My wife and I went to this location to feel the differ beds and see what we liked. It was a comfortable, no pressure atmosphere and the beds sell themselves. We didn’t purchase one that day so that we could think about it for a while.When we came back we found the same comfortable atmosphere and very helpful employees. Melva helped us get what we wanted and didn’t try to pressure us into anything we hadn’t intended to buy.We think if you want the perfect bed from the perfect showroom this is where you want to go. We werent sure if we would get a Purple mattress but after visiting this showroom and trying out their mattresses we were sold. Elise helped explain the technology and benefits of the purple mattresses including the differences between each. She was very helpful and patient with us and gave us plenty of time to sample the mattresses and discuss with each other.
Our Purple showroom experience was amazing! Melva (the Store Manager) gave easily the best customer service experience we’ve had. She made the whole time stress-free and actually fun. We felt comfortable (there was absolutely no pushing us to buy anything or make a rushed decision) and Melva gave us all the info we needed to make a tricky decision (since all the products are so cool). We walked out feeling totally confident and excited in our Purple purchase. The showroom was clean and definitely gave you a good idea of what you’d be buying. We can’t wait to use our mattress!
The staff was the sweetest. They gave information without being in our bubble or being our shadow the whole time. It was nice to go in and test out products without dealing with a sales tactic every other breath. The only down side is that they dont have kids mattresses out on display.

She was so knowledgeable and friendly, it didnt even feel like I was in a pressure situation or any type of salesmanship atmosphere. They have 8 or so beds that you can try. I think most of them are Queen size, but there was one twin size I saw. You can try their Purple 2, Purple Hybrid, and Purple Hybrid Premiere (they have two grid thicknesses you can try for the Hybrid Premiere: 3 and 4). They have pillow protectors that you can use to try out their pillows, and they then wash them before letting others use them, to try and keep things sanitary. Our daughter loved that they gave her a toy - they have gel grids in the shape of a bed with a pillow that you can take for free. Definitely recommend visiting this showroom if you are looking to try out the various different mattresses to see which one you like!

We just wanted to stop in to try the beds real quick and it was nice because we could do just that! There was someone in there to help but they aren’t paid commission based so there’s zero pressure. They give you a pillow protector and you can lay on the mattresses all you want. We got in and out, no pressure, not awkward, really good experience! Definitely getting purple btw they are so comfortable.

She made the experience a great one while the guy (didnt catch his name) entertained my son so we could try some stuff out! All in all a great experience! 5 star service for sure! Sure helped to be able to test the beds out before purchasing as well. Saved quite a bit more money going in store vs the ordering online as well!
We recently came into this store to explore the mattress options on display. Melva was a great help as we tried out each one and discussed which one we would like. She answered each of our many questions and was great to work with. We appreciated being able to fill out an order form at the store, then go home and think about it before completing the purchase ourselves online. The Lehi showroom is very nice! It has a comfortable feeling like that of a spa. I really enjoyed purchasing my mattress at this location. The girls, especially Melva, are very knowledgeable and friendly. I looked into information about Purple beds online then decided to go in to try the beds! It was everything I expected and more!The in-store price was the same as online!I purchased the 3 and it took away all my back problems and, much to my surprise, slept very cool.I would definitely recommend it!

The showroom here is very small. It has one of each of their four beds. The sales clerk was very nice. She asked that the children not jump on the bed and other rules about trying the beds out. Im sure they get plenty of families coming in here, so they are trying to get ahead of some of the rowdy behavior they commonly see. I have never heard that in a salesroom, but I can understand why they do it. We had great customer service. They gave each of us a little sample toy of the mattress material. The kids really enjoyed that. She explained the differences in each mattress and why each one was popular. She didnt really talk about price too much, but there is a chart that shows it all. She set up a draft order for what we thought we wanted so we didnt have to make the decision right then. We can now just pull up the order and complete the purchase when we are ready. I appreciated the lack of pressure to purchase immediately.

We visited the Lehi showroom as a little date night without the kids in search of a new and much needed mattress. Everything was very sanitary! We were provided a small comfortable sheet to lay down on the pillows before resting our heads down. Elise was fantastic and walked us through the process seamlessly. We spent ample time on each mattress going back and forth many times and did not feel like we were an inconvenience at all. We ended up purchasing 30 minutes before close. My husband asked if there was anyway we could take the mattress home that night. Elise was able to get our order sent down to SLC for us to pick up and we had our entire order in our vehicle 25 minutes later. Such a great experience. Thank you Elise & Purple!

Dont waste your money on their products. The seat cushion I bought does provide much support. It also slips all over the place and Im constantly standing up and pushing it back in the seat.I missed the return policy other wise I would have returned it.

My wife and I had a rocky start with Purple originally. We decided that purple was the perfect matress for us. We were under some time restraints with a new home and new sleeping arrangements so we spoke with a sales person who told us we could potentially pick up our mattress.(they dont do that anymore) or have it expedited because of the time constraints. Anyhow they took our payment told us it would take a few weeks to actually make the mattress and they would call back in regards to either pickup or shipping. (We live close to their factory by the way.) Anyhow we never received a call back from our salesman and upon speaking to customer service our original estimate on when it would be ready was weeks off. After explaining our situation that we were basically going to be sleeping on the floor, to a customer service representative they shipped our mattress in less than 24hrs. Just arrived. Havent slept on it yet but am very optimistic about the way they handled our complaints after their salesman misinformed us. Thanks for having integrity. Looking forward to our pillows in the next two months!Kevin.
Mattress is comfortable. Showroom was empty. The shipping of my mattress came in 5 days.The customer service was alright, but we paid about 15% more coming here than we would have paid online. Save yourself the hassle and the money, and just buy online. Trust me.
Purple is an amazing company. Their mattresses are extremely innovative, so much so that new mattress companies have been trying to copy them. They recently came out with a pillow that is THE BEST PILLOW I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON, especially for sleeping on my side. It contains their trademarked Purple material that keeps the pillow cool, but my favorite thing about it is that it’s sort of springy and soft. Their seat cushions are also wonderful. I love Purple’s products.

Love the new showroom! If you read previous reviews most are for the old showroom that was really small but the staff made up for it in terrific customer service experience. I recently went to their NEW showroom up at T. Point and it is amazing. Its large, lots of beds to try yes but also a range of other products and some neat gadgets too that explain the beds unique design as well. Definitely plan to spend some time here with the very helpful employees who clearly believe in Purples products. We have tried numerous mattresses to alleviate my husbands back pain and Purple Number 3 was the solution finally!!! We recommend their beds to everyone and even let people lay on our bed. Head on over to this new, state of the art showroom and be dazzled, Im serious! Also the Purple squishies you get to take home are super fun too.
This is a review for their pillow after my first night of use. The pictures I posted are the pillow itself, no pillow case. One side has a zipper to expose the inside of the pillow.I laid propped up for awhile watching TV first. This pillow felt amazing. Its soft and squishy yet still supportive and doesnt flatten out. I eventually rolled over on my side and almost immediately fell asleep. I didnt wake up the entire night. When I woke up I had no neck pain, no ear soreness from sleeping on my side, and I felt rested. I sleep on my side a lot and have an arm under the pillow most of the time. My arm never fell asleep and I never felt any sweat or heat. This pillow is amazing. It comes with an inflatable thing to elevate it but I didnt use it. I bought two of these. I had another pillow under it but not the other purple pillow. I may try the inflatable thing but Ill probably just put the other purple under it when I sleep on my side since I think putting my arm under anything inflatable will block circulation. Time will tell. My conclusion is this is the best pillow I have ever used. I even like how heavy it is (9 pounds) but it makes it a little awkward to move.

The Lehi, UT Purple.com showroom is extremely helpful -- I highly recommend you visit their showroom before you buy a mattress online!I have severe spine degeneration, and after worsening pain, I decided that I needed to get a new bed. I did a lot of research, and on paper, Purple.coms hybrid mattress seemed to be the right for me. I chatted with a Purple representative online, and they recommended that I physically try out the bed before I make a decision. This surprised me because they were not trying to make a quick sale and suggested that I hold off my purchase until I could try out the mattresses in the showroom. I visited Purple.coms new Lehi showroom and their salesperson, Elise, helped me. Being a technology guy, I wanted to know what set Purple apart from the others. Elise was very knowledgeable and showed me how Purple.coms technology is unique. She asked good questions to help me decide which Purple mattress would be the best fit for me and asked me to try out all of the beds to feel the differences. I could not be happier with my experience at Purple.coms Lehi showroom. It is a very inviting room, all the employees are so friendly, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase; they just wanted to answer my questions and let me try out the mattresses. After having this experience, I would not think of buying a bed online without trying it first. The mattress that I had decided to buy before I visited the showroom is not the mattress I purchased; the one I bought was the perfect match for me and it was less money.
Terrible customer service. If you have any type of issue you will wait weeks for a basic response. They must have thousands of complaints daily.. Still waiting a week for a basic reply. Their beds should be less than $1k based on quality. We have had the bed a little less than 4 months and it is already falling apart and they wont even reply to our support ticket. Buyer Beware they do not stand by their product.
Absolutely horrible customer experience. Still paying on a bed that was returned 2 months ago. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them especially if youre going to finance the bed - Their finance company, Affirm, is the worst. There is not coordination whatsoever and more than likely they will not even read this post or do anything about it. STAY AWAY please for the sake of your finances.

We bought a purple 4 from this location. Our shopping experience was great. No high pressure and they gave us a great deal!The mattress took some time getting used to. At first it almost seemed too hard! But in reality it was our bodies readjusting to a mattress that supports. After two weeks it was perfect. We also noticed that our arms no longer fell asleep while sleeping (we are both side sleepers) and best of all we were sleeping cooler than ever before!! It gets hot where we live. But with purple we don’t wake up sweating.Glad we bought one. Glad we were patient as our bodies got used to the new support. Highly recommend.

Purple. We love you. I had not heard of Purple until my son showed up some of their very funny commercials on YouTube. Then we read so many reviews of their mattress. We needed a new on badly and visited their showroom in Alpine. The woman who helped us rocked! We played in the display bed for some time and loved the feel.When we decided to purchase we were given all the discounts that they had available so it wasnt nearly as pricey as we expected it to be.They do ship the mattress to you, so expect a several day wait for that.Setup was super easy. Now after 5+ months we still love our Purple bed. And get their purple sheets. They are awesome! Way better than the other sheets they recommended for the gel beds.
I tried both the purple 2 then the Purple 3 both gave me deep lower back aches and when I tried to return the second mattress they would not accept because it was less than two weeks over the timeframe but did not offer any solution either! terrible product does not distribute pressure better than competition as claimed total gimmick, not developed by NASA scientists as claimed according to a sleep expert I consulted was actually a different company before it was Purple has a firmer waffle material and Purple does not last as long either, guess you get what you pay for, next trying Tempur-Pedic my experience is already better with their product!!

Bed is good but the sheets are TERRIBLE. Way too stretchy. With a comforter on they always just slide right off all night. They don’t have enough girth to stay on at night. Honestly, our bamboo sheets from amazon fit way better and feel way better and we’re $42 instead of a whopping unreal $99. They should do more research but they get you buy saying no other sheet will fit as well.

Horrible Customer Service!!Visited this place on Saturday and was completely dissatisfied with the customer service. Two gals in front I remember one being Tina and can’t remember the others name. So we walked in and was greeted with a hello. It’s a very very small show room with like 5 different beds. You walk in and that’s it the whole showroom. They didn’t explained much at all. There’s a price list on the wall that the lady was looking at prices so we just went off of that. I thought that’s how their customer service was, but a couple went in and so their customer service skills kicked in. Which made me a bit upset that we didn’t get that kind of treatment/service. So even though we didn’t get a great customer service experience we end up buying a mattress so we are just waiting for it to be shipped hopefully it doesn’t take long. Maybe train your employees to not be judgmental and treat everyone who takes the time to drive all the way to the purple store the same. When ordering our mattress she also made mistakes in our address had to go back and get it fixed!

Be aware that the company will charge you for any promotional items you should select when ordering if you return the bed. The promotional pillow is too thin and not worth ~$100. I would advise declining the promotional stuff unless you know its something you want or read a review that convinces you so.The Purple 3 bed is medium firmness and not appropriate for side sleepers. I cant imagine upping to the Purple 4 would help much.Other than than being charged for the promotional item, the return process has been smooth so far.

There cannot be any nicer to deal with. When I say being in the service industry for over 50 years; this company, Purple could not be easier to do business with. From my initial purchase of the Purple sitting pillow, which when received since I was just so small and bony it did not work for me and I had to return it. No hassle in the return process and they could not be more accommodating. Many companies treat you well for you to buy, but when you need to return you are treated as a second class citizen. When I tell you they treated me and spent the time to hear my issues. What a team and their Philosophy to donate rather than return is a great concept. So when it came to buying a new mattress Because I could not deal with our tempurpedic mattress any longer, I was waking up with back pain and sciatica pain every morning time to replace the mattress. After days and days of R & D on internet and you tube, everyone raved and the reviews were in; I needed a softer to Medium Firm Mattress and with the new choices that Purple offers on the firmness spectrum; my husband and I settled for the Purple 2 and if you want comfort and pressure point relief Purple is for you. This technology hands down beats any of the other competition. When they say it covers everything from ease of shifting, motion, pressure point relief and hubby being a side sleeper on the edge it was perfect for him. Me 105 lbs but no more night sweats. From the beginning to the end the Purple team are the best and your experience will be like nothing you have never had and best of all Made in the USA. I wish I could 10 star it.
Really close quarters for a mattress showroom but other than that great! Purple mattress is the best, most comfortable mattresses Ive tested out ever. The two ladies there were great with answering questions and recommendations about the mattresses! Im looking forward to having a Purple at my apartment soon!

We have had our Purple mattress for over a year now. After the initial adjustment we love it. Luxury mattress at a reasonable price. On my blog Newspapermom I detail the cost of buying everything and its only about $1500 for a queen with mattress, protector, base and sheets! Half or less than our last mattress.Not a fan of the pillow yet, excited to try the sheets and future products. Theyre always innovating!For now the showroom is really just a section of an office. There isnt a salesperson so you can lie down on a mattress and explore. Its not clearly marked but its on the entrance to the back...The packaging is amazing and I know theyre a Start-up but this is a factory too. Hoping someday theyll have a dedicated room separated from everything else where you can turn off lights and has signs and info for each product.
I love my Purple mattress!!! Everybody is different and of course has different preferences obviously! Some people might not like the purple mattress but I know that I love it! They give you a 100 night trial so you can see if it works for you, if it doesnt theyll come pick it up. Best purchase I ever made!!
They stayed open an extra 10 minutes so I could make it there to test out the mattress. They were so nice and welcoming I didnt want to leave. Also, the mattress felt like a cloud while being cradled by heavenly cherubs. Ill definitely be getting a mattress from them when I start my new job!
This sounds so cliche, but our Purple 3 Mattress really changed me and my spouses life. We were sleeping on a bed that we had just bought 4 years previous, and we were always aching. After switching to the purple, we have had the best nights sleep in our entire 11 years of marriage. We are no longer sore, and even better when we may strain our back doing something, it’s almost as if going to sleep on the purple heals us each night. We are past our 100 days and absolutely love our mattress! This is in no way a paid review and we paid full price $$$$ for our mattress, but it was worth it!
Staff were really helpful and did a good job explaining the features of the mattress. They were perfectly willing to let us lie there for as long as we wanted to help form an opinion about the mattress. The only thing that might be improved would be moving the showroom to a more private location. Its currently located in an active office space, so I felt a little bit like I was intruding the whole time.
I have tried all the rest...Brooklyn, Casper etc..purple to me was the best. I love the cold feeling bed. The way the bed holds my body just cant be beat....The customer service was really good with answering all my questions. I knew I was keeping the bed on day 3...I cant sleep on anything else now. The Only flaw was I had to wait a few weeks for my purple mattress....but it was well worth it!!! Try it yourself.
Best mattress ever, and you can choose the thickness of the polymer to suit your needs. Returned the 1st mattress through their 100 night guarantee because we wanted the thicker one and they took it back no problem. Cant go wrong with Purple!
The showroom was much smaller than I expected, and felt crowded, so I felt like I was herding my children out of peoples way more than trying beds.But the customer service was great and we got to see a lot of products that other stores dont feature.Theres a couple more products available then I saw on the website, via browsing, but a Google search for the specific item brought it up. (Metal bed frame, seat cushions, mattress protector).
Bought the Purple Mattress back in November I believe. We tried all the conventional beds and memory foam. By FAR the Purple was our best choice. We got a queen with the adjustable pedestal. The delivery was a little long but I think a lot of that was us being anxious. Even if youre sleeping on the floor, be patient. A few extra days for the delivery is worth it. I tried the pillow too. It is a little different in material than the mattress but basically the same premise. My wife loves the mattress but thinks the pillow is weird. Great for me cause I love the pillow too. Ive seen a few negative reviews but to each his own. Im 56 ears old and this is the best bed Ive ever slept on. Give it the 100 day trial. Youll be glad you did. P.S. If youre feeling amorous, this mattress has exactly the right support. :-)
Not much to see at the store. Friendly, knowledgeable people. My husband loves our new mattress... For me its comfortable but so so cold!
We found the mattress we were wanting to purchase here and the show room person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend that you come to the showroom during the week and NOT Saturday, the showroom is extremely small so it can get cramped quickly with everyone attempting to try out the beds.
Really glad we checked out the showroom. We got to try out all the models and find the best mattress for us. The employees were fantastic, helpful, and great dealing with our 2 little kids. Worth the trip if youre thinking about getting a Purple bed and are nearby.
No issue with mattress but company could be nicer. I lost track of the number of days and after having the mattress only three days beyond the 100 day warranty, they said tough luck. They will not accommodate my request to return the mattress. Technically, I understand they are right. However, I thought they were a more customer friendly company. They have fun advertising, but dont mistake that for the hard-nosed company they are after you become a customer. I guess I shouldve made more of a fuss when it took them three weeks to ship my order.I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are other companies who have great mattresses and will truly value your business.
This place is a combination of a mattress testing site and a call center where orders are received. The service here was great! Unfortunately, we were unable to go home with a bed in the same day... but we were able to have a lot of our questions answered and test out the Purple Bed. The Purple Bed offers the greatest support and comfort Ive ever experienced.
The customer service was awesome
The bed is amazing, but customer service is the worst! I couldn’t believe how when I reached out a couple months ago regarding my sheet getting a hole, they were unable to help. My sheet was within warranty when the hole was noticed, but due to my wife having another baby, we forgot to contact purple support until right after the warranty expired.Now, I reached out to see if I could just buy an individual fitted sheet instead of the whole set, and I was told there is nothing that could be done...I am purchasing my 2nd purple bed, and continue to recommend the bed to my friends and family, but sadly, I can’t say the customer service is good at all!
The showroom is very small and at the time we were there very crowded. There is very little parking. Despite all that the beds are supper cozy and you should definitely get one. We did and are sleeping wonderfully.
