Ever since this new Super Store opened it has lacked the customer service it had at the old store off Edwards Ferry Rd. The shelves are not stocked regularly and most times there are not enough check out lines open. The self service lines are usually set for card only, no cash so customers are forced to stand in long lines. Finally, the service desk although fully staffed are unable to perform their duties due to equipment being down.

The pharmacy service at this location is simply the best. Its diligent, efficient and great followup. The staff is caring and Kaitlin is particularly exceptional.

So I just went to the optical and this man named “Cesar” was very rude he told us to stand outside with a very rude behavior, he told us that he couldn’t do anything about our problem but didn’t give us any number to call or any instructions instead he kept being rude and was rushed for us to leave so he could go back to his chair and his computer,THEY GET A GOOD PAID AND CAN’T EVEN GIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE? He had no one waiting but was rushing us to leave so he could go back to be sitting and doing just nothing... DIDNT BOTHER TO HELP US

Bad service they never answer the phone and when they answer they automatically hang up the worst Walmart ever in the whole nation I am very disappointed because they are supposed to be working and helping the customer but what they’re doing instead is not answering the phone and get says that they’re busy but they’re clearly not because they answered and they automatically hung up and they are not helping me with what I need so therefore do not shop at this Walmart

I have to jump from pharmacy to pharmacy to get the reduced goodrx rate. They are the ONLY pharmacy in the whole area that doesn’t have issues with it, dont complain about having to redo the prescription with the code and really the only pharmacy where they are always helpful and friendly. This is definitely my favorite pharmacy and I now drive 40min just to go to this pharmacy.

Purchased tires online through walmart and had leesburg walmart install them. It was 2 hours and multiple times talking to care center personnel before they even took my car into the shop. An hour later car is still in shop with wheels removed. Dont know how much longer this will take, but I will NEVER have another Walmart service my vehicles. I will spend a little more and go elsewhere. This is very, very poor customer service. I can see why they dont make appointments!!

Ive been going here about 2 years. Ive not had issues with the phone-they answer.Certainly not tremendous customer service, but for the most part has been OK. I originally went to Walmart pharmacy because I paid out of pocket initially and theyre one of the less expensive around. Ive had some frustrating times but really, I dont feel its terrible. When a new staff member joins I believe they are barely trained at all and others seem to take their time before helping new staff while you stand there. Thats about it. They do know me at this point so possibly that may help.
