Please hire employees that actually try and help customers. The chicks at the media counter wouldn’t scan my QR code to print a label for my FedEx package because their scanner “didn’t work”. You’re telling me there’s only one scanner? And try inputting the QR code manually!! Even the gentleman behind me suggested that and the two girls just looked at us like we were dumb. Zero effort to help. Don’t say you can do things on your website and not do them. Come on.
I always have to come to the pharmacy with my grandfather or pick it up myself since he only speaks Spanish. It’s nice that they have a person in the pharmacy that can understand him. Now my grandfather feels comfortable knowing that someone will be able to help him every time he needs it. I didn’t catch her name but she was very kind and went out of her way to fulfill our needs. Thank you again for your patience.
Nadia is absolutely amazing and delivers exceptional service. She does this with an unparalleled positive !
I placed a photo order thinking it had processed and inteiros be ready the same day but when I looked at the email realized it was for the next day.Since I don’t live close to this location I called and was ready to cancel the order. Heidi was very nice and without hesitation changed my order for same day and it was ready in 10 minutes. She didn’t have to do it, I didn’t ask her but she was proactive and has great customer service skills. Way to go above and beyond. I’m a happy customer.
This is my favorite pharmacy. The app makes it easy to manage prescriptions and the people there are very helpful.
I just wanted to let you know I’m canceling all of my prescriptions and my family’s prescriptions at the Walgreens in Lehi, UT due to the poor customer service and the continued mistakes their pharmacy department has of giving a time for a pickup and failing. The lady I spoke with thru the drive thru today was extremely rude and said “they were busy” is why they quoted me today to pick up my 6 month old sons medication. Well today I’m transferring every bit of mine and my family’s medication to CVS. Don’t deal with their laziness, I sure won’t any longer.
Went in to this location today and I was looking for a specific item its a medical item so I asked the man at the pharmacy if they carry it here he was inexcusable rude tone was annoyed and barely acknowledged me or my question quickly replied no. A non employee random fellow customer heard the rudeness and stepped in asking if he could help me look or find an alternative....as the employee ignored it and went back to standing around. I will never come back to this location. I dont care if your a pharmacist or not if your an employee you can atleast call someone who can hlp or at the VERY LEAST speak with kindness to a customer that helps pay your wage
Covid testing sign was not very visible. It states you need to be in the left lane. Since both lines were occupied all the way to the corner of the store, signs were not visible until you were two cars away from the pick up. Called to let the pharmacist know I was there for my appointment, but was going to be late due to the slowness of the pharmacy and just barely being able to see their sign. He was very short and rude and stated only the left lane and hung up. Which means I had to get out of line and start over into the left lane. Not a problem, but I felt the pharmacist could have shown a little more of a professional courtesy over the phone especially where I was on time and they were not for an appointment.
Went in for flu shot. After long wait, they gave my paperwork to another patient, who brought it to their attention. Overheard their response, oh, they all look the same.
Got my covid vaccine here, the staff was very helpful, the wait took a while on the second dose but it wasnt bad.
Worst Walgreens yet. Staff is rude, disrespectful and unwilling. During this period of time when we have to get tested for COVID for traveling purposes this store could not move one finger to be helpful. They didnt want to be empathetic or kind. They didnt want to listen or spend 5 extra minutes to help a customer. They say they couldnt do it. They say There is nothing I can do to help you. Really? How come the Walgreens in SLC could? Yep it took the manager of that store 5 minutes to resolve the issue! The answer is not policy... It is a combination of laziness, poor training, unhappy employees, power hungry managers and terrible terrible customer service. Avoid this store if you can.
Went to pharmacy at Lehi Walgreens and spent a whole days worth of effort to get one prescription. Wanted to transfer my prescription from Costco to Walgreens than Pharm tech promised me that he would transfer the prescription that I originally wanted. Than later the pharm tech said they would call the prescriber. I never had got my one prescription filled which took me all day fill with the pharmacy. I will NEVER fill at Walgreens again!I even reached out to main Walgreens pharmacy hotline and the Pharmacist there said they would ASAP my one prescription but never happened, Im very disappointed.
The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, they mess up refills every single time
This place aint it staff is horrible especially the pharmacist dont go here I wouldnt reccomend this to an enemy
First time ever a automated phone system works very well. I called to check on my medication status and followed the instructions. I could get all the information that I need without talking to anyone and it was fast. Congratulations to the tech who did the automation phone system at walgreens!
Not sure why there are so many low reviews. Perhaps it is just the folks who have a bad experience that end up leaving a review at all. I dont have time to sit and read them. All I know is I have never been wronged here and the prescriptions have been working out over the years. Seems like they have a decent bathroom and plenty of snacks to keep me busy if I need to wait around.
I come here regularly for prescriptions and light shopping, I’m giving 3 stars because the majority of the time it’s a good experience and everyone in the pharmacy is awesome. I just had a bad experience with the cashier Lizzie, promoting the review. I grabbed About $60 worth of some cosmetic items, including some lashes that were advertised for 3.29-3.49. When she rang them in they were higher and she said they were the correct price, not the advertised price. I asked if I could show her the sticker and she let me, so I took her to the place and showed her, she said it was the right brand but the wrong type. So I said ok, no worries and asked for additional info on the right type. Her response was “you either want them or you don’t” I told her I’d pass and proceeded to check out. Not the end of the world, however I had never purchased lashes before and was disappointed that she was unwilling to help me or answer my questions about the products and of course her super salty response. Avoid her if you can. Everyone else is great.
I ordered Aton of photos from the photo center, when i got there the employee was so so rude to me because she couldn’t find my pictures, she asked for proof that my order was suppose to be at the Lehi Walgreens and when i showed her she rolled her eyes at me and let out a loud sigh, after about 10 minutes she was able to locate my photos, i got home and got looking through them and they are such terrible quality i am very disappointed because i ordered over 300 Professionally take photos and they are all terrible quality. I am to anxious to go back to the store do to the way the employee treated me.Defiantly will not be ordering pictures from that location again.
Phone system to get to the pharmacy is ridiculous. I had to listen to 5 minutes of advertisements and answer survey questions before I could speak to the pharmacy regarding my prescription.I will NEVER have a prescription filled at Walgreens again.
I usually am not a big fan of Walgreens pharmacies so when I moved and this became the closest pharmacy to my home I was reluctant to try it out. However, I have filled multiple prescriptions here and the staff is always friendly and helpful and the wait time has been shorter than any other pharmacy I have filled at.
Katie at the pharmacy was super helpful and totally efficient and Jess at the checkout was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Yay!
Pharmacy tech was super helpful and got our medicine so quickly! We went to urgent care from out of state and she worked so quickly to get what we needed for our sick child. Also the associates offered help multiple times while I shopped for other things.
I have been a faithful Walgreens customer to our Lehi store since it has opened but I am going to have to find another store that actually cares for me as a customer. We changed insurances in July and got a high deductible that doesnt pay for my medication that I need monthly (I used to pay only $30/month). We decided that we would just have to pay cash for it because I needed to have this medication now it is $138/month. I have paid this cash price of $138 for the past 5 months and this month I have been very concerned because money is just getting tighter. I went to get the medication yesterday and asked if there was anyway I could use a discount card that I had in my purse for the medication. The worker took the card and then told me it would be $38!!!! What!!! That is awesome news! I said can I reuse this card and she told me that the card had already been on my account and I could have used it every time. WHAT THE HE--!! Why have I paid an extra $100 for the past months if this card was on file and all the Walgreens workers had to do was run it a different way. I am truly saddened that no one thought to assist me and look for ways to get this medication cheaper. I take that back - one month they told me to call my doctor and ask for a cheaper medication - which I did and it still came back as super expensive. That felt really good to tell the doctor what I thought he should prescribe for me. I am looking for a pharmacy that will care about me and help me get what I need at the very best price. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!!!
I called and spoke to a pharm tech about my prescription. I told her I needed to transfer my prescription to another walgreens location to be picked up and that I was wondering if I could get it today or not. She proceeded to ask me which prescription I wanted and then said it would be filled within the hour. She never asked where I wanted the prescription transferred so I asked again if she could transfer it. She snapped back at me, So you just asked me to refill it, but now you want it transferred?! I told her that a transfer is what I had initially asked for. She got the info for the transfer and told me again it would be ready within the hour. Well, when I went to Walgreens to pick it up, they didnt even have that medication in stock and now i cant get my medication.
Super super frustrating to say you have a 24/7 pharmacy drive through, I drive way out of my way to go there bc I need medicine, and it is closed. Very disrespectful to customers very frustrated.
I am mad at this experience they went helpful and made someone cry in front of me. They wouldnt do anything there were just people on their phones. I waited 30 minutes just to get some eye drops. I had to call maceys pharmacy cause they were out and sent me to Walgreens they talked to the person and then had to wait until they got it. Then I had enough so I went up and saidI have waited hear now almost an hour and I have it down then he asked the name and gave me my things. Disappointed
Pharmacy is great, always have such a great experience with them-fast & helpful! The rest of the store is terrible service and so slow, could care less about the customers there. Always waiting around for someone to check me out, it always seems like no one is even working there.
The staff seem like they dont want to work there and I dont blame them. This place looks like they pay them next to nothing. But they were nice to me at least and helpful. Walgreens be nicer to your staff. Parking is a little cramped at times.
Helpful staff always have exactly what I need! Not bad prices I love the pharmacy they are always so great to me! Only complaint is they dont show the pharmacy hours here so saying they are open till 11 threw me off last night and I really need those meds and you guys dont open till 9.. Ive just been up sense 445am and couldnt sleep till after 1 am and I still have to wait another hour is killing me here smalls! But other than that you guys are great!
Today I had the worse experience I have every had at Walgreens and was treated worse than I have ever been treated. My husband and I have Medicaid and my husband is on a medication that is not covered by Medicaid. For years now we have been getting his medicine filled every month and using a pharmacy discount card and paying cash for the rest. Today I took his prescription to the pharmacy they then told me that it is against the law for Medicaid patients to use a discount card. I asked them since when because we have been using a discount card for this medication for years now. The pharmacy tech then got angry and started raising his voice at me and told me it has always been that way and it’s not his fault it’s the law. Then the pharmacist comes over and asks what the problem is. I explain to him that we have been using a discount card to pay for part of my husbands medication every month for years and now I’m being told that is not allowed. He says well it’s the law Medicaid patients are not allowed to use a discount card. I told him this was not ok and I wanted to speak to a store manager. 2 store managers come over a female and a male. The male practically gets in my face and starts yelling at me that if his pharmacist says that’s the law then that’s the law. Then he throws the prescription at me and tells me “we are not breaking the law for you, take your prescription somewhere else and get out of my store.” I leave and call both Medicaid and Select Health and both of them told me that there is no law against a Medicaid patient using a discount card for a prescription they don’t cover. The guys at Select Health exact words were “it would be completely ridiculous for us to not allow a low income family to us a discount card on a medication we don’t cover.” I then took the prescription to a different pharmacy and was able to get it filled with a discount card (and yes I informed them my husband is on Medicaid and gave them his Medicaid card). I would like to also add here that we have used that same Walgreens for 10 years. I go there at least 3 times a month to pick up prescriptions and in all my years going there I have never seen that pharmacist or pharmacy tech there. Walgreen has lost a loyal customer forever I will never go back there.
I tried calling in a prescription on 6/4 at 9 pm. The girl was trying to be helpful but eventually gave up when she couldn’t find it on the computer and tried to tell me that the dentist(my employer) was outside of his realm prescribing something for a cold sore????. And then she said that even if he called it in, that it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow Cuz they were closing... turns out they are still open and I had it called into a 24 hour pharmacy and already drove 30 min to pick it up. And he said the Provo Walgreens had no problem calculating the dosage. It’s one thing to not know but another to not try and help someone out, especially in the medical profession.
This place is ridiculous. I have dreaded any trip that I have had to make to this place. But I am finally writing a review because of the two (that turned into 3 ) trips I’ve made here this week.First off I had to fill an antibiotic prescription for my 5 year old. After a VERY long wait, they filled the prescription under someone else!!! They had to undo and re do the whole thing! A one time mistake is okay and the staff at the pharmacy was apologetic about it. But I have to fill my grandmas RXs here every month and I wait EVERYTIME! sitting there with 2 sick kids for that long is just not okay. Seems that the pharmacy may be understaffed. So two days after filling my sons prescription I had to go fill my grandmother’s. I knew that it would be a long wait (as always) so I planned to get my baby’s passport photo done while I waited. The store front and photo staff is nice enough but not outgoing or overly willing to assist. She took the photo, placed the order THEN tells me that their equipment is broken and it will be at least an hour wait for that . Again, understandable but not the first time.I went back this evening and this was the final straw. I stood there.... there were 3 employees behind the photo counter, one of them preoccupied with her receipt paper. I stood there for a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged! Eventually they offered to help then couldn’t find my photo!!! We eventually found it under the wrong name!!! It was my maiden name and I have been married for 11 years.I was considering switching my family’s prescriptions here because they have a drive through. But now I will only be going here for my grandmas prescriptions and nothing else!
Im one of the thousands of customers that dont have a complaint.
A little expensive. But good service. Tend to have what I need. I usually use the redbox outside more than go into the store. But every time I go inside always been greeted and if I can’t find what I’m looking for I can usually find someone to help me.
Worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Made me wait over an hour for their error. Told me I had picked up a 90 day supply a month before (which it had only been a 30 day) when 4 days earlier they were telling me they needed a new Rx faxed in from the Dr and gave me a 3 day emergency supply to get through the weekend! Every time I need a Rx filled I end up having to go multiple times because when they have an error they dont bother telling me until Im already there, and then they say too bad, we didnt fill it the whole time you were waiting, come back in 30 mins and move out of the line. I have never in my life encountered such incompetence and I professionalism.
Got passport photos here. Had a great experience!
Directed at the pharmacy specifically: Worst pharmacy Ive ever used. More than 4 times Ive left a script to be filled, clerk confirms its in stock, hour later I get a text saying its actually out of stock. Pharmacist locked his key in the safe one time preventing me from filling my script. They have messed up billing my insurance on multiple occasions. Ive waited an hour or more filling when the wait time was said to be less than 20 mins. I will be taking my business to Walmart or CVS where Ive never had these issues.
People didn’t even pretend like they wanted to help. I also tried to get film printed there and it took more than two weeks before I had to call them myself. They said they’d forgotten to tell me it was ready for me a week ago. Very aggravating.
Just tried to get medicine for myself and son and they were closed 15 minutes before posted closing time with employees just standing there looking at me haha.
This location is garbage. I’ll submit prescriptions for refills, arrive after set pickup time and they say they have to contact insurance. You have one job. Fill the prescription before the set pickup time and if not, let me know. This same scenario has happened numerous times. Makes no sense to me whatsoever! Save your time and go elsewhere. Honestly.
The old lady with spectacles who was working at the photo department at 1:00 pm on April 7th 2017 is so oblivious. First she said you can do it online, I told her the option is not there and then she says its a new feature and may not be available yet. I asked her to look online with me but she says it may not work on your phone. Every feature of walgreen photo works but according to her this will not show up l. It was clear she had no idea. If you dont like customer service dont work in customer service
PREVIOUS ONE STAR REVIEW: The pharmacy staff acts like you’re an inconvenience to them, even when picking up an rx without incident or further questions. You could be standing at the counter or sitting at the drive thru for ten minutes, with a tech standing in front of you, with no acknowledgement as they speak with their coworkers. I’ve switched my business to CVS.UPDATE: I stopped by Walgreens today, and gave them another shot due to their proximity to my home. I was much more impressed with the pharmacy staff. They were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Great work improving! I do recommend coming here now. The line for rx pickups was ridiculously long, so I went inside where there was no line, and I was seen to promptly. The staff was very friendly, particularly the young woman in the pharmacy. She was great with customer service.
Used to have issues a few yrs ago. I’m sure they’ve gotten much better now.
Always friendly and helpful staff, prices are ok if you cant wait for amazon.
Pretty easy to grab what You need and get out.
Lehi location’s pharmacy is the WORST! Without fail every single month for the past year they have messed up my prescription and my daughters when I refill it. Causing me to drive to their location multiple times. I also tried to order contacts from the website and it makes you order each eye individually causing you to pay shipping twice! Seriously.Tomorrow I’ll make my 4th trip to pick up an RX I submitted last week they “forgot to order” get your s**t together. Switching pharmacies. ASAP.
Just got off the phone with someone that works in Pharmacy. Im coming from out of town and wanted to see if he can refill a med. He tells me that hes not sure if he can get the medication. They dont have a method of checking on meds availability. So, they wont know whether they can get the drug until they check the next shipment in 4 days! Unbelievable!
They are the best and nicest pharmacy ever. I get everything with them!!
We have been very happy with Walgreens, Lehi. Theyve been friendly and helpful with questions each time weve visited. We will continue to use Walgreens in Lehi.
Wort pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Rude, unhelpful, disrespectful, unorganized, slow, etc..... avoid this location at ALL cost.
Friendly staff.... I just stop going there because they stopped doing business with my insurance
Absolutely horrible.
Love the red noses
I dont know if I would trust this pharmacy. The girl at the counter didnt even check to see what she was giving me, not to mention there were no instructions in the bag
Pharmacy staff are clueless.
