Brian was very friendly and helpful when looking for a new speaker. I wasn’t sure if Bose made speakers compatible with Alexa, but I was pleased to find a few options and was able to hear the quality and see the different color options before selecting one. On Saturday November 7, 2020 afternoon around 3- I bought a suit from leesburg outlet mall. And there was a shoes on display thats on sale for $69. I asked for my size( as the shoe tag said available in size 9&11) and the service I got was terrible. Even the white looking man( not sure under mask) was not happy to answer any of my questions. However, a very nice tall black gentle man gave me excellent service. While the black man was helping us, the same rude man took over saying I got this and giving us horrible service. Please work on your customer service.

Amazing customer service and of course great Bose speakers. Whenever I have any issues with any of my Speakers or headphones, the staff do everything they can to get it repaired or replaced! Bose really has something good going on here!!

Purchased a Wave stereo here about 3 years ago, but the 3 CD unit is malfunctioning. Beyond the great online trouble shooting information, I found the Staff very happy to assist in getting the system fixed and offered to send it off for repair at their flat repair fee. Yes, Im paying the fee and fine with that as the system sounds like new even after weekly use. Its not surprising that the mechanical track feed need to be serviced after shuffling so many times. Thanks Bose Staff for being so helpful!

If all customer service was delivered in this locations fashion, Bose would outpace amazon by a long shot. Guys like Maurice and Mr. Presgraves go the extra mile to deliver customer service. These guys are the Southwest Airlines of the audio industry. Hands down the best customer service in the entire electronics industry.

My Bose Around Ear wireless headphones stopped working and took them to this store not even knowing if we would get them repaired. The store manager, Mr.Maurice Johnson, took our pair and in 3 minutes we had a brand new working pair free of cost.Bose stands behind not only there products but also there customers.I would highly recommend buying Bose headphones at the Bose store at Leesburg Premium Outlets

Let me start by saying that their poor customer service made me drive from this Leesburg Bose store to the Bose store in Hagerstown MD over an hour away. Well worth the drive. Im not your average clean slacks and button down shirt kind of guy. I work with my hands. I believe because of my appearance I was completely ignored in the Leesburg store. There were at least 4 people (after I started paying attention) that came in after me that received immediate attention. After about 20 minutes of browsing and trying to make eye contact with anyone at this point, I gave up and moved on....almost disgusted with the brand itself. Ive been a Bose customer since the mid 90s and I didnt want to give up that easily. My wife suggested we drive to Hagerstown Md and Im glad we did. We purchased the items that we sought out to get in the first place. Customer service is everything these day with a physical location. Its so easy just to order online. Attached is my review for the Hagerstown Store.Hagerstown Md Bose Factory Store:Way better experience than the Leesburg store. Im a business owner making a very good wage but I dont show it in the way I dress. Theres your backstory. The staff acknowledged and welcomed me as I entered despite my casual attire. Didnt get that in Leesburg earlier the same day. I had already done my research and knew what purchases I wanted to make, but still listened to the music they had available for each unit on display. Hagerstown had exactly the same song on each of their units....which made it incredibly nice to compare! Leesburg had haphazard clips of B.S. no one had ever heard of or Christmas music loaded (which you cant get the full range of a top notch audio system from Jingle Bells) The staff at Hagerstown Bose went out of their way to make sure we received the product and customer care that any patron would want. I HIGHLY recommend the Hagerstown Prime Outlet Bose Factory store. Dont judge a book by its cover....
