I was recently on a road trip driving through Utah trying to get home to Colorado with my 4 young boys. During the trip we realized we needed a new tire. The tire needed was one that only came from an Audi dealership. The Audi in Lehi, UT would sell me the tire, but would unfortunately make me wait 2 days before they would put it on the car. I am not from the area and needed to get home so I researched nearby tire shops. I found Big O and they informed me that they would switch the tire even though it was not purchased at their shop. Upon arriving we were greeted by Chet and he was great! He let my young kids come into the store and have popcorn. He was friendly and never once made us feel like an inconvenience even though he and his crew stayed nearly 20 minutes after closing time to help us. After the change had been completed he didnt charge me for the service. He wished us a safe ride home and even pulled the car close to the entrance so I could load the kids in easier. Customer service like Chet provided is not easy to come by these days. Kindness goes a long way and Im very thankful to this Big O location that made our hard day a little easier. So thank you, Chet! You are awesome and really made a difference!

$300 for alignment tire rod to fix the car pulling to the right. Car still pulls to the right. Manager says maybe I need to replace a tire. Good to know.

I used to drive from Las Vegas to buy tires here. It is the best of the Big O locations. Rodney and Chet will take good care of you and your cars, and their employees are well trained and professional, and they will make sure your car is safe, so you will be safe while driving it.

Seriously, these guys did a tire swap faster than any other I’ve ever seen! Great service and price. So glad that I didn’t go sit for 3 hours at the Costco down the road.

I came in with a locked up CV axel and bent control arm on my aftermarket FJ Cruiser, I nearly wrecked before I managed to get off an exit and pull into this Big O tires location. Chet, was able to identify my repair, -noticing that a bushing and bolt mounting on my driver left suspension strut were inadequate, and found me a bushing/ grade 5 bolt replacement part, and then sold me on some quality 35 Toyo All Terrains with excellent side wall protection, and replace my spare onto my Jerry rigged tire carry. These people know cars, and Chet knows how to handle aftermarket modified off road vehicles! Would recommend especially to anyone that loves muding or crawling looking for competent repairs!

Amazing experience! We are from Pennsylvania and are in Utah for a family vacation with my wife and four children. We got a flat tire on a turo rental right before heading down to moab. Took the vehicle in a little before 8 to beat the crowd. They invited me in 20 minutes early before their open time. Only took 20 minutes for the tire fix. On top of all that they said it was FREE OF CHARGE. Unbelievably impressed. Turned a not-great situation into a great start to our day and the rest of our vacation. 100% would recommend! Big O has quietly been taking good care of us for a couple years. Ive had several tires patched for free after buying our new tires there. Cant recall them trying to up-sell us at any time. Just quick competent service.

These guys are fast, I dropped off my car at 830, for an alignment and potentially brakes. They called me at 945 to tell me ball joints and all rotors needed replacing, by 11am the car was completely done. The only thing Im a little peeved about is getting charged for 3 hours of labor even though it was obviously less than 3 especially when you take into account the alignment and time they waited for me to call back to give the brake job a green light... Haha I know most places charge a flat fee, or round up hours so Im not mad, especially because of how fast it was.

This place is awesome! They have always taken really good care of us. In fact, we just bought a new car that does not have Big O tires on it (yet) and they have still fixed a tire twice without charging us when we got a nail in it. I appreciate their fast and friendly service.

They’ve always been okay (deserving of 3 stars) until now. I brought my tires in for rotation and they told me that I have a bulge in my tire and need to replace it. I bought my tires from them within the past 9 months but since I didn’t buy an add-on road hazard warranty they wouldn’t do anything for me. They even wanted to sell me the same tires for $50 more than I initially paid (per tire). I won’t be going back here to buy tires in the future. At least Costco includes road hazard and flat repair in all tire sales without having to pay extra. Plus their tires are less expensive for the same or better tires. I advise going someplace else.

I have purchase 2 sets of two tires on separate occasions from this store.With that being said, I took a trip down to Arizona and ended up having to warranty one of my Big Foot Tires after trying a flat repair from the Surprise, AZ store.Both stores in Arizona (Surprise, and Show Low) had told me that my DOT # on my tires did not match my paperwork. We went and compared the number on the paperwork compared to the number on the tire and they aren’t even SIMILAR. The DOT #s that the Lehi store had put in were completely made up and do not exist. This made the warranty process a NIGHTMARE for the store in Show Low. I could’ve waited a shorter time and made the job easier for the adviser in Show Low had the Lehi store done their job correctly.I purchased tires in November and in March and both sets of paperwork had made-up DOT #s, which is not acceptable. All DOT should end with 4 numbers and the DOT paperwork from Lehi had no numbers at all.

My favorite Big O Tires location! I went in today with a battery issue. The battery was checked and then replaced within less than 30 minutes.

These guys are very friendly and work very fast! I had a slow leak in my tire and they were quick to patch it. My tire pressure light came back on a week later and came back in and there was a new object causing the leak. They had it patched within 1 hour and they didn’t charge me for the second patch! I highly recommend doing business with these guys.

Took my truck in to get the back brakes done and then went back 3 more times and still didnt fix the problem that I asked them about with my rar brakes that they supposedly fixed

They have a sign on the door saying masks are required, but they dont seem to care when multiple customers without masks come in. As well, half their employees dont seem to understand that a mask should cover your nose. Service is fine, but Im not coming back if the employees dont care about a global pandemic.

I was told that I’d have to wait 40 to 60 minutes for a wheel alignment. I waited over an hour in their waiting room and then went up to check on the status of my car. I looked through their window into the garage and my car wasn’t in there. The guy took my keys from a hook and said that someone was pulling my car around and that it wouldn’t be long. I asked specifically how long 4 times before he finally told me that “not long” was another 25-35 minutes. I asked him if the car was back there already as had been alluded to (he was holding the keys) and he told me no and so I asked for my keys. I’m not going to waste more of my time sitting there and paying full price for a service that should’ve been done already. The guy at the desk was nice and apologized while I headed out. To wait upwards of 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple alignment, especially when your told it will be a fraction of the time is ridiculous. An offer for a discounted alignment would’ve made a difference in this situation but none was offered. There’s also no telling how long I would’ve had to wait there until my car did finally go back—because the only reason they were even going to be bringing it into the garage was because I checked on it. I hope they improve their customer service because otherwise it seemed like a decent place. I’ll take my money somewhere else though.

Do not take your car here for an alignment. I took my car here a month ago after I had to get new tires. I got the alignment that costed a pretty penny, and it still pulled to the right. I took it back and even though they “fixed” it again for me free of charge it wasn’t even in there for 15 minutes before they came out saying “It’s done, we don’t know why it’s pulling... we rotated the tires, here ya go!”. My car still pulls to the right. I took my business elsewhere and the lady at the front desk was like “Big O Tires does alignments???!”. Apparently they don’t very often.

Sooo busy! Its not the businesses fault but every customer seriously took 15+ minutes ahead of us. The service was good (when we actually got helped), the price was reasonable. My tires dont look new though. My husband went to check if our car was done and he thought it was our same tires we came in with. They look slightly better than the originals but they are dirty and definitely look worn. Overall not the best experience, it was painful to wait 1.5 hrs for what we left with.

Great place hard working home town people and honest

Spent 1700 on my wife’s van for front end, brakes, rotors, tie rods and so on. Had to go back 3 times to get my brakes changed because it wasn’t done right. Also paid for a oil change and went home and few days later I checked and it wasn’t changed so went back and told them and they changed it then said they would give me a free courtesy oil change. Then a bolt came lose had to take it back to have it tightened.One thing after another with this place. I feel as if they used cheap parts and mark up the price all around. I don’t mind paying for good work and labor but I won’t be coming here again.

These guys always take great care of me and work super hard. Five stars.

Rude employees, wrong diagnosis said my rear end was bad after telling them i just needed a ujoint replaced. Took it to a reputable shop who did the job and fixed my issue which was just the joint, not the rear end.

I work just across the street this guys are always on point. We all come to this guys because we always get the best service we can get and workers are always happy and ready to help.

They were really fast, even with being backed up. Got new tires on my Tahoe within 30 min.

Chet is the manager and has been at this Big-O location for 15 years. They were really busy when I pulled in with a flat tire but they took care of me in about 45 minutes. Friendly, professional atmosphere.

I have always been treated well here and received fast service. Usually when you end up here it is for an unplanned tire issue. They always make you feel better about the situation. They tend to go above and beyond in their customer service. Prices are usually right and you dont feel like you were taken for a ride. Location is pretty convenient. Parking isnt always easy to find. Egress is usually easy enough.

They were fast, getting my tire fixed in minutes. Tyler was the tech who helped me and he was professional and kind. Will come back!

This was my first time at Big O and it will NOT be my Last!! They were great! The customer service was excellent, and quick. I was really impressed with them when I told them what I needed done, the said they would double check and call me back. They double checked and not only told me what they needed but gave me a exact total. They never charged me a penny more from that total. They were great! My car drives so much better! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am a little disappointed here. I called and spoke to one of their employees and told him exactly what I needed and what vehicle I had and what tires I needed. He quoted me a price and I asked to make verify it three times. I go in my lunch break to go drop off my truck and talk to a different person and I told him I had a been quoted on the phone and he says he will input the info, we start to do this. What struck me as shady was he would select an item and then delete then enter his own text. That to mean means a default setting that allows them to enter a price they choose. Im still good at this point. The shocker comes at the end when he quoted me a price 150% higher than when I called. Needles to say I did not get work done there. I will look somewhere else where they dont bait and switch you. Im sure they are a great company this was just my experience with them.

In fairness we were driving through and got a flat on our trailer. It was safer to ruin the rim and limp into their parking lot off of I-15. It was 5:05 p.m. and they closed at 5. I also didnt go ask for help, but one employee was in their vehicle. And knew we could clearly use help. I guess i am used to the one in Tremonton where they would go out of their way to make sure we got back on the road. So instead two hours later and walmart tires and we were off. Would of rather had big o tires.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Quick service. My pickup hit a deer, they were able to check the wheel alignment and correct it in less than an hour, then gave me a referral to an excellent local body shop.

We got a tie rod and ball joint replaced 4/27 we also paid for an alignment to fix the camber in the rear since it was so bad. They replaced the parts and performed the alignment but never adjusted the camber and rear toe back to spec. We then went to take our vehicle to a different big o tire to be serviced and they did an alignment check. The whole car is out of wack the front toe is out as well the rear and the camber didn’t change at all. We took it back to them on 6/1 and I realize we are 5 days outside, but cmon they didn’t even do a correct alignment the first time. I only found out how bad it was because of another big o.

Another great experience at the Lehi Big O! Each time I go in for new tires or service, they go above and beyond to help me out. This time, after the oil change, they fixed a couple minor issues on my car and didnt charge me. They are great to work with and thats why I drive from Orem to visit this specific Big O.

I’ve come here a two times now and each time I’ve come I’ve been told 45 minutes to get my tires rotated. Both time it has been well over an hour, even approached two hours. I understand stuff sometimes doesn’t go as planned but more than double the amount of time is a little absurd. Also when you look out the window and the employees are standing around looking at one person’s phone as your car sits there it’s no wonder why it takes so long. Sure they’re friendly but I’ll never have anything done there unless I can drop off my vehicle and come back later. I can’t afford to waste 2 hours to get my tires rotated.

I have to say that I am super impressed with these guys! Rod in particular. I had some funky brake problems after Id had my brakes serviced at another large chain tire store they could never fix. I had brought on his team replace the components and the moment I got it back everything was as good as it used to be when the truck was new. I had wasted two years and at least 7 to 10 visits to try to get the firm brake feel back in the paddle and the other shop basically told me that I was imagining things.... Nope. These guys fixed! Customer for life.

Got a bad flat, needed to get 2 new tires for my car. Stopped in, was helped right away, given a couple of options, no pressure, sat down and was out in about 20 minutes. Great service and price.

I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation but when I went to the store at the scheduled time they werent even open. I was very frustrated by the lack of update/ coordination between the website and the actual store.

The guys at big o are the most helpful in the industry. They take care of you every time you go. I never write reviews but could not go without writing one for big o. They have earned a life long customer out of me.

Yesterday I called this location after scheduling an appointment with them to put on 4 tires and to do an alignment. When I called first of they told me that because I scheduled my appointment through the Big O website that they are unable to view any information. So any tires that you picked or services or even contact information they dont have any access to. Seems a waste of time to implement a service that doesnt even work. Well I talked to a few different people there and decided that I wanted to continue with my order. From the recommendation of one of the workers he suggested a type of tire for me and asked if I would like them ordered. I asked if they would be ready by my appointment the following day and he said, Yes if I can order them before 5:00pm. I had them place the order and was assured that everything would be ready for my appointment. I drove down to the location and was told they didnt have my tires and they tried calling me multiple times to confirm that. I asked what number they had for me and told me, Well because you scheduled it through our website were unable to see your information. Big O tires, more like Big Waste O Time. I will not be going back to this location.

They went above and beyond for me when I was trying to put bigger tires on my 4Runner. I will definitely be back to use them for other vehicle needs!

Chet is really great. Had battery issues and alternator issues with my car which he replaced quickly and fairly priced. When my car continued to have issues I brought it back and he told me that he had contacted a few of his mechanic friends and that they would be better suited to help me solve the problem. Even transported my vehicle to said mechanic friend free of charge. Definitely would recommend him, and this location.

I liked that I could schedule an appointment online its easier to do when you cant call when your at work. The Staff was friendly and was able to get me and and out within an hour.

Not a fan. Didnt do what I asked and then did a terrible job to try and make up for it. Basically I came in for a point inspection for a used car I just purchased and tire rotation. I was there for a little over an hour for them to come out and say I was good to go. No inspection done. I asked if they did the inspection and they replied with a woops face and ran it to do it. They didnt actually do an inspection though. There are issues that I know I have with the car that any mechanic would quickly and easily see and would have been found in an inspection. They werent. They just scribbled on some paper and said they did the inspection. They get one star for not charging me for anything since they didnt actually do anything. Pretty bad haha. The last big o I was at did amazingly, so Im guessing its just this one.

My husband and I popped a tire on the freeway and ended up near big o tires. It was right around closing time but they were more than willing to help! Our car was down the street and they let us borrow their air compressor to air up the tire enough to drive over. Then they took a look at the he wheel and patched it up for us. They didn’t have tires in stalk for our huge Jeep but they sealed it up so we could safely drive home. Mind you this was well after closing time. We had a man named Chet help us he was the manager on duty and he was mote then willing to stay open later to help us. Very impressed with their service!

There was oil everywhere. Were not sure where its coming from. Just take it to a car wash and spray it off. It could be the oil pan. We went ahead and did the oil change. What the hell??? This was after a 90-minute wait. We asked if they wiped it down and they said, No. We asked if they would. They said, No. Just take it to the car wash. What kind of shop sees oil everywhere and makes ZERO attempt to find out where it is coming from before doing an oil change and adding MORE OIL??? We asked to speak to a manager. We were told, Hes too busy. Heres your keys. Have a good day. Weve taken our cars to Big O in American Fork and have been treated with the utmost respect EVERY SINGLE TIME. The managers/owners there are phenomenal. They have never been too busy to talk to us or resolve our concerns. We had a similar issue with our other car with the oil and they cleaned it, found the issue, and fixed it...then they did the oil change. Night and day difference. Now we have to take our car elsewhere to find out the issue since the Big O in Lehi is just too busy to resolve concerns. Cannot believe the utter disrespect and apathy coming from this shop. Wed love to give you another shot to make this right, but we came in today two different times to talk to a manager about this and were told he was unavailable and that you were too busy to address our concerns. The guy at the counter seemed very incompetent to answer questions and kept saying, Take it to the car wash. We dont know where the leak is coming from. We just know there was oil all over and not sure why. But the dipstick was showing plenty of oil in the pan, so thats a good thing. Were not too worried about this. I expect more from a shop that advertises they can do things and to whom I am paying to do things.

They service was great. 1 hour to get four tires installed, balanced, and ready to go. And flat repairs, balance checks, and rotations are covered forever. What could be better. And when purchased on a Big O credit card, you have 6 months to pay with no interest. Why would anyone go somewhere else?

I went in for brakes. They quoted me $615, and said I needed all pads and all rotors. I decided to do it myself. I purchased all of the parts they suggested for $220 at AutoZone. When I got it apart it only needed 2 pads and 1 rotor (2 for balance). The labor took me 2 hours. Which would come to $200 per hour (at my speed). I talked to the manager and he explained that even though the brakes on the front were still safe he would have changed them on his own car and even though the front rotors are in excellent shape they replace the rotors automatically when they do brakes. I feel they tried to do work that didnt need to be done, and their prices are extremely high. In the end it cost me $100 (after returns) and 2 hours labor to do it myself.

I went in for a free diagnosis and found the problem. I fixed it myself but there was still a running noise in my wheel hub. Their technician Aaron found that it was a backing plate rubbing against my wheel hub. He bent it back and they didnt charge me anything. Real stand up guys I would say. Would recommend to anyone needing help with steering, wheel, or alignment problems.

Always great customer service here! Walmart told me I needed 4 new tires 6 months ago. I checked the tread myself and only one of my tires really needed to be changed due to uneven wear. I replaced the tire there and went to Big O for an alignment. They were running a special at the time and I got a great deal on it. I was concerned about my tires recently so I took it to Big O to get a quote on some higher mileage tires. I spoke to Rodney who looked at my tires and told me not to worry about replacing them just yet. He gave me some quotes for a few different options and then recommended a rotation. When I told him I had time to do it today, they took care of it right then at no charge. Everyone here is friendly and helpful, and I don’t feel pressured into spending more than necessary.

My review of this particular store covers several visits over the last two years. Ive bought two sets of tires from them, and today had motor mounts replaced, transmission flushed and spark plugs replaced. Honest work, timely work and overall a great experience.No, the welcome as I walk in the door is not always the most joyful and warm, but the service makes up for it.I keep going back because I feel like the employees at this store are honest and just want to get the job done. I had a flat tire and they supposedly patched what they said were 2 holes. The next day I took it to a different Big O because the tire was deflating again! They said whoever patched it did a horrible job. I then discovered that the tire they said they patched wasn’t even my tire! The Big O told me that the one that they patched is a different brand and that the tread is almost gone while all of my other tires are fine. I bought a new set together last year so they must have switched it out! So so disappointing and I will never return!

I just spent waiting THREE HOURS for a basic alignment checkup. At least have the decency to share how busy you are and not lie that it’ll take 10-15 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. On top of that...I had new tires put on last week and asked for me to come back to get the new alignment. Came back and they charged me for my so call free-alignment with new tires.If you have nothing else to do and the whole day to wait around, great place to go. 🙄🙄🙄

This was bad. I used to use them all the time without a problem. They had to order my tires. Fine. So we schedule to bring my truck in. Fine. I bring it in. They take my truck into the shop and start taking off the wheels. My wife comes picks me up. 2 hours later I go by to pick up my truck and it is sitting outside with the old tires still on it. They say my new tires didnt come in. Thats irritating but OK. So we reschedule. I bring it in again and they change the tires. I drive it home and let it sit for a few hours. Go out to run some errands and I am getting a low tire pressure warning. Take it home since Big O has already closed. Right rear tire is down to 35 PSI (should be 80). First thing I check is the valve stem. Sure enough it is leaking. Take out the old valve core and replace it with a new one that I have. Problem fixed. Really you dont even check for valve stem leaks on a new tire set?? This is probably the most common thing to leak on a new set of tires and I would assume that a competent tire shop would check before delivery. I will never go back to Big O. Should have stuck with Discount Tire which has been excellent every time.

Be careful. I had recently moved to this side of town and wanted to find a reputable shop near me. My first attempt with them was to get my bigo tires rotated and balanced because I had a vibration. After waiting for it, I took it on the freeway and the whole vehicle shook. I took it back and the guy told me that all the weights were pulled off the wheels, so I would need to get the tires balanced. I told him thats what I was just in here for. So he said that the guys probably got busy and forgot to balance the tires after pulling the weights off. Next, I needed an alignment on my car. I dropped it off and picked it up at the end of the day. As I drove out onto state street the camber adjustment bolts holding my ball joint on my upper control arm let loose. I skidded to the side of the road with my wheel jammed into my wheel well and tightened them back up so I could make it home. Im glad I wasnt going any faster than I was. The next week I needed a big o brand tire on my truck and an alignment. So I again left it with them for the day. When I came to pick it up the wrong tire was installed. They quickly pulled it in and put the new tire on. I asked for a print out of my alignment. But it couldnt be found. So I left. The truck pulled hard to the right the whole way home. When I got home there was tire dust all over my paint from the tires scuffing. Since I dont have time to keep taking my vehicles back, I waited a week and finally had the time to run it back over. They said that they just didnt have time to align it last time, and theyll have it done proper this time. When I left, it still pulled to the right, but somehow the steering wheel now is turned to the left. I drove it right to another shop and paid again to have it aligned. They got it dialed in nice. And they even showed me the print out of what it looked like when it came in. It was completely different than the paper that big o gave me when I left there, Saying that my alignment was perfect. Its really too bad. I was looking forward to having good luck with a close by shop. Instead Im out money and time for services not performed, and unsafe vehicle conditions when the vehicles leave their shop.

Every time Ive brought my car here they have been friendly and gotten the job done quickly. I recently brought my car in because my tire pressure light was on. After checking our tires on our own we couldnt figure out what was wrong and took it to get it looked at in case one of the sensors had failed. When I got there I told them the problem and there were 4 cars being worked on ahead of mine. I thought for sure I would have to wait a while. Instead, they had me pull my car up and had someone check it out. After running a diagnostic they found that the pressure in our spare had dropped 10 lbs and took care of it. My light turned off and I was on my way. I wasnt charged a dime and the process only took about 10 minutes total. I was extremely happy with this experience. A lot of times as a woman you feel like you might be being taken advantage of because most women have a lack of knowledge when it comes to car maintenance and mechanics. I felt like I was taken care of and I appreciated it a lot. This was just one instance, there have been other times we were well taken care of.Thanks Big O!

I have used these shop for 8 years since I got my license. I’ve had 4 different cars and everyone of them has been brought to this location for the service needed. This time I went in on a Saturday (very busy) I understood that it would be busy. When I asked for a tire rotation and oil change the employee asked me “are you sure, it’s gonna be awhile” like am I sure? It’s your job and you’re asking me if I’m sure while I’m trying to give you my business. I felt like they didn’t want to do it. I should’ve left but my wife was waiting outside already so I had them do it. Extremely unprofessional when I came back and the same associate didn’t acknowledge I was there, another associate, blonde haired fellow with glasses asked if I needed help and he helped immediately. Only reason this isn’t a 1 star.
