I would give them 10 starts if I could! Jorge and Patrick and the whole Southern States team did a fantastic job running a new gas line to our kitchen island and connecting it to our new cook top. They were professional, efficient, and took the time to inform us on each step they were taking. If you want the job done right with outstanding customer service then you have found the right team!

The staff at the Southern States Leesburg office are highly competent professionals. They provided excellent customer service and I highly recommend them to anyone interested in obtaining LP gas goods and services.

My heating always has issues right before a snow storm and always after hours. The staff here is the best at helping me navigate my way through these heat emergencies and always treat their customers like family. Don’t even bother looking at their competitors- these guys deserve your business and work very hard to keep it!!

From the front desk administrative staff to the supervisors, Southern States- Leesburg/Fairfax has the absolute BEST customer service. Not only was the specialized technician (Mel) punctual, knowledgeable and conscientious, he even gave me tips on how to best maintain my furnace. The next day, Roger (supervisor), even called to make sure everything went smoothly. Southern States - Leesburg/Fairfax definitely puts the customer first which is really appreciated. I will be using this company for the foreseeable future and highly recommend you do as well!

I highly recommend this Southern States. Jorge and his team are old school and what I mean by that is that when they say they will get the job done they are true to their word. I was so impressed with the customer service and follow up on connecting my propane which had been impacted by remodeling delays. Each month I received a phone call just checking to see if I was ready. When I finally was able to schedule the hookup, both Jorge, Store Manager, and a wonderful down to earth but highly qualified technician, Dave, came to the house to ensure the hookup was completed for my new stove. So, my project was so small that I I’m sure they are in the red with the time they have spent on helping me get propane installed so I can cook on a gas stove, but it only demonstrates the personal interest they have for each customer. I cannot say enough good things about Jorge. Southern States is lucky to have him to lead this team. Customer for life.

My 90 year old mother has been a customer for years.When we questioned the sharp increase on our monthly billing,we were told the final bill for the year would be $1000.00,next month.I explained my mother is on a fixed income and was told,it is what it is.We will be cancelling our account.
