The last time I had a hearing test at a different place I felt like they werent listening to me or didnt believe me I cant explain it but it wasnt a comfortable feeling. This place was exactly the opposite I was welcomed, and not just with words but actually felt like I was welcome. All the tests were explained and when I had questions I actually felt they listened and answered rather than just scripted verbatim what you say when they say this thing.. I was very impressed with their customer service both the doctor and the office! Very impressed.

After months of working with Dr. Sherwood she corrected a ton of issues that I had in programming from another doctor. She really listens to my needs and goes above and beyond to help me and make sure I can hear at my best! Carol always works with getting me on the schedule and making sure to remind me of appointments and she always speaks clearly and concise! I cannot recommend this office and doctors enough!

I needed to have my hearing aids looked at & being fairly new to Florida (I live in The Villages) I found Central Florida Audiology in Leesburg. I made a phone call & was told to come in & they were able to check them out for me. I met Carol who was able to check my hearing aids, plus she changed my filters & put on new domes & they are working better now. I was so happy with my visit & happy I found a place close to where I live. I highly recommend Central Florida Audiology!

I met with Dr. Davis at CFA this morning and had my hearing tested. She was quite thorough and the results show I definitely need hearing aides. Dr. Davis did not try to upsell me on the aides but explained what would work best. I would definitely recommend her as a top audiologist.

First of all, I moved to Florida and the Villages less than a year ago. Central Florida audiology was of immense help in my obtaining an upgraded processor and in identifying a part, a coil, that needed to be replaced.I have had a cochlear implant for 13 years and the services provided by central Florida audiology exceed any other services I have received since I first received an implant.Jim Macfadden

I was quite anxious, and hesitant to go to a new audiology office after a long standing relationship with my IL audiology provider. Due to COVID, it was difficult to maintain my scheduled visit with my IL provider. I could not have been more pleased with Central FL Audiology! My appointment was late afternoon, and my new audiologist, Leah, spent time with me well after closing time. I never felt rushed or not personally cared for. I have nothing but 5 stars from my initial visit. This office was recommended to me from my IL provider, and now I know why. Thanks Leah, and thanks too, to the assistant who is your first face you see when you enter the office. Totally professional, respectful, kind. I now have a new local audiology provider.

No waiting, Covid compliant office and personnel, took time to review my ear and hearing problem history and previous experiences with hearing aids.Thorough exam and made need specific recommendation on the type of hearing aid best suited to my needs. As an aside, I met Dr. Davis when I had problems with another set of hearing aids which were NOT purchased at this office, she found the problem, sent them back to the manufacturer for repair and returned them to me at no charge. I recommend highly and without reservation!
