Brady was awesome, he is a great communicator and let me know with several updates about his schedule. The windshield replacement was quite tricky and ended up taking over 3 hours but Brady was awesome and did a great job. He also let us know that he can repair up to 14 inch rock chip cracks, which is great to know for next time because this one started out as a chip that quickly spread to 5 inches and I was told by someone else that it was not possible to repair a rock chip that size. Anyway, totally recommend 2nd Chance Auto Glass, Brady was great and will take care of you. He was also cheaper than the 5 other big name companies that I called.

Brady was great and clearly knows what hes doing! He responded to my quote-request email right away and when I didnt know which sensors I had was able to use my VIN to look it up for me. The price was better than a few other places I called and the wait time was shorter as well.He came to my house in Lehi and beginning to end took about two hours. He didnt leave any mess behind in my garage and I didnt need to be home at all.Im very particular, and after he left I eagle-eyed every square inch of the new windshield. It honestly looks perfect. Its been about a week or so and everything is great. Couldnt be happier! I wish Id taken a picture but just picture in your mind a shiny, clear, perfect windshield on a blue Mazda 3.

I had a Mini Cooper that needed a new front windshield and these guys did a great job. Safelite wanted over $450 for a replacement and had to special order the window - requiring me to wait 5 days. These guys were almost 1/2 the cost and got me on the scheduled in less than 48 hours from when I contacted them. The Mini Cooper isnt an easy task ... lots of plastic panels to remove and weather stripping to replace. These guys made it look easy. Ill gladly call them again.

He did great with the initial fix. After my business was when I was bummed how poorly his customer service was. Not customer retention. My fabric and inside of my car was left dirty and stained and I had a chip a month later and he wasnt willing to discount. Was bummed at how poor the customer service was.

I asked a simple question that I had only received a no for from every other business would you be able to just sell me the parts?. I told him my situation, and he agreed to help me out. Down to the very moment I was installing the window he was willing to give me advice. Hes a good man, running a fantastic business. I would definitely recommend going to him.

Had to have my windshield replaced on my Honda CRV - he was outstanding. Then only 2 weeks later, I had to have it replaced again! (Driving in Lehi . . . . ). Again, he was stellar - prompt, great prices, high quality, communicative. Cant say enough great things!!

Good price, quality work. Im glad I found him. Update: There was an issue with the molding on my windshield. Brady went above and beyond to fix the issue, even driving all the way to Salt Lake to get a new molding after the supplier sent him another bad molding when he came to do the repair. Im really happy with the treatment that I got.

Nice and friendly staff they got in and did a awesome job. Brady was awesome we had a small issue with the new window had a leak he came back and fixed it everything is good to go now. Did a good clean job and left everything all clean. We will use him for our next windshield replacement in the future.

Prompt professional response. Originally brought the wrong windshield (my fault for not knowing all of the options on my windshield) and made sure everything was right before starting the job. Very clean install, up front about cost. Excellent service all around.

Horrible and Dishonest! We had Brady replace two windshields. He told us our Focus ST was very difficult and it resulted in him ruining the plastic A frame panel inside. He also gouged the exterior paint. We were happy to work with him until he told us he found a shop that would patch the paint spot for $100 and all others were $1000 to do the job right with clear coat to the seams. Our Expedition had several parts broken that dont snap back into place properly and the rubber seams have big gaps. The cars werent cleaned well and I have a glass shard in my finger since he broke both of the windshields and left debris all over the seats. He hasnt replaced the broken parts and isnt fixing the paint, but has demanded payment. Ive offered to pay for our Expedition as soon as he fixes the rubber molding. I also told him that Id pay for the Focus and would like his insurance information so we can have the repairs done. Brady messaged me you have yet to pay, even though I have signed invoices you agreed to do so. At this point I am not going to charge you for the windshields and rather than taking you to small claims court you can use the money you owe me to do what ever it is you think you need done. Have a good day Hes crazy! my repairs will cost $1500 and Ive offered to pay him and simply asked for insurance to take care of the $1500 damage and parts for my cars. Im assuming he doesnt have insurance and is being dishonest so he doesnt have to pay. Stay away!

The POP sound is never a good thing when it comes from your windshield. 2 days later there is a 14 inch crack. Brady saved the day. Not only did he come to me, he took care of it in less than 30 minutes, very reasonably priced (I didnt even question his price). Brady knows his stuff and is honest and full of integrity. I have no doubt that he was willing to tell me if my windshield could NOT be fixed. Glad that it was fixable and he made it happen. I HIGHLY recommend Brady to fix or replace your glass.

Had our windshield replaced by this company. No problems with our widdsield trim before he worked on it. After he replaced it the trim around widshield kept coming off. He refused to come back and even look at it let alone fix it. Would not call him again.

Brady fixed two rock chips for us. If you didn’t know we had a rock chip before you wouldn’t be able to see it. It is amazing! He uses high quality resin which creates this outcome. He was very knowledgeable and taught us what he was doing along the way. My boys and I stayed in the car and watched and he was super flexible and patient with us. Highly recommend his service!

First off Brady quoted me $100 less then safelite, which I should mention did not include the fee that safelite charges to come to you, and when he noticed the rust by my windshield he mentioned that if there was rust under my gasket he could sand and prime it so it wouldnt spread. He was fast and professional and 2nd chance glass is now the only place I would recommend getting windshield work done. Thanks Brady!
