I would give no stars. There needs to be a better way to reach someone to assist with refunds or wrong orders. I reached out for over two months no response and still no refund. I’m gonna have to report them to bbb.Shortly after writing this review the issue was solved.

I would give this company less than a star if I could! This is a terrible company to work with! Easy returns? Dont make me laugh! First off, if you call the number provided, you dont get Lavinia, you get there answering service who cant help you at all, only take down your info and pass it along with the standard answer Someone will contact you either via phone call or e-mail. Secondly, I have called 6 times since Dec. 28th and every time they take down my info and I am told Someone will contact you in 2 to 3 Days. I have yet to get a response. I am uncertain why I cannot use my order information from their site to process my return. It contains the item information and the cost that I paid and that should be enough. I did further investigation and it turns out they dont have a BBB rating...now I see why. Stick with Adoreme.com a better product at a better price! Stay Away from this Company!

I CANNOT say enough about this store! The customer service is fantastic (THANK YOU Armonds!!), the quality is TOP NOTCH & the items are absolutely beautiful!! Absolutely wonderful lingerie. Its gorgeous and not cheaply made. Armands, the owner, is fantastic and so customer service oriented. I was very excited to find this store online because the pieces were so lovely. I was even more excited to find out that its located in my hometown. I can order and then pick up, and since Armands is such a customer service-focused owner, hes always happy to show you the pieces.This really is a warehouse at the moment, not a store front, but guess what, ladies..... hopefully a store front coming soon. Cant wait!Fantastic items, great service, great quality. And... heres the clincher.. great prices.

Best customer service ever! I showed up to the store thinking it was a boutique, however, the owner, Armands, informed me that he has only done online sales. I had driven 45 minutes to go there and asked if he had anything I could try on for a special anniversary celebration with my husband. He stopped what he was doing and spent an hour with me, digging through boxes (which he was quick at finding my size inside). He made me feel comfortable even though it was a fairly awkward situation, me showing up to his small office filled with boxes. He was even generous enough to give me free panties with my purchase for being his first walk in customer ever. Thanks so much Armands! I will be a loyal customer for life and tell all my friends about your lovely lingerie. Oh yeah, and the free panties he gave me are from a collection HE designed and they feel absolutely amazing on. Smoothest fabric and beautiful!

Oh my gosh, the worst possible experience with a return ever. I bought lingerie as a gift, it didnt appear the way I thought it would. I have tried to call 8 or more times to get someone to help me with the return and every time I get told I reached an answering service. I have to leave a message that never gets returned, and nobody can ever tell me what the hell is going on.This process has made me never want to deal with this company again. I would recommend any company over this one. Absolutely the worst I have ever experienced, ever!
