This is the first time I have had a 5-star experience with any phone provider, and it was truly a great experience! Dean was beyond helpful and helped us deal with a whole bunch of random issues (all on our end) while we switched our phones over. He was truly an expert on the products and the plans, which made all the difference.

Earlier this week I was in Utah and my phone broke the first day on the trip. I ended up going to the Verizon closest to me, where we met Dean. The BEST employee ever! He was so helpful, informed us about the deals and what’s going to be my best option, and as a teenager that was really upset about spending that money I was extremely pleased walking out. He saved me so much more money than I could’ve imagined and kept me happy, which at that point might have been kind of difficult lol. He deserves a raise! He was amazing!
First time I have ever had a really great (and genuine) customer service experience in a phone service retailer…JJ was really knowledgeable, helpful, did not try and upsell, got my problem addressed quickly and easily. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to go to this location simply bc of the kindness that he showed over the phone. Great job.
I went into this Traverse Mountain location around 5 PM tonight and there was an overwhelming smell of sewage when I walked in. When the Verizon Gowireless employee behind the counter named Connor asked me if he could help me, I asked him in a friendly manner if they were having a sewage issue. His immediate response was “if you don’t like it, you can leave”. So I asked him for his name and I left. If you don’t like being surrounded by the smell of sewage and dealing with jerks like Connor, I would recommend not going to this location. I won’t be going there anymore.
Just make sure you are being helped by the manager at this location. I went in there when a worker from another Verizon store was filling in here and he was dishonest, added on services without my knowledge, charged me for services he did not do and if was a very bad experience. The manager got involved and he fixed everything this other employee did. He was professional and very helpful.
This place blatantly lies to your face to get you to upgrade your service. I went in to upgrade my iPhone 10 to an iPhone 12, I paid for the new phone upfront and didn’t put it on a payment plan. While there, the manager of the store told me to upgrade my service and I’d get more data; my old plan was $55 per month and the new plan would be $63 per month. He said I would see a pro-rated charge on my next bill, and that if it was more than the $63 agreed upon rate, to come back in and he’d take care of it. The bill showed up for $155! Apparently there was a phone activation fee of $40 and a plan upgrade fee of $80; none of which they mentioned when I was in the store. So, I went back in and asked for those charges to be removed and I was told that those are standard charges and they can’t remove them. The manager who sold me the plan lied to my face and didn’t mention any fees when I was upgrading my plan. Watch out for their lying tactics to get you to buy from them.Also, I had previously purchased a screen protector insurance plan that allowed for 3 replacements over 2 years. Every time I go in to get my protector replaced, they say they don’t have any in stock and I’ve been into the store 3 different times. What good is a plan if I can’t get what I paid for? Watch out for this store, the employees lie. They don’t care about their customers. I’ll be switching as soon as my contract is up.
I love this store! I have gone in multiple times over the last couple of years with problems and questions and they have always been helpful and knowledgeable. This week, I went to a different Verizon store nearby who said there was no way they could help my mother with a problem with her flip phone. When they refused to even try, we went to Traverse Mountain Verizon store and they did what the other store said was impossible. Thank you so much!
I came in to figure out the cellular service on my iPad as well as get a new screen protector on my phone from the renewal plan I purchased with my phone, upon submitting for a renewal there was an issue with the account I had registered it with, Taylor was more than willing to help me get it figured out, he quickly looked up the 3rd party company’s support number and was there the whole time to walk me through process. He was cheerful, friendly and stayed calm through a frustrating situation, thank you again Taylor for making me a priority!
I bought my wifes phone here and they knew their stuff explaining how to use her phone and add her to my plan. When I got a threat on my phone, Eylan the manager took the time over the phone to capture all threats to me on my iPhone as to wifi vs cellular voice mail and voice box. Eylan was great as Apple couldn’t do it. He really cared and made sure I was up to par in knowledge, testing both the wifi and cellular and have all the threats now to be ready and not blindsided to the threats. Verizon is the best, but this manager Eylan along with his staff at this store has really helped us out. Especially me in need of more safety. If you can travel further, I recommend to go to this place. You will not regret it !
Male employee with the long hair - if your door says you close at 20:00 and I come in at 19:30 and you refuse to help me makes the store look bad - very poor customer service

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is a kid that looks to be about 18-20 who is the laziest and worst customer service associate Ive experienced in my lifetime. Only willing to help if he thinks hes going to make a sale, otherwise he literally says nope, sorry I cant do anything.I went in to the store once before asking for pricing to switch from AT&T to Verizon and he told me he couldnt tell me anything unless I was actually signing up. So I left - I wouldnt give him a dime of my money for a phone commission anyways.Went back yesterday (12/3/17) with my husband to take advantage of a promotion Verizon was running to get $200 to switch carriers and we were very unfortunately greeted by the same kid (the only person in the store that we could see). He said he couldnt help us because we had to go to AT&T to deactivate our phones first which took 24-48 hours and the promotion would be over by that time. Important to note the promotion is bring your own phone over - so he knew he wasnt going to make a sale and didnt want to put any work in. We left and called Verizon directly. The wonderful and knowledgeable sales person we spoke to got us all switched over without any issue and said he wasnt sure why we were told that they couldnt help us in store because it absolutely was not true.Dont waste your time - just call Verizon directly to get assistance from the comfort of your home. Youll get a lot further on the phone.We also bought new phones through the phone sales rep, so this kids terrible customer service lost this re-seller store money.
My husband and I switched from sprint to Verizon this weekend. Overall the switching of the carriers was a positive experience. It took a long time, but that’s to be expected. Shelby wasn’t our primary helper, although she did help us here and there and was so amazing. She was Knowledgeable, friendly, communicated clearly, and could multitask quite well with different customers. I’m just really frustrated that the gentleman we were primarily working with ‘sold’ us screen protectors and car chargers without even selling us. He just added it to our plan and before we knew it we were spending $200 more than we were originally expecting. At that point we were hungry and ready to leave so we let it be, but transparency and clear communication should be the minimum expectation. At least ask us if we want it! I know that’s how this store makes its money but we lost some trust through his experience.
I had an issue with my service! I was pretty frustrated, so I had to call the customer service people while in there lobby! They were very patient, and easy to talk to. Very helpful service, and I felt bad they had to be the middle man in all of this. They were great people and easy to talk to!

I had multiple phones with AT&T and wanted to switch to Verizon.I appreciated the one on one help I received. I didnt feel rushed or talked down to. Each question was answered thoroughly and in a way I could understand. Moving from one plan to another can be very confusing. I also got a great deal on accessories. Top notch customer service!In the end I left feeling confident with the choices I made and valued as a customer.

A younger bearded man was super fast at getting me my phone today and I thank him for that. I tried to make sure the cost was the same as going to an actual Verizon store and not a authorized reseller (I have always been weary of resellers), but no real issues at all. I get home and see an email telling me that I made a smart choice getting insurance...wait, I never was asked or accepted insurance. I feel that the dude just let that one slide while I was quickly signing things on a screen. Not cool, but I did call their customer service in Boise Idaho and a guy helped me out in seconds and I had that removed. not a 1 star experience but not much more when I could have been spending $11 on insurance I would never and have never used. Stick with official Verizon stores.

Terrible customer service! I have been getting phones and service from this store for the last 3 years. I purchased unlimited screen protectors and the last time I got one put on my phone it wasn’t put on properly by the store so it came off the next day while I was traveling on a business trip so I threw it away. Because I didn’t have the cracked case they wouldn’t replace it for me. I was told they didn’t care and couldn’t help me out. I wasn’t never told I needed to bring in the old case to get it replaced in 3 years. You looked up my account and saw I paid extra for it. If I would have known, I would have kept it even though it was inconvenient. The customer service was so bad by a incompetent manager by something so stupid, those screen protectors cost you pennies. Now you lost a loyal customer and I will be going somewhere else because of the way I was treated.
These guys are AWESOME! I got my phone from another store and they still were more than happy to help. They helped me get my new phone set up and get everything transferred. I highly recomend going and seeing Brodix, or Austin for all your phone needs!
David and the other employees were very helpful, patient, and kind. David listened to everything we had to say about what we needed and were looking for. They were out of the phone case my husband wanted but this store was willing to pick up one up for us due to my husband going out of town for a few months and really needed one before he left and they had it for us the next day!

I work a weird schedule and instead of making me come back for a product they had just sold out of, they went the extra mile, (literally) and drove to another store to get what I needed so I wouldnt have to come back. They were so great. Adam and a nice blonde woman, I never did catch her name (just her music preferences) were just so incredible. Thanks guys!
Very dishonest. They included a few up-charge fees on the account without asking and didn’t explain trade-in process accurately. Do yourself a favor and work with Verizon directly.
These guys were supposed to close at 8 but about 730 my wife and I decided to get new phones so we called ahead and asked if they had the phones we wanted in stock and if we had enough time to get it all set up. the person on the phone said no problem come on in! When we got in there we new what phones and package we wanted so it went very quick. Brodix, the manager there, helped us from beginning to end and was super kind about it the entire time. Even though we ended up keeping him there 45 minutes after they closed! We at first had a hard time transferring our data to the new phones but he walked us through the whole thing very patiently and made sure got it all taken care of before we left the store. If you go here make sure to ask for Brodix and he will take great care of you! We will definitely come back to this location again if we ever need anything in the future!

I went to this store on a super busy shopping day right before Christmas just to look at phones. I wasnt really planning on buying anything that day and i just wanted to look at a few phones to decide to purchase after Christmas.The store was a little crowded. But there wasntt really any long lines, the salesperson (Ryan) was not at all pushy. It was great! He was friendly and happy to answer all my questions and give me information without pressure to buy anything. He was knowledgeable about the three phones that I was thinking of purchasing and gave me a brief but helpful review of the three phones. I will be coming back next month to purchase my new phone and I will specifically ask for Ryans help.
The worst customer experience I have ever had with a Verizon store. We were told they couldnt do anything to help us and they just forced us back to the corporate phone number. This is what was said We are not obligated to help you or honor the promotion that was paid for not our fault this story is closed on Sunday. Do yourself a favor go to any other Verizon wireless store other than this store.

Ok well to start this off if I could give the sales rep Blake ten stars I would hands down. This man knows more about the devices he sales then most people know about their girlfriends. Went in looking to upgrade a couple devices came out looking like we went Christmas shopping. Got tablets to go with are phones, cases, and everything in one shot. If your looking for a guy to promote I would say Blake’s ready to go. Thanks for the great, easy, and fast experience.
I cant believe how patient these guys are. They have put put up with so much from ignorant customer. They sat and helped us move our account over from 10 years with at&t. Highly recommend.

Was within my 14 day return period, but the store would not return a faulty phone because of a small blemish on it. Verizon states they cannot do anything with the situation as this is a franchise, but would otherwise honor the return. Stay away!
This store played a large role in what I would easily call one of the worst day of my life so far. Literally one of the rudest employees of any customer facing organization Ive ever met works here. Avoid at all costs.

Chris Schultz was super awesome!!! He set up all of my information on my I-phone!!! I was trying to save my pictures and free up some space so I could take more Pictures of my grandson. I originally went to the Apple Store in North Carolina. I waited over an hour to hear that they couldnt help me because my laptop was not an Apple. Chris helped me with my I iPhone. He helped me save my pictures and free up space so I could take more pictures, plus he saved me money on my plan while I was in there!!! Great salesman!!! Ill be back!!!! Thank you Chris!!!!
I went to Verizon to upgrade my phone and add it to my husbands phone plan, we called ahead to check the availability of phones and when we walked in, Brodix the new manager there, already had our information pulled up on his iPad so he could start helping us right away. My old phone had some issues transferring info to the new phone and Brodix stayed late to make sure everything was perfect with both mine and my husband’s new phones! Great experience overall!
This is the second time l have had an opportunity to work with Chris. Both times he has shown exceptional knowledge in repairing my cell phone. This last time someone accidently deleted all my info. Chris, using the cloud was able to retrieve my valuable material. He even reconnected my Bluetooth. His manner is always friendly and professional. He deserves employee of the month! Ronda Weaver
I came In on a Sat for the iPad pro 11 256. They ordered it for me. I came back in on tuesday to pick it up. Excellant turn around time, especially over a black friday weekend. They were very helpful in helping me setup a new apple account since I never have owned and apple product. I give excellent Kudos for the customer service and turn around time.
Fake Verizon Store! After 3 visits in 48 hours this store is the worst! I was offered far better prices over the phone and in person at the real Verizon store. The customer service is horrible and their knowledge of the systems is subpar. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! The worst treatment of a customer ever! It may be closer but go to the real store in American fork or somewhere else.
Visited the store, set up a new phone on my account, ordered the phone, waited, no word finally went in and they informed me that I wasnt eligible for the upgrade. They billed me for the new setup and it took me an hour working with Verizon to get it sorted out. This store has limited selection, poor service. I found that Im much better off not working with an authorized retailer. Wasted 2 hours of time and 4 days waiting for my phones.

I ordered a phone online from Verizon and had it sent to this store. Big mistake!! I ordered at 10am. Didn’t hear anything about my order so at 12:30 I called GoWireless’ customer service. They asked for my order # and they called the store. The phone rep was being very thorough asking me my Order #, which types of phones that were ordered etc... he came back to the phones after calling the store and they told me they had my order and the phones but they were busy and was waiting for it to process but should definitely be ready in 3 hours tops. I called again at 5:30 after still not hearing anything. The phone agent tried calling 3 times and couldn’t get through to the store and told me to just go down there. That they should be ready but the store was probably to busy to call me back. So I drive 30 mins out of the way... 3 kids in tow during holiday traffic to go to the store. When I get there two young guys are standing at the counter not doing any and one other guy in the back is helping one customer. I talk to one of reps and told him I ordered my phone at 10 am for same day pick up and now it’s 6:30 and am here to pick it up. The guy acted clueless as hell. Said he has nothing for the order. Remembers talking to customer service but cannot find anything for us. He was very unhelpful by far. Didn’t offer to call verizonwireless or GoWireless. He had a tough luck attitude so here I am with my husband, three kids and trying to figure out why I did everything right, money out of my account for two phones but have no phones to pick up. I was really upset and after giving up, 45 mins later I left without my two phones. I feel lied and cheated. I’m still holding for Verizon for 51 mins now!!! Maybe just me but showed up at 10:AM as posted and they were only taking appointments. I did not see on the website you needed an appointment to come buy a phone.

Stood into the of this store until 10:15 waiting for them to open, when they are supposed to be here at 10 and eventually had to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer and they still weren’t there. Guess I’ll be making my purchases elsewhere.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If I were able to give zero stars I would, a worker there was completely rude. He sat on a chair the whole time. We walked in to ask a question and when it wasn’t what we were looking for we politely left and he rudely pointed to a sign as we were getting in the car as if we should’ve seen it before we came in. Completely rude.
I had a very good experience at this branch. They were very good at explaining all of my options while listening to what I wanted. I never felt like I was being pushed to any product, which was nice. At the end of the visit I walked away with a great deal that worked best for me.
I love Verizon. I had a horrible experience at this location. The guy just wanted to sell me something when I was just there to fix my phone that had just broken. I was nearby and popped in to see if it could be fixed. He reluctantly told me I had insurance and told me it would be like $60 to fix it but he couldnt verify it. So we finally left and googled it and found the price he had no way of finding out in less than 3 minutes and spent $19 to overnight a replacement. They didnt know what they were doing they just wanted me to buy a new phone for their commission probably. I love Verizon, just go to another store.

I came into the store on Wednesday night. There was no one in there, but it was really nice to see Juan straighten the inventory and not consumed by his phone. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. I asked him a couple questions about my new phone (iPhone 7). I was disappointed with my phone and he addressed my concerns perfectly and made me feel more comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciated his candor and excellent customer service. I didnt feel ignored or shooed because I wasnt spending money -- as has been the case in other Verizon stores. Thanks, Juan!!

Because I am on the Verizon prepaid plan they wouldn’t sale me a phone. I want to upgrade our iPhones. I went into the Lehi store knowing exactly which phones I wanted and thought I could buy them with cash, have them switch the SIM cards or whatever they do and go home. I was incorrect on all accounts. I’m a Verizon customer so this didn’t make any sense to me. Instead of being kind, explaining the situation and directing me to a place that can sale me a phone to use with Verizon, he kept telling me how he couldn’t sale me a phone because I am on a prepaid plan and he wouldn’t make any money. Now I’m stuck not knowing how or where to buy a new iPhone. I cannot believe how rude and unimformative he was. Unfortuneltey I could not see his name tag. The other younger gentleman working there was very nice and I could tell he was very uncomfortable when this guy took over. Don’t go to this store. It’s not worth it.

They do not really understand Verizon and the products they offer all too well. I had to explain to one of their reps that the Samsung Watch S2 has LTE capability. They wouldn’t believe me because they were mixing it up with the Apple Watch and stating that her “husband has a S2 and that it was impossible to allow a Samsung S2 watch to be completely stand alone LTE and that you always need the phone next to the watch to make the watch read texts and answer phone calls.” We went to a different Verizon store and they set it up just like that!
Verizon is garbage, but the manager of this store is a good man. He treats people with respect, hes patient, and he cares. If you have to deal with Verizon, this is the place to go.
