I went to “Batteries + Bulbs” in Lehi to buy a battery, and asked if they support Apple Pay. The clerk asked for a phone number. I declined and declared that I didn’t want to give a phone number. He said they won’t call me, as if to comfort me. I asserted that I only want the battery and still don’t want to give the number. He reacted as though I were being annoying and said they need my number. My response was that they don’t need my number and that all they need is money, and hoping he was reasonable I requested he just put in some numbers. He said I was mistaken and they do need it. I know how payments work: they don’t. He said it’s my opinion and that I don’t have to be their customer. I asked if he would refuse to sell me a battery without a phone number. He would indeed. By this point I was exasperated and gave a made up number to satisfy his computer system. He wouldn’t accept it because he didn’t believe it to be my number. He asked if I was raising my voice. Yeah, slightly. But not near to the point of yelling. I gave the made up number again and he said I don’t have to be their customer and asked me to leave the store.
Extremely disappointed in the service that the Manager, Cliff, gave. I rarely leave. a bad review as I know how damaging it can be as a business owner myself. I havent experienced anything like this ever.This week, I brought in my iPhone for a broken screen. I can use my screen now, but I have lost ALL of my text messages and my I-Cloud wont authenticate now.When I first brought it in for repair, I dealt with Serenity, and she was AMAZING. When I left the store I was told that during the repair they had damaged a pin but was able to repair and get it working again. but that if there were any issues with the phone to bring it back and they would assist me.I called in the next day because I-Message had stopped working. I was happily told to bring in my phone and they would look into the issue and help.We came in a few days later, Friday(same week), that is when I dealt with Cliff. We were in the store alone waiting for help for several minutes when He walked into the store from outside and was rude from the beginning. Cliff was upset that I was walking in the aisle, a retail aisle, and accused me of walking through a barricade that was not present nor obvious because there appeared to have been a flood and there was garbage in every aisle. I instantly apologized to him and began walking upfront because there was yet again, garbage EVERYWHERE. We stood by the front door as he requested of me since the entire store had stuff in every aisle He then said Whats your problem? which was not polite in the slightest and caught me off guard. We hadnt even began to discuss why I was there. I assume that he was asking what issue brings me into the store so I began to tell him that my employee had brought in this phone for repair and what we were experiencing with it and that after the screen repair iMessage was not allowing authentication. His response was Well why am I dealing with you when she was the one that brought it in I informed him that it is my phone and that I paid for it 2 separate times before he would even talk with me. Once I explained everything he responded with It couldnt be anything I did, because I dont even know what iMessage is. Which I was appalled by because this is a company that claims to repair cell phones. Come to find out Batteries Plus Bulbs isnt even an Authorized Apple Dealer. I informed him that my employee was told that they bent a pin, repaired it and that is why I brought my employee with me. My employee was already told to bring in the phone if anything was going wrong from day one. He told me that they offer zero guarantees and they will do nothing to help. Which was directly contrary to what Serenity had told me. He refused to help us in anyway even though we were told they would assist. His exact words were I have two other customers and you need to leave the store.I have never been kicked out of a store in my life, especially when I was told to come back in if any help was needed. I was always respectful and never raised my voice nor became aggressive. I called another Batteries Plus Bulbs store and was told that they constantly received complaints regarding this location and Cliff specifically. All of Batteries Plus Bulbs, in Utah know of this guy is a bad apple and has made several recommendations to Serenity to release him, but because they are independently owned they cant do much more than field all his complaints.I highly recommend going to another store to save yourself from being treated horribly by Cliff. I certainly will never return.
Cliff was awesome! He totally exceeded my expectations when I went in just looking for a new cord to charge a kids battery powered car that wasn’t working properly. Long story short, I went in with a non-working kid’s car and came out with it being fixed. Cliff found a wiring issue, replaced the battery which ended up being dead, replaced the terminals, and got me a new plug to charge the battery all under an hours time. He really went above and beyond and took a lot of pride in his work. Thanks to Cliff, my kids will basically have a new car.
Costco didn’t have the battery I needed to replace the dead battery on my Prius so they recommended I come here. I did and the guy that helped me last Friday (forgot his name) was very knowledgeable and ordered a battery for me from the warehouse. They got it today, just like I was told, and they installed it for me. Problem solved.

I needed a battery for my mower and didnt have a lot of time so I stopped at Batteries Plus. They didnt honor the web site price of the battery, when I asked why the person helping me went back to the manager. When I asked about the rebate, once again back to the manager. I finally asked for the manager to come out and talk to me. She did but gave me some and dance on why the website price couldnt be honored and knew nothing about the rebate and said I would have to go the the website. I wont be back and next time I will take the time to go to Interstate Batteries.
We stopped by UPS to do a few photo copies and when we returned to our vehicle it wouldnt start up again. Stopped by Batteries Plus Bulbs to see if they had a jump starter and if they could jump our car (was willing to pay for the jump start alone) and was told that we had to buy one of their $100+ batteries because even if they used their car jump starter it wouldnt jump start our car. The gentle that I spoke to was determined that I needed to buy one of their batteries and accepted payment over the phone, since that is when I realized that I didnt have my wallet at that time. I told him that I would buy a battery only after we tempted to jump start my car and if it didnt work. He didnt even try to take out their jump starter since he wanted me to just buy a battery from them. Ended up going back to UPS and the gentle there was kind and helped me to jump start my car. Horrible experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs. Poor customer service. We are absolutely never going there again for any related battery problems. I would rate them with a ZERO start but that is not an option and have to go with just a one star.

Disappointed.. bought $1k worth of batteries the other day. I first went to the website where I could’ve received 10% off. When I went into the Lehi store, she assured me I could get the 10% over the counter too. So I bought the batteries, but she forgot to discount the 10%. No prob, I figured when I went back for the core charge returns, I’d settle up then. But no, same girl, said she did forget to do it at the original sale, that the offer had expired and she couldn’t/wouldn’t do it now.. Guess I’ll be taking my future business to Interstate battery where I’ve been treated fairly in the past..thumbs down B+..
We had just come out of Papa Murphys and were curious about a battery price. When we asked the price of the battery, the employee (Cliff) started to ask what we would use it for. We wanted a battery back up for some household things and when we werent specific enough, Cliff started to get an incredibly condescending tone. We didnt feel it mattered what we were going to use it for, because we know what were doing and just wanted a PRICE. Cliff then gave some insane excuse that he would have to scan every battery all night to find what we wanted, when all we did was point at ONE battery and ask how much it was. Cliff got more and more worked up and asked why WE were being unreasonable when HE was the one that was losing his temper. When we pointed out that he was the one getting upset he asked us to leave and told us we were trespassing! I dont know what the hell Cliff was on but nobody normal acts that way. Hes either got mental health issues or a drug problem (Im guessing the latter due to the blood shot eyes and paranoia). But avoid this particular location. Cliff needs help.
10/10 I will definitely be coming back. Cliff (the store manager) is very honest and authentic. I brought in a little kids ride on motorized vehicle toy that needed a new battery. Cliff was very helpful, finding us the right battery configuration at the best price. You can tell he really cares about his work and does so ethically, making sure the customer is taken care of. Jaden was helpful by entertaining my son while Cliff and I were talking which was a great help. I would highly recommend their services. You wont be disappointed!
The service I received from Cliff was amazing. After testing my cars alternator and battery Cliff pointed out that I could probably get more life out of the battery. His honesty was refreshing. I decided to get a new one to eliminate the chance for any problems. His depth of knowledge about batteries was very impressive.
Beware! Ive had several problems with the lehi location. I personally will never shop at batteries plus again. Ive bought several batteries over the years and Ive had more than enough problems. This store is dishonest and cliff is extremely ignorant and unprofessional as you can see from other reviews! I cant believe cliff still has a job and that this location is still in business. I recently had a battery go bad that is still under warranty. Ive tried to get them to warranty batteries in the past and its like pulling teeth, they are full of excuses and give you the run around. Im not going to fight to try and get the battery under warranty, I called the store and they already started giving me the run around. Ive also tried this in the past and it didnt go anywhere. Instead I went over to Napa and they had amazing customer service and they warranty the battery I bought for 75 months. They told me if this would have been a battery I bought from them I would be walking out with a brand new free one. They couldnt believe what Ive been through over at batteries plus. Great customer service goes along way and keeps you in business!
Bought a replacement screen off Amazon that worked for 1 day and then it went black, went here to see what the problem was. They said they would check and only charge $3 and if it needed a new screen they would use the $3 towards the cost of a new one. I have no way of knowing if they actually replaced the screen because they wont give me my Amazon screen back. I want it back so that I can send it back to Amazon for a refund. The guy who helped me said he needed to keep the screen to make money off of it. Which most likely means it still works and he wants to put it on someone elses phone.They never said anything about keeping the defective parts until they refused to give it back and still charge me $140 for the screen, and $30 for install.Now Im out $182.14 plus the amount I paid Amazon for the screen I no longer have to return.This place is very dishonest. Make sure you dont deal with the kid that looks sketchy, and is rude to give any other options.

We signed up for an appointment online for a phone screen replacement. The price online was clearly stated. Once we arrived to the store, they told us that price was incorrect and it would be 60% more than what was listed online. Very disappointed. I understand that mistakes happen, but this feels a little bait and switch. Especially for a large chain. You don’t see issues like this with Target or Autozone, for example. Not a good look.
My key had low battery and the manager couldnt fix it. She tried to give me my key back with an older face!!! I went in with low battery to one that doest even work!!! Pathetic

I walked into battery plus and noticed that the specific battery that I was interested in was displayed in the front of the store. The employee (Cliff) was helping a customer so I stood by and waited. A young woman came up to me and asked if she could help. I asked her how much for the specific battery. I was wearing a mask so I dont think she heard me the first time. I repeated myself. She then said something and walked away. I assumed she heard me that time and went to go check the price for me. A couple of minutes later the other customers in the store left and Cliff came up to me asking if he could help. I said sure, can you tell me how much this battery is (pointing to the battery in question) he then says its not that simple and starts asking me questions of what I need the battery for. I comply and say for a battery backup at my home. He then asks more detailed questions and I say I have a 1500 watt pure sine wave inverter that I will hook the batteries up to. He then walks to the batteries and says he needs more info of what Im doing. I say to him Im going to need multiple of these batteries (pointing to the battery in question) and will be putting them in parallel. I then ask him again how much they cost. He starts acting very annoyed, walks over to the woman behind the counter and says, referring to himself Im not smart enough to help, just tell him how much it costs he then leaves and walks into the back of the store. Im very confused at this point as to why he is getting so upset but I choose to ignore it since he is now gone and the woman is looking up the price. She tells me its $150 and Im standing there thinking and considering purchasing 4 batteries then and there. After about a minute Cliff comes back and starts talking to me again being very rude saying that there are 4 different types of batteries I could choose from and he needs more info on what I need. He then says Im being rude and is saying Im upset. This entire time Im being very patient and answering his questions so Im not sure where he is coming from. I then say to him Im not upset and Im simply asking the price of the battery. He then gets even more upset and says something like. You know what, I dont have to deal with this. he walks to the front of the store. Opens the door and tells me to leave and that he is trespassing me and to never return to the store. At this point Im shocked. I wanted to purchase the battery from the store and I am now being told Im not allowed back at the store. I guess I must have hurt his ego or something because instead of asking for help I just wanted the price of the product. It was a simple request and Cliff escalated it to a degree that Ive never seen before. Now Im going to have to drive to the Orem location, which is completely out of the way. I would prefer to go back and purchase the batteries that I wanted but now Im worried that Cliff will call the police if I set foot in that store again.

Bought my dad a battery for his motorcycle for Father’s Day. Their staff found the battery I needed based off his make and model. Fast forward to 2 weeks after Father’s Day and he gets around to installing it only to find out it doesn’t fit. He takes it back in simply to exchange it for the correct one and he’s told there is a 24hr window to return. So now we’re stuck with a $135 battery that we can’t use. You’re kidding me right? I was told by your staff this is the correct battery. Unacceptable!
We have been using this store for a few years, even though they their batteries are WAY OVERPRICED. But today we had a really, really bad experience: we payed to have an IPhone battery changed. They called us after an hour, and they said that the phone had water damage, that even if they changed the battery it wasn’t a surety that it would work. We said that we would take another IPhone we had, that was exactly like that, so they could change the battery on that one instead, but they said that we needed to pay again, because what we paid was for the “labor” for the first phone. They didn’t even changed the battery on the first one! We said that we thought it wasn’t fair to have us pay AGAIN since we didn’t get the first battery at all... to at least apply what we already payed for the second phone, but they just kept saying “too bad”.Don’t take your devices here!! There are way better places around, and they are HONEST not like this place!!
I decided to stop by the Batteries Plus located in Lehi to pick up a FOB battery for my 2015 Ford Edge with my 7 year old daughter. Upon asking them if they had a battery for my specific vehicle, a gentleman by the name of Cliff sternly insisted that replacing the batteries was a very complex process and that he would have to charge me for the installation. Having replaced the same batteries myself just 1 year prior I was confused why he insisted on the installation. I asked him if I could simply by the CR2025 batteries. In a VERY BIZARRE outburst Cliff completely lost his cool - calling me a thief and demanded that I leave the store or hell call the cops. I was baffled by his outrage. I have never in my whole life been so disrespected and treated so poorly as a consumer.My daughter did not deserve to witness this complete loss of temper from a retail employee (for absolutely zero reason).To Serenity Jones: PLEASE watch the security camera footage and observe for yourself the outrageous conduct of your employee CLIFF with your customers. This is sad. I strongly urge you to take disciplinary action against this employee.
Ordered online for in store pick-up. Item was ready within 20 minutes of placing the order. My wife was able to pickup while already out and about. Very convenient and quick. Hoping that the item works well.

I got my phone fixed (with a cracked screen) and within 6 days it was already cracked again. This time it was just sitting on my desk. The first time was my fault. I called and they said they couldn’t help me or do anything about it, so I was out $130 and the new screen only last 5-6 days. Very disappointed.
I had a Honda key fob with a stripped out screw. To which the Battery Plus staff was able to repair and replace in a matter of minutes. Great care and great service offered in Lehi.
They forgot to give us the tax off because we were a business. There was a gentleman who was very rude, told us he’d already told us four times that you can only return with credit and we paid for with debit. He said he did it care if I understood or not, and we had to ask that this gentleman be excused from this discussion because he lost his temper. We have not even left the store with our new batteries. Your system has us caught here and we can’t leave. I have never been treated so poorly. Everyone should know what we’re experiencing. I didnt expect this little battery store to have truck batteries, but they put a really nice american made one in my ford f150. they didnt charge me for installing it even though it was cheaper than anything else i could find onlinei liked the way that they tried not to sell me a battery. first they tested it and to see if it could be recharged. they even had a warm comfy chair by the window so i got to watch them installing it out in the snow while I played on my phonegreat effort guys!
Cliff in the store was super helpful and informative. Just bought an 12v RV battery with them but they even had 6v options as well. He had great feedback and was really nice. Also they do have 1225 thermometer batteries that everyone is looking for.

Worst experience I have ever had. Just wanted a quick battery change for key fobs. The manager I think there asked for a bunch of my personal information and I said if I could just pay and not sign up for anything. He begins to chew me out of how I am giving him information anyways with my payment and I said that was ok. He keeps pushing belittling me that it doesn’t make sense, not very smart, and doesn’t matter, after 3 pushes from him I say to stop pushing and just let me pay. He then says he doesn’t want me as customer and says he is going to call the cops on me as I am waiting for him to give me back my two car key fobs. Absolute joke. This guys should be fired.
I came into the store from out of town, and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to address my issue with my phone battery. I wouldnt be able to post this review had it not been for them. Id also be spending hundreds of dollars on a new phone.Seriously, a great store with great people. I would definitely go back if I had any further battery issues.

Ive gone to them for a couple things now. They have repaired my phone screen, supplied me with a watch battery and now replaced my Iphone 6s battery. Each time the customer service was great, they had what I needed and the process was prompt. I have only good things to say about this company which is why I have come back to them. If you are looking for a place to fix an issue with your phone check them out. Also they seem to have every battery imaginable.
Had a power wheels battery for less than a year. There policy was not to warranty it, if under 10 amps. Everything was the same on my end with charging. My old battery lasted 5 years, no issues. Buy your batteries elsewhere!
So far, no matter how odds the type of battery I need, they always deliver. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I even needed a special type of battery cells for an emergency exit sign, and while they didnt have the exact one in stock. They were able to create one from the 4 pack cells which they did have on stock (same thing just busy made is all) and I passed my fire inspection just fine.
Return policy is a joke and customer service needs an overhaul. I needed a new bulb for my cars head light. Went to the Lehi location and gave them the year, make and model of my car. They gave me the bulbs and I left. Later that night, I went to install the bulbs and realized that they were not the right ones. The bulbs were unused but the package was opened. I tried to return them and was shown the fine print on the back of my receipt that they would not accept them because the package was opened. I tried to explain that they looked up my car in the computer and sold me the wrong bulbs. Cliff, the manager, said he could not violate return policy because the package was opened. He had no intention of taking any responsibility for them selling me the wrong product for my car. I calmly tried to explain the irony of what Cliff was saying. He got frustrated and told me I was trespassing. Cliff had a short fuse and called the cops. Huge waste of time for me and the poor police officers. I try to support local businesses but after this experience Ill never set foot in that store again.

Ive bought my batteries here for at least four to five years for my business, anywhere from cell phones welders or vehicles and two times I have needed to do a warranty on batteries that are well within the period and they worm out of it every time I have never had a battery warranted here in the time limit given. When the battery was on their counter at the day of purchase I wrote the warranty due date on top of the battery with a paint marker right in front of them, I brought it in two weeks before the warranty was up and he told me this is a commercial account so the warranty is cut in half and there must have been some kind of confusion not to mention all of the Duracell automotive batteries I have purchased in the past are wiped out within 3 years of normal use, I had two deep cycle six-volt batteries for my house trailer, always plugged in when I wasnt using it, It has a float charger so it doesnt get overcharged and they were dead in two and a half years. These guys are selling garbage at Platinum prices! Being a small business owner Ive always tried to support the smaller business if I have a choice, but the hell with these guys I am done with this place and going to Costco with everybody else! What a joke, this isnt how you build a customer base..
Summary:Batteries Plus #848 in Lehi Utah did not honor agreement.Initial Agreement:Program Key FOB (supplied by costumer) and Physical Key (supplied by company) on 2018 Chevy.Note: The company was willing to attempt the programming of a physical key supplied by costumer but without a guarantee. However, if costumer purchased another key from company then company would guarantee the service because they could troubleshoot any issues with their supplier.Payment:Paid $40 programming fee, plus new physical key and cutting.Service:The company programmed the FOB but after multiple attempts over several days, was unable to successfully program the physical key.Subsequent Agreement:After multiple failed attempts. The company proposed a resolution: If the dealership is successfully able to program the key, then the company would refund $40.Dealership Service:On 12/26/19, the dealership successfully programmed the physical key.Subsequent Agreement Denial:On 12/26/19, company denied refund because while they were not able to successfully program the Physical Key they did program the FOB. The company neither performed on the initial agreement nor the subsequently company proposed resolution.
They are open even during the virus. They just helped me with two new RV batteries. The have 6 and 12 volt. My last batteries lasted seven years. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Took my working iPhone 6s+ into the Lehi Utah store for a simple battery replacement. Phone was completely functional prior to taking it in, the battery just wasnt lasting as long as it used to.I pick up the phone and he indicated that the repair did not go well. It didnt appear to hold a charge. He mentioned that I could take it home and see if it would charge up over the weekend.I took the phone home and it would not take a charge, it would not connect to iTunes, basically it seemed like the port no longer worked.I took the phone back into them on Monday to give them the update and see what they were going to do. We sat down and had a very heated conversation as he said that he couldnt take my word that it was working before the repair, that I was likely trying to scam him. Despite the fact that they did an intake test that showed everything working on the phone including that it took a 1% charge before they took it off the charger to replace the battery. Im not calling you a liar, but I cant trust anything any customer tells me, that was his mantra. Im not calling you a liar, but youre a liar.He was 100% certain that he couldnt possibly have broken my phone, despite the fact that I know it worked before I brought it in, and despite the fact that it passed their intake exam.He refused to put the old battery back in to test and see if that worked. He refused to do any additional work on it saying that he already tried 3 different batteries and he also tried replacing the port. His only response was to send me off to someone else to repair the phone at whatever cost they incurred. Or he could give me a refund for the repair and ignore the fact that he broke my perfectly working phone that simply needed a battery replacement.DO NOT use Batteries Plus for anything. They are clearly not competent to do the work, and they will refuse to accept any responsibility for the damage they cause in the process.
I was able to come in and get my battery tested, a detailed explanation given and a new battery within just a few minutes. They were patient and understanding when I asked to be given a few minutes to research it myself and I found they had been honest and upfront with me. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

The employee who helped me went above and beyond, bringing a jump starter down the street to rescue my dead car, and then installing the new battery (while it was raining). I was having a difficult time finding the correct bulbs for lighting I purchased online. Serenity is the person who waited on me and was incredibly patient and informative. I am hearing impaired and it is a challenge to shop but Serenity was amazing, placed an order for bulbs for my hallway lighting and then I returned a short time later with the base of my kitchen pendant lights needing help for them too. I only needed to ask for the lady who is the bulb expert and she was quickly summoned.
Very pleasantly surprised by the service and pricing for my automotive battery.I was looking for a battery for my car and searched the local automotive stores and then noticed a paid ad on google for Batteries Plus. I read the reviews for the Duracell battery and everything made sense so I purchased online. I then called and they had the battery at the store and so I went to pick it up. They offered to do the install for me at no charge and accomplished it in just a few minutes.The result is that I paid about $15 less than the two local branded automotive stores and got great service. Very pleased.
I ordered a battery online--since I would get an extra 10% off if I picked it up in the store. The transaction went smoothly. I didnt pick it up as soon as I had anticipated. I received a courtesy call from the store, later in the afternoon, that my item was waiting to be picked up. When I got to the store, later in the evening, it was a simple, uncomplicated process--in/out within a minute.
Ive always had a good experience getting what I need with good service. I was planning to replace both batteries in my van recently, yes it has 2, but they tested them and recommended we use a charger regularly instead of replacing them, saving us hundreds of dollars.
Not very helpful on knowledge or customer service.Came in looking for a generator battery and was looked at like I was from outer space.Would not come here again.

Terrible prices, terrible serviceEvery time i asked if they would show me the 18650s, they just kept asking what i was using them for, then when i said radios, they kept telling me that i wouldnt be able to tell if they would work or not unless i brought my equipment in.When i asked if i could see the options they had, they just told me that looking at them wouldnt do any good because most people cant tell if they will work by looking at them. Actual quote.Being an electrical engineering student, I had a different opinion. Needless to say, i did not buy from them that day, nor will I ever.Also $12.50 for one lower quality 18650 cell is the worst price I have ever seen. try liion wholesale if you want the good stuff.

It was awesome. My phones screen died royally and they had it fixed in just under 2 hours. Id definitely recommend them and go to them again for any phone issues.
This location has terrible customer service, in particular a young, male employee who refused to give his name after threatening to call the cops on me. Why did he threaten me? Because when I went to pay for my service he wanted all of my personal information (to include email, phone number, etc.) and I said I wasn’t comfortable with that. I told him I just wanted to pay, bit sign up for an account. He refused to let me pay, cancelled my service, and told me to leave the store or he’d call the cops. I’ll never go here again.
I’m super disappointed. We made an appointment to replace an iPhone battery. They kept it for an hour and decided not to replace it. Here’s how they messed up. They didn’t call to express their concerns that the current battery was not worth replacing. (They had another number for me). They told us to make another appointment. I purposely came here knowing that they charged twice as much as the Apple Store. The convenience and early appointment was what I was willing to pay an extra forty dollars for. So now I’m stuck with a phone that won’t hold a charge and a wasted couple of hours.Afterward:They called and we worked it out. They replaced the battery and made an extra effort to communicate more. I’m sure this was an isolated incident.
Good stock of bulbs and batteries and they DO have batteries for fever thermometers.
I bought an SLI Duracell battery back in January. I park my car in our garage on Friday after work and do not drive it until Monday to go to work. Every Monday for the past 4 weeks, the battery has been dead. I work for a power solutions company and had one of our electricians run a test on my car to see if there was any kind of parasitic draw on the battery. There was nothing at all. I took my car to the Lehi location and the technician that helped me said the battery was heavily depleted showing 500 cca of the rates 725 cca. He asked me to take it home and charge it so he could test it the next morning. The battery was hooked to a micro processor controlled 12v battery charger rated at 3A overnight. It stated that it was 63 percent charged when I started at 6:15pm. At 9:45am the next morning it had only risen to 83% and had stalled out. The battery was not accepting any further charge.I took it back to the Lehi location, as I was instructed, and the technician was very rude. He gave me all of these options, but did not want to do any of them. His tone was rude and demeaning. He said there is nothing he would or could do for me. He said he needed evidence that the battery was bad. I asked him what the next step was and he said there is nothing he could do. I asked him what he suggested I do if it is dead over the weekend again and he said he would not give me a free battery. I am not looking for a free battery. I am looking to warranty the battery I have if it continues to fail. This is the 3rd battery I have purchased just for this car since I bought it about 8 years ago. They have seemed to last about 2.5-ish years each. This one has lasted 3.5 months.I take very good care of my car. I just put $2200 in maintenance into it. The alternator was replaced about 9 months ago. About 15 months ago, the battery cables were looking corroded and nasty, so I replaced the entire wiring harness. Everything is running perfectly.I also manage a fleet of custom police cars and deal with battery issues almost constantly. We use high end chargers, etc. I have bought many batteries from Batteries Plus in the past. I believe that you have just lost a consumer customer as well as a commercial customer. I am very displeased with how I have been treated. If the technician wasnt willing to warranty the battery or even consider it, then he shouldnt have continued to ask me to try charging it again and suggested removing the negative terminal as a test to see what would happen. Very rude staff!!

My son bought a car battery at this location and it went bad in less than a year. When we took it back for credit towards a new one, they wanted us to leave it overnight so they could test it. When my son returned, they confirmed what we already knew-- it was dead. But, they wouldnt honor their warranty because they claimed something must be wrong with the car for the battery to die so quickly. So, we bought a battery at Wal-Mart with a longer warranty and at a lower price. I know from experience that Wal-Mart accepts returns with no questions asked, so that was our first and last time doing business with Batteries plus bulbs.

I ordered online very easily. When I arrived at the store to pickup the batteries the staff were very attentive in making sure I got the right product. They built my battery setup and had me on my way very quickly and at the right price.
Clif helped us when we went into the store due to battery issues with my sons Jeep Power Wheels. I took the Jeep to the store to test out the battery after it had been fully charged properly. It turned out that the original batter was too small, but the bigger issue was that one of the two motors had lost power because a wire became disconnected. Clif took the Jeep into the store, put it up on blocks, and reconnected the wires. Once the repair was complete, he took the jeep outside. My children tested it out, it worked better than new. Clif then put the Jeep in the bed of my truck for me. Clif at Batteries Plus was very helpful. I had no idea that the wires had broke loose or that Batteries Plus Bulbs could fix it for me. Thank you!

Do not shop or support this location. I spent 135.00 on a new I Phone screen and protector and both started cracking less then a day after they preformed the repair. The female manager refused to do anything to help me or give me any kind of refund. If the phone frame was questionable I wouldn’t of had them preform the repair and just put the money toward an upgrade. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT ANY BATTERIES PLUSE EVER AGAIN! Terrible customer service!!!
I just came home from a great experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs in Lehi, Utah! My car did not start this morning and after a couple jump starts and 2 hours on a charger I decided to have them check out my battery. At first he said it was fully charged, not surprising coming straight from being on the charger. But after a couple of load tests and the headlights on it dropped considerably! So he recommended a new battery. He proceeded to install my new battery and even put in a temporary battery inside the car so I did not lose radio presets and stuff! He was very helpful and friendly and it was a repeat positive experience for me with batteries Plus Bulbs in Lehi! Way to go guys! Thank you!
Now that weve upgraded it for dry camping, our family RV takes four 6 Volt deep cycle/golf cart batteries, but everywhere we went had only one or two in stock. Batteries Plus Bulbs not only had all four in stock, but four stocked in each of 3 pricing/capacity tiers. We went with the GC115s, because even though the GC125s have more capacity, when you get four of them the GC115s get the most electrons per dollar. Still, even their low end GC110s (the cheapest option) still have higher capacity than what we saw at other places.We were blown away by the difference in service, too. At other places, if we could find somebody to talk to, the best we got was: Oh, we could order you some by next week.Cliff at Batteries Plus walked my husband through all of the differences, showed off that these Golf Cart / RV batteries are American Made, showed us the design of the plates inside, showed us what happens to batteries that dont stay charged, taught us about how to wire them, charge them, maintain the fluids, and how to make sure they survive multiple winters.If you have a trailer or motor home, talk to these guys about the batteries! Theyre the best!
Went to take old batteries into get rebuilt. Talked to the guy on the phone and got a quote. Went to drop off the guy helping was so indecisive and giving me the run around that I just took the batteries back. So sad cause I like to support local businessesDecided to give them another try. Save yourself a headache and drive to another store. Big jerks work here.
Bought some expensive batteries and it ended up the the positive side of the battery did not stick up high enough to make a connection with the terminal so I tried to return them but because I had opened both the batteries to see if the device would turn on there return policy is ridiculous. There staff is rude and has no compasion or heart do not go here amazon has the same stuff for cheaper.

This location of Batteries Plus does a great job. I had to get a new battery in my truck and they tested it with me, and then they even installed it for me right there on the spot! Ive got back for other battery needs just because they are so good. I highly recommend going there instead of just a normal parts store.
I had a battery replaced after three years of use. It degraded to its previous capacity in six weeks after getting extremely hot and the battery status indicated that it needed to be serviced. When I took the phone to this same store in Lehi, the manager told me that the notifications and battery health are useless and told asked me if I expected him to just believe me. I was shocked and told him yes, along with the phone indicators. He again said those were meaningless and that I’d have to leave my phone all day so he could see if it was defective. I told him I’d come back another day but that he should believe me and he told me that I was getting personal??? and I was trespassing??? He clearly didn’t want to simply offer to replace my defective battery and I don’t feel comfortable leaving my phone with him after his responses.

He changed the battery in our keyfob,helped us choose an appropriate replacement battery for our Goal Zero unit, and tried to find a battery for our video camera. Went in to buy a new battery and did in fact buy a new battery but had them put my old battery that was dead as dead on their charger just for the heck of it. They called the next day and said my old battery was salvaged and testing well and that they would take the new battery back. 5 stars. And by the way I have a very nice automated charger at home and it would not touch this battery it was too dead.
