We have a Ring doorbell camera but added ADT cameras around the exterior of the house. The sales guy promised our monthly rate would go down but it has not. It went up.The installation is terrible as they run a wire from the outside of the house through finished walls on the inside so they can plug into an interior outlet. It looks so awful having a random wire coming in through the wall!The camera doesn’t record long enough. It cuts out after 30 seconds or less. It has been pretty much useless in seeing a complete video of what triggers the camera.Personnel are really nice but are not able to address my concerns.ADT once was a great company but I am completely dissatisfied now. Ring is so much better.

Ordering was easy. Finding what company had the correct battery replacement was not. Glad I found this company. Got my replacement battery in a few days.

Amazing customer service and support! Kelsey, the office manager, went far above and beyond to help me with my issue! I needed a very specific part and sticker for my DSC keypad, and Kelsey worked incredibly hard to track down what I needed from the vendor! I’ve been having serious issues with my alarm system with a different company and called Zions to see what my options were since I wasn’t getting anywhere with my current company. The reps at Zions were very professional and responsive. I spoke with the owner, who stopped by my house, looked at the system and gave me free advise on my current system. No pushy sales, just good professional advise. I’ll be switching to Zions Security Alarm once my current contract is up.

Generally OK dealer. However, $10 price for a piece of plastic is totally ridiculous. In addition, they charge another $10 for shipping which should cost $4.30, or should be free with $10 charge for item. Otherwise, shopping and delivery was as standard as it could be.

I have been a Zions Security customer for three years and I have been VERY happy with the service. The staff at Zions is always so polite and professional and ALWAYS takes time to answer every question I have. I ordered 2 cameras from the website. I also chatted online with a guy. I asked if the cameras were in stock; the guy didnt know but he mentioned they had another camera of a different type. I told the guy I couldnt use the type he mentioned. A week later I called because I hadnt received notification of shipping. The lady told me they were just put in the mail that day and I would receive notification. I didnt receive notification until the next day and the next week received the INCORRECT cameras. Why didnt the lady mention the problem? When I called about returning them she sent me a chat transcript to ask if there was a misunderstanding. Heck yes there is a misunderstanding, your website was not updated and you sent the wrong cameras! When they received my order, a simple phone call (GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE) would have resolved this issue but I had to wait, get the wrong cameras and then return them. In addition, they didnt refund the full amount (charged me for shipping) but they shipped the wrong item! BEWARE of anyone trying to make a sale that slick!

Zions Security did a change-over from Xfinity to ADT and made it seamless. The installer was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I have a very large, complex system and Zions was able to utilize almost everything I had in place. There is no comparison to the 2 different systems. The ADT system works better, is more user friendly, and has substantially more options and features. Installation was timely and the work performed was stellar. Working with Jake at Zions was a breath of fresh air. He described in detail everything that would be done, was accurate on pricing and installation time and followed up to be certain that I was completely satisfied and that my expectations were met. I would highly recommend Zions to ANYONE looking for a great home security system.

They were able to give some quick quotes over the phone which is what I wanted. Great customer service and a lot of options. They dont push you into a box that you dont want to be in. They can provide any and all options for security systems.

Zions Security Alarms responded very fast and did a great job. I contacted them on Wednesday and had a working alarm system on Friday. Fast install and good follow-up. They stock everything you need for you ADT systems and the website is full of useful information. When I was new to ADT, I kept on coming back to the same website to get information I need and to order additional parts I need to make my system into what I want. So definitely five stars in my book!

Customer service is everything and this company is seriously lacking. Ari, the one Jake hides behind when problems come up, is snappy and has an excuse for anything they have done wrong. Its a small, 2 person company, with 1 great tech guy. 30 day equipment returns do not apply to them. The cons far out way the pros. Were switching companies!** 9/19/18 update to company response **We did email you personally (if this is in fact Jake responding when the tone tells me otherwise), and the response we got was always from Ari. The only time my husband talked to you was when he emailed your account specifically saying he would only talk to you. Then you responded by phone call. Im not referring to the original faulty, exploded battery, doorbell you guys refused to warranty. Im talking about the new doorbell and extender YOU CALLED US to come install. Which didnt work at all. We tried returning them after just 2 weeks (because it didnt solve the problem) and we were very rudely told we couldnt return it. We had ZERO free service calls, even on the one YOU GUYS called us to schedule. Which is fine, I dont expect free work. But I do expect good customer service and to have 30 day returns. We were extremely disappointed on both counts and felt we got burnt by your company. We have switched to someone different now. It seems to me no matter what negative reviews you get online, you have a way of turning things back on the customer in a condescending way and not taking accountability or saying sorry. Another red flag I would shy away from for any company.

I needed another door armed. I was told go on line and ship it, then they would call and tell me how to install. The alarm showed up, the call didnt. Needed a couple of new magnets to replace the ones that have fallen off and lost. Zions wanted to charge me shipping for me to drive to their office down the street. If your looking for good honest support, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Very fast and saved us a lot of money.

We used to love working with Zions Security. However, that all changed this year. We were quoted one price and billed a different price. They tried to charge us for equipment we already owned because their installer lost it. The installer was a complete incompetent spending hours installing a key pad, door sensor, and single motion detector. After he was done it did not work, had to come back to 3 of our locations multiple times. The office would schedule installs with us and the installer would never show up. Paid staff to wait for this guy over 6 hours on 2 seperate occasions and he never showed. When we ask tge office we were told that they often forget to do Zooms installs. According to the installer he was re-routed to other jobs. We had one alarm going off for hours and no response from the monitoring, the neighbor called to tell us it was going off and when we called Zions they told us it was not going off even though we were standing in the middle of the place with it blaring! Hands down this is the worst service we have ever recived! I would reccomend you go elsewhere for your security needs because Zions no longer provides what they used to.
