Tiffany is very knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. She kept in contact with us throughout the ordering process. Matt, Edwin and Jordan delivered the spa and took care of the complete set up. They were very courteous, professional and answered all questions. When they left the spa was ready for use and everything was cleaned up. This was a very good company to work with and we thank everyone for their help and follow through. We love our Hot Spring spa and are enjoying it very much!

I had my annual service on my Hot Springs Jet Setter completed yesterday. The Technicians name was Tom and he was top notch. He was very thorough, took his time and paid attention to all of the details. He told me about a couple of products to help me maintain the spa. There was one minor problem with the spa and he walked me through how to get it corrected. For my service next year, I will definitely ask for Tom.

The service and sales personal are great here! Tiffiany and Christina in the store are always helpful. Kevin in parts found what I needed for my Hot Springs tub that was moved to my new place. Ben, Cody and Jane in the service dept. did the spa move and start up. A great team of people at Florida Spa and Pool Warehouse!

David was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job repairing our tub. He could have padded the job and charged more but he didnt. Just good work at a fair price. Showed up on time and I got an education in the process. He will be our regular service guy from now on.

Tyler helped my wife and I today with everything we needed for our Hotspring Salt Water Hot Tub to drain, clean and refill it. He was very knowledgeable and we will not shop anywhere else. Very good employee clearly loves his job, is knowledgeable and cares about the customers.

Eric and Ben came out today to deliver a recently purchased spa. The spa was going on to a covered lanai with 2 possible ways in. The first attempt through the lanai door was unsuccessful due to a lack of maneuvering room. The second option required them to enter through the front door of the house and bring the spa through the foyer, living room and den to the back door. They were able to pull that off through great effort on their part.I really appreciate Eric and Bens hard work and positive attitude in seeing the delivery through to completion. They were very hard working and professional.

Travis and Malik were scheduled to arrive between Noon and 2pm. They showed up right at Noon. They performed the new spa set-up, informing me at each step what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what I should do in the future. Very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.

What a great place. For several years I tried a couple of pool maintenance companies and my pool really looked bad. So, I decided to go back to doing it myself. And then I found Florida Spa and Pool Warehouse. With the help of the folks there my pool problems were solved in just a few short weeks. No more stains and the water balance is super. If you need some professional this is where you need to go.

I recently purchased a HotSpring Grandee from Florida Spa & Pool Warehouse for my home in The Villages. My sales consultant Jolene Wheelis, was extremely knowledgeable presenting the features and benefits of HotSpring Spa ownership. I had shopped two other dealers and was disappointed with their high pressure sales techniques and lack of product knowledge. Not so with Jolene who took the time to answer all my questions and show me the updates HotSpring has made since my last spa purchase in 2001. I have purchased two HotSpring Spas in the past. A Classic back in the 80s and a Envoy for my home in Fort Lauderdale in 2001, thats only required occasionally replacing the cover and some basic water care. In my opinion, you cannot buy a better spa! My experience with Florida Spa & Pool is 5 stars...They are great HotSpring dealer to visit, learn and purchase from!

This place is disgusting!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy a Bullfrog spa. Half the cost of what these people carry. No need to spend 12k for a spa thats sold from a questionable looking place like this.
