Love, love, LOVE JessaKae! Their dresses and styles are so beautiful and modest. I absolutely love the dress I got here and get SO many compliments on it. It was a little on the shorter side, but I am also long and tall (59). I ordered it online and had no problems! I love that theyve expanded their website and have more diversity with the models, too. It looks beautiful! Its so fun and Im happy to support local businesses like these.

JessaKae has the most BEAUTIFUL dresses! They are very high quality and have the cutest designs. I own 4 of them and I wear them all the time. They measure each dress in every size which is super helpful when buying on their website and they are size inclusive so they have a variety of dresses from XS-4XL.

The return policy here is the worst I’ve ever encountered. In store credit only, and if you’re later than 20 days they won’t even do an exchange. Instead they send you to a very depressing FB group where hundreds of other Women are trying to offload their now non-returnable merchandize and sell their pieces to one another.I ordered 3 dresses all the size smalls. Two of them fit as expected, the other was 2 sizes too small. I couldn’t even zip it up. I tried to exchange or return the piece but I was 30 days post purchase vs the 20 days in their policy. They sent me to the FB group where everyone is trying to offload their stuff. This place has the worst customer experience I’ve encountered in clothing in a decade. I’ll never shop here again.

I have only purchased from the online shop. This little shop is just amazing; Jessa really puts her heart into the pieces she stocks & really takes an interest in what her clientele want. Great quality amazing customer service you really couldn’t ask for better from them. You lady’s keep up the good work.

I am a true size medium in every way. When I bought a dress on their website they didn’t have a size medium so I figured I would size up to a large and just have a more flowy look. I picked up the dress and took it home to try it on. The dress was way too small, even after sizing up. The zipper was no where close to zipping up and there was absolutely no stretch in the fabric. Their return policy is also terrible, only offering in store credit. A store return policy speaks volumes in the confidence they have in their pieces. Clearly they expect returns by only offering in store credit and would rather have their customers at a loss than taking responsibility for their bad products.I don’t have much hope for any of their pieces in the future. As they only use xs models, I don’t expect to wear any of their items comfortably. No one should have to size up 2 or 3 times to get something to fit correctly. Unfortunately, just another run of the mill boutique only meant for the smallest of the small.

I will never shop here again. The customer service is terrible. There’s not even a phone number to call. Return policy is bad. I ordered a dress that didn’t fit correctly, they would not even allow for an exchange. I will never shop here again. I would never recommend this shop and even discourage shopping here.

I love their dresses but I find their sizing infuriating. I am typically a size 16/ 1X and I have yet to find a dress that fits me in this place. I was nowhere close to being able to zip up my dress that was a 3X. You don’t get to claim to be size inclusive when your largest size, a 3X is really just a medium/large in disguise. I don’t know if you literally are taking measurements off of 1 plus size body but you need to look into this. ALSO their in store hours are frustrating. 9-5 Monday through Friday? That’s when a lot of people work! If your targeted demographic is just thin stay at home moms, you are nailing it.

I have been shopping here for years. I bought the chenille teal sweater and wore it for a couple hours on Friday night. It snagged a few times. But then I washed it as DIRECTED. Hand wash load with cold water and I washed it by itself and I dont have an agitator. I think they expected me to wash it with my hands. When I took it out yarn is hanging off everywhere. I was devastated. I wore it for a couple hours and its a 50 dollar sweater! I took it into their store front and the girl there said there was nothing they could do to return it because I washed it. I understood but I was willing to do an exchange. The girl at the front told me the manager said to take a sweater shaver to it.....to the yarn hanging off? I asked her If I could see the manager and she ignored me...twice. I felt like they didnt care they sold a product that lasted one wash?! Just wanted my money. Ive washed more delicate things and have not had a problem. I told her this is unfortunate. I left a review of the sweater on their website yesterday and they took it down. Im not mad about not getting another item. Im upset about their customer service and how they shrugged me off. Sad way to treat an ex long term customer.In response to the owners response. Youre missing the point of my review.

I am obsessed with this store! I am located in N.C. but I do all my shopping with JessaKae online! I am amazed at the INCREDIBLE customer service I have experienced with this company. I once sent in an email at 10pm inquiring about a product and they responded back... 6 minutes later. If that isn’t good customer service I don’t know what is. Their prices are fair for an upscale boutique, and their shipping is quick. I always get TONS of compliments whenever I wear anything from JessaKae. I only wish I lived closer so I could go into the store myself!

I love Jessa Kae dresses! I got both of these on flash sale for a great deal. The material is high quality and both are really comfortable as well. Now that I’m expecting, I love the nursing and bump friendly options too. I also love that I can count on almost all of their dresses to be very modest but still stylish.

I just made my first purchase from JessaKae. I bought the Emma Solitary Grandeur dress in white, size small. It was too small when I tried it on, so I opted to exchange it for a medium. I was super disappointed in the exchange process, though. Heres why:1) They dont offer direct exchanges, so you have to return the item for a refund and then repurchase the item.2) They only offer in-store credit for items bought on sale (which honestly just doesnt make sense?)3) They dont refund any shipping costs, which means I had to eat the cost of shipping from the original transaction, *and* pay shipping to return the dress.All in all, I just wish there had been an easy, straight-across exchange process and I was very disappointed. Originally, I paid about $60 (including shipping) for the dress, but after this ordeal, the total - if I decide to get the dress in the right size - will be over $85. And if I dont buy the dress, Ill have lost almost $70. This is ridiculous. I honestly wish I had never made the purchase in the first place.If you live in Utah valley, Im sure the return process will be easier, since you can return products to the store. However, I live in Arizona, and its been *such* a hassle. Its a shame, too, because they do have beautiful dresses! It would be nice to make it more accessible for those living out-of-state. Unless they change their return/exchange policy, I doubt Ill shop here again.

I got this dress for a wedding reception. Nevermind the dirty mirror, the dress is amazing! The first thing Ive gotten from Jessa Kae and Im in love! It fits like it was made for me, Im 57 and wearing a small. The fabric is comfy and soft, and it is lined. The best part... it has pockets! Im def going to be shopping here more often- especially with their prices!

I would never buy anything online from them again. Terrible return policy! They told me I should have called them before I ordered to make sure my item fit. I did in fact check the sizing chart but the dress still didn’t fit and they were not at all flexible returning it after the holidays. I wouldn’t chance ordering online from them.

Recently purchased a maxi wrap dress from JessaKae for the first time and it was the most pleasant experience! Stayed up to date with shipping information, received it in a timely manner (around 10 days to a Canadian location), and adored the packaging!
