken at each dose, which we did...thoroughly. The other two bottles probably were not mixed correctly either, but I didnt know to check. I called them to ask for advice and they had none. I asked them why there is no protocol on mixed medication - they have no answer aside from call your doctor because she may have to repeat the dosage. Yep, throw more antibiotics at a 9 year old because of laziness and no quality control. Horrible, unsafe pharmacy.
Excessively long waits for the walk in and drive through pharmacies.
Everytime I go there the service sucks in the pharmacy either they dont have your prescription ready or you gotta make 10 trips to get all.there customer service is very aweful and they do not smile or nothing but im sure they dont want to cause the service there is that bad so as of today that cvs will no longer have my business
Did not even have their manager to help.
Pharmacy is a joke. Went once and the people were rude and inattentive. Will not return.
My doctor order this stor print of receipt cz Im live near by, I always purchased from but today I come to pick up my Prescription but lady was there said I dont have and I dont see your any info or order
Horrible store. They are perpetually understaffed and rarely have my prescriptions ready when I need them. I would give it zero stars but google wont let me
They are never properly staffed, picking up prescriptions always takes a VERY long time
Pharmacy is consistently understaffed (or just overwhelmed), slow and disorganized. ExtraCare machine always down. Store is always a mess. Literally the worst CVS on Earth.
Pharmacy doesnt even deserve 1 star.
The pharmacy staff seems very overwhelmed and not very friendly. Not a great experience. Hate going in there. Need to find another pharmacy.
The pharmacist was so rude, I had Prescription to be filled, behaved inappropriately.
Very very bad customer service, the employees. Know nothing,
Service bad no Cair for customers i came last Saturday bought stuff go home next day then I need to use open the box part in missing i come back this store talk to manager she said i cant any help with you i said thanks i dont be come back anymore she said ok.
Always a problem when I go to the store.Very stressful.
Dont go to this location. Manager isnt helpful, REFUSES to call corporate when extra care bucks wont print, doesnt put in high dollar coupons. I was shorted my $4 coupon today.
Pharmacy staff are not competent enough to do their job, They promises something that they can’t accomplish.
No one answers the phone, no one pays attention to you when you show up.
Waited a very long time for prescription. Wasn’t acknowledged when dropping off prescription. Overall terrible customer service!
Helpful pharmacists.
Terrible just terrible.
