We are out of state and purchased a mobile home they had listed. What a mistake. The seller kept changing her mind. Then when she accepted our offer wanted to stay longer then she should. She didnt want to pay half of the lot rent since she needed to stay till the middle of the month. Then sunbelt kept changing walk through and closing date. Owner left trailer in a mess and didnt take all she was supposed to and to top this hole bad experience a week and 2 days AFTER CLOSING and she received her funds she went to propane company and had them drain the tank and received money back for it. Now we are on a wait list to have to go through a safety check before we can get propane. This was the lowest form of deceit and fraud. I do believe she broke her contract with propane company so maybe we should tell them to remove the tank and they can go after her.Just visited the trailer we purchased and we have pictures of the washer and dryer that was in the home when we made our offer. The home owner switched them out. She also took every single light bulb. If we would have known that when my sister did a walk through we would have called the sale off.Tina from sunbelt guaranteed the home would be in premium condition. Also those are not new floors as advertised in the listing.

I had my home listed with Southern Charm realtors for about a year and they did not show my home but eight times . I know because every time that they did we wrote on the calendar. So when the contract was up we let SunBelt to list it and the day after it was listed they sold it. It only took they one day to sell our home i say that they have their self together. sunbelt personal was very nice to talk to and worked with us. We got what we wanted and kicking myself for not going with them first we could have saved a lot of time. I will never do business with Southern Charms again. The worst company you can ever hire to sell your home, the office staff is rude and totally ignore the sellers concerns. The realtor was even worse, I hired Tracy to sell my home which seemed very nice and promising, but I was totally wrong, she never gave me any feedback or even texted me to let me know she was showing the home, I had very few shows, one that I can really remember was when she came with supposedly a couple that were interested in buying, but as soon as they came in she referred only to my remodeled kitchen and how I had redesigned it, she kept on on saying this is what you can do with the home you are buying, I couldnt believe she was doing this!!! SHOWING MY HOME (KITCHEN) TO SELL ANOTHER HOME ? REALLY! when they left I called her and told her she was very unprofessional, she just said Im sorry. After leaving many messages to the owner, I finally got to talk to him, because I wanted out for sure NO RENEWAL, never got a call back, I got out of the binding contract, and Im glad the nightmare is over.

Dave with Sunbelt Mobile Homes in Leesburg was so incredibly nice and called me right away after I filled out a request for more information regarding one of their insane floorplans on the Palm Harbor Homes website called the Atrium. He was going to get back with me on some pricing, etc. However, I decided to just move back to Texas so I didnt get to work with him, but I would reccomend him.

I have not purchase a home, but Kimmie Martinez sold a mobile home for my boyfriend and in a little over 30 days. We had been trying for a year on our own. She is a good getter.

This should be the only mobile home resales company that you should go with. Knowledgable, professional and their fees are reasonable considering all the advertising that is done to promote your home.

Back in august i signed up with sunbelt, everything was good they set the price of my mobile 5th wheel at 12,500 they did show my home, but at the end of my contract they were not honest they lied to me when i called on march 30th when my contract ended. miss garcia said to me her contract said april 30,which is a lie my contract said march 30.i feel that they are not honest and shady people be ware of the sales people. question everthing and mr ed salvatore is an iddiot he said to me that 5th wheels dont sell in parks that if someone whanted to buy a 5th wheel they would buy at a dealer and put in the park.which may be true for some.but in my park there have been some sold right on the lot.which mine is on the lot, he doesnt know what he is talking about. i will never sign up with sunbelt again to me there not honest or professional. shame on you sunbeltmobile homes.you lost a customer, and i will tell all who i come in contact with that there not to be trusted, at all.
