Called for a quote in November of 2020. Quote was finally received after two more calls. Had to call another two times to schedule. They showed up in May of 2021. They applied one coat of paint said that it would cost more to do it right (see picture provided to me). The photo below shows the first coat and second coat.I paid them to do a complete job and not nickel and dime me. I told them them I was not happy with the mid job shake down. They completed the job and I paid them by check that day. To date they have not cashed my check and I have called their office to tell them that the check has not be presented for payment. They were not aware they had not deposited my check and I have a paid receipt. I would not do business with them again and cannot recommend CertaPro Painting.

Certapro Painters -LeesburgIn good faith, the week prior to Easter, I hired this company to repair drywall and paint on first floor the walls and ceilings in the kitchen, breakfast area, pantry and laundryroom. Never have I experienced such unskilled, untrained inept workers.I was told one person would work for three full days. Instead, three non English speaking males arrived in street clothes not CERTAPRO CLOTHES. When I asked, one of them told me on the day of arrival, they would be finished by the end of the day.THAT WAS NOT THE AGREEMENT .The drywall repairs showed nail heads and the drywall plaster was not evenly smoothed in the ceiling area that still show settling cracks. The so- called painters rolled the paint in all directions rather than even strokes. Paint was dripped on the door knobs and light switches. Blue painters tape was left around the laundryroom ceiling light.Bottomline, totally disgusted with the $1800 cost which was paid in full. I asked them to come back and repair the mess. One fellow came back a week plus later. He definitely had an attitude and decided the mess could be repaired in one hour. It appeared CERTAPRO hired the untrained fellows from a Leesburg street corner. As of this writing, I still have paint on door knobs, light switches, blue tape on upper walls, and different shades of white on my kitchen ceiling. The contract was required to be signed before the fellows arrived.Total deception!!! I do not recommend this company.
