I dont take great joy in writing bad reviews, but I really must say I had a terrible experience dealing with the parts manager Corey . To make a long story short if you are a small business you are much better off ordering your OEM parts from one of the 100s of online audi parts stores or basically any of the other local audi dealerships that are happy to help and offer great discounts. Of all of the dealerships I have purchased parts from for my business I have never been treated so poorly anywhere else.
