Love my New Basement Flooring! They were great to work with. I think flooring in the home is the hardest to decide on and they let me take samples home and come back so many times to talk to them. I think by the end they probably knew my name. The selection is great and the quality of flooring is something that made me decide to go with them.Install was easy and they man that installed was respectful and knowledgeable. Will use them again with I get my main flooring redone.

We had a great experience working with Brian at Simmons! They had lots of options in their showroom, but once we communicated to Brian what our time frame and budget were, he wasted no time in showing us the options they had in stock or could get quickly that were also within our budget. He then let us take a few samples home, and we’re happy we did because the colors read very differently in our home than what we were picturing while we were at the showroom. We got carpet we love, installed quickly, for a great price! Thank you, Simmons! Well definitely be back next time we need new flooring.

We just recently picked out new floors for our home this month. This is our second purchase from Simmons and our experience was just as great as it was the first time. Everyone was so helpful especially considering we were having such a hard time deciding what floor to pick! We never felt pressured, and everyone was very knowledgeable and honest about the pros and cons about each type of flooring, which helped us feel we made the absolute best choice for us. We absolutely LOVED our experience here and will always be coming to Simmons for any future flooring purchases.

We are a smaller builder out of Utah county. We do about 2 or 3 houses a year. We have used Simmons on about half our projects. The last 2 projects we went with the cheaper bid, and regretted it immediately. Kerry and Brian have been so great to work with. They are very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. We will only use Simmons for future jobs. I would highly recommend them to builders, and homeowners.

Costumers Beware!!!A quick Summary:This company threaten to put a lean on my house if I took them to court. They also threaten to suit us for slander if I wrote a bad review.Story:We went to this store because we wanted to support local businesses. We are not knowledgeable on flooring at all, so we expected the employee to explain every single detail about the floors we picked. The flooring we picked cost us a lot of $$$$, which you would think the floor we chose would be good quality and if it wasnt the employee would let us know. So after the installation (which the person who installed it was amazing) I noticed that the vinyl didnt have any padding. I go back to the store and explain my concerns. The employee who helped us choose the floor comes to our hours with a sample of the brand we chose to compare the padding on them. He agreed with me that the padding is way thinner than normal, and that he apologize for not checking the product before giving it to the person who installed it. I wanted the floor replaced (the store could have gone to the seller and get its money back) or a big discount. He then talked with the owner about the situation and the owner offered a mere $200 discount. $200 on thousands of dollar floor? seriously!I can NOT be more disappointed with this local company. I would not recommend people using their business.

Simmons flooring was great to work with and did a good job on our house. We were moving from out of state, and worked with them to update the carpet and floors in our new house.They did a great job of communicating and worked to get things done as if they were working on their own house.We talked to many different flooring companies, and Im glad we went with Simmons. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Perfect! Weve used Simmons to remodel our first home and loved the flooring and experience at that time. When building, we were given a budget that was totally unrealistic. The builder made us go to different places trying to find the flooring we wanted with the budget we were given. We wanted to use Simmons but the builder fought us. Knowing we were in trouble and needed help we went to Simmons anyways. Kerry with Simmons was super understanding and not only helped us stay in budget, was able to give us better quality carpet and hardwood than anyone else. He also called a few weeks later and told us about a special that one of his vendors just announced. It was for even better hardwood for the same price he quoted. He didnt need to take the time to call and let us know, but he did! Thats great customer service if you ask me! We absolutely love our new home and the carpet/hardwood and tile! We would never use anyone else for our flooring needs and will always recommend them! Thank you!

This appears to be a fine place for your flooring needs. We are installing new carpet and stopped by to see what they have to offer. The carpet seems quality and the salesman was friendly and helpful enough. In the end, we accepted another bid for the usual reasons. The selection is impressive. There is adequate parking. Egress is not an issue on this street any time of day.

Their installers are the absolute best. They spent countless hours getting our wood floor installed just right. This installation was a couple of years ago. We still love the floor. Since then we have had them replace all of the carpet upstairs and down. We also had them lay wood floors in the rest of the house as well. Prices are great. Installation is great. The products are great.

I had an absolutely amazing experience here. My wife and I went to several flooring companies and felt like this was the only place that was being honest and not just trying to sell us something. I work in sales so I appreciated it very much! Im not sure what these other reviews about lack of communication are about? Because Kary called me promptly with every update and never left me hanging. They gave me a good deal on really, really nice laminate that looks amazing in my home. Everyone here was so pleasant to speak with, and they were very patient with my Devil kids running around their store lol. I will be recommending them to everyone that has flooring needs. I called these guys because they had so many positive google reviews. They came to my house 2 days later to measure my room and look at my carpet and he told me he would pull some samples close to my carpet and call me the next day to come see them. 1 month later I called them and left a message telling them I still wanted my carpet. That was 2 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything from them. I really wanted to replace my carpet, but apparently I am not important enough or something.

Great to work with, fair prices. A few months after the job was done, our washing machine flooded, so we had to pull up a lot of the carpet. Simmons promptly came and replaced the mat and re-installed the carpet for a fair price.

My wife and I are on a limited budget, but the staff at Simmons were so helpful and considerate. They helped us transform our space with a gorgeous custom rug. All of the services provided were completed in a timely manner and with superb customer service. We would recommend buying at Simmons every time!!

I used these guys a couple of years ago and they were great. This time not so much. We brought measurements to them and picked out the tile and waited for almost 2 months to get a quote. After numerous run arounds we got them to come out to our house and do the measuring themselves to get a quote. That was almost a month ago. I have finally given up. What happened to you guys? (Update) My wife insisted on giving these guys another chance with doing the flooring in our basement. We had them do some carpet and tile work. This time around they did much better. They were prompt and showed up on time. There were a couple of things on the back splash tile that I had to fix but other than that it was all done very well. I would use them again.

We were not happy with the installation of our laminate flooring. The installers had to come back at four times to finish the job. This is terrible customer service for households that both parties work full time. We had to rearrange our work schedule due to their lack of planning.Its been sometime since the installation and I dont know if the installers put the floor in to tight, but there are a number of edges in our installation that are starting rise up. Very annoying.I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere before having Simmons Flooring install your laminate flooring. You can buy the same name brand laminate anywhere, so the only thing Simmons has is its service and installers. Both of which we were not impressed with.We will not be taking our next project to Simmons.

I have use this small but large flooring store located in Lehi for my home and for jobs I have done, would recommend Kerry to everyone I meet for their flooring needs, may not be the most economical but you get what you pay for. Tell him Francisco sent you :)

I brought home carpet samples from Simmons. I returned them, left my phone number for pricing when they had time. I never heard back. I called, left a message in case they forgot. Never heard a word. Guess I need to find a carpet business that wants my business.

I bought carpet from these guys. Of course, they beat the prices of Lowes. I bought carpet at about $30/yard installed with pad and everything (no surprises). Comparable carpet at Lowes, after adding up all the expenses looked to be around $35/yard. Well see how long the carpet lasts, but so far, so good. Installation looks great - they have a crew that does this for a living vs hiring a commodity worker for $10/hr. I like their worry-free installation quote. Lowes may or may not charge for things like gluing down the tack strip ($1.90/linear foot), etc. With Simmons, the price they quote you is what you pay.

Not happy at all with the service. I purchased the carpet, then they would never call me back for a time to get it installed. I made several calls. Installation date was set, They cancelled. I had to find a different installer.
