They say they close @930 but i got here at 9 two night in a row and they werent taking orders but employees were still sitting inside.

Every time I go, they nail my order perfectly and quickly! Usually Starbucks is a hit or miss. Some places are great while others lack in quality or service. This one definitely is one of the better Starbucks I’ve been to!

Drive-thru is super fast and they always get the order right

Had a good Frappuccino to cool off with. Java chip is still my favorite. It wasnt busy so the service was very quick.

If they take your money and forget your order and have you wait for 18 minutes for 1 drink while multiple people after you get thier 4plus drink orders before you. They should not take your money until you get yhe drink. Terrible service, they need a manager in their that takes thier job serious! Another damn good reason to support small businesses

Really nice and friendly staff, and the drinks we’ve ordered have been top notch every time. The interior is also nice and comfortable to sit in, and they also have nice outside seating here, too.

They are always out of something. You are a national chain you should never run out of syrup. You must need a new purchasing manager.

Went thru the drive today around 12:30. As I was waiting in line I saw two employees by the back door propped open and vaping and blowing the smoke into the store. I told the guy at the window if that was allowed and he brushed it off like it was no big deal. When did vaping practically inside a food establishment become the norm. I’m so disgusted and I’m really upset. I’m not sure I’ll go back to this location If their sanitary standards are so low.

Didn’t know they would have a store meeting at 6 pm today.. when I walked in with my bag, notebook, laptop, etc, I clearly came in to work. I only ordered so I can stay in the store. After I ordered, the manager tells me they close in 10 mins… and they made my drink wrong. :(

After I ordered my coffee through the drive through, I realized I had left my card at home. The sweet lady at the window was BEYOND kind. She went out of her way to help me. I wish I would have caught her name because she truly restored my faith in humanity today! Thank you kind friend!!

Says it closes at 9:30 but I went up to the door and drive thru at 8:45 and it said they’re closed- I saw two people just walking around the store. Disappointed.

Long wait times but really nice employees

All starbucks are the same. Clean, pretentiousness, flooded with laptops with hipster music and a menu almost entirely filled with 100x your daily dose of many unhealthy ingredients But, my wife loves a drink that tastes like hay but it super healthy and they always make it right and their drive through screen is a big tv so thats cool... anyways 5 stars I guess :)

I love Starbucks. The service was amazing and I hope the coffee i bought is tasty. I got the Guatemalan coffee beans for a present and the cashier was able to grind it, so that was nice too👌

I generally love Starbucks, and this location has the same consistent coffee and treats as any other. Once while I waited in line, the driver in front of me had ordered a coffee drink and then insisted they remake it because she doesn’t drink coffee and didn’t realize it was in her drink, resulting in a longer wait time for me. The barista gave me my drink on the house, which I thought was above and beyond (and totally unnecessary and kind!). The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is because there have been several times when I’ve tried to come here during normal business hours but the drive thru has just randomly been closed with no reason I could see why. Maybe they have been short staffed or things have come up with covid? Either way, it’s disappointing to be looking forward to my midday caffeine fix and then have to turn around and go somewhere else without warning. When it’s open, this location is great!

This Starbucks is a pretty chill location good music the staff are pretty cool and free WiFi I went in one day didnt order and posted up to see if they would give me a hard time. They didnt so unlike some Starbucks Ive been too this one is pretty chillax Id recommend it for chilling to do some work it kill some time. 😎😁

Ive honestly always had a great experience coming here. The lines are always long, but I still get my drink super fast! All of the employees are super kind as well and strike up fun conversations :)

It was good.. i drink Starbucks if i need it to stay awake, but not my favorite.

I went in the store to pickup a mobile order. The baristas took a long time to acknowledge my presence when I was on a time crunch to get to work. Got my order and my grilled cheese sandwich was cold and my mango dragonfruit refresher had no taste. Just tasted like water. What a waste of $13... Really disappointed

Okay this was my first time trying coffee and Isaiah and Aubrey were the nicest, most helpful people you could ever ask for. They told me how the different brews affect the taste and everything. Even though I decidedly hate coffee, Id go back because the service was that good (maybe for a coco)Thanks guys!!!

Been coming here more lately since I spend a decent amount of time in AF, and this Starbucks, while the drive thru at times is a tich slow, the drinks are consistently made well and to exactly what I expect.

Great! Forgot an ingredient in my drink but they were very nice and friendly and I love going there.

Closed at 12:30 on a Saturday! Seriously terrible way to treat customers when they drive out of their way expecting normal business hours. No other business is operating half days. They figured out how to operate safely months ago.

I dont care for Starbucks, at all. Their products are always very watery and sometimes the staff is less than decent.I think they forget they work in customer service and its kind of important to be friendly and greet your customers with a positive attitude.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! My favorite staff and the quickest wait time. I rarely have an issue with my drink and if I do they remake it for me without question. I have come here literally every weekday for over 2 years and they all know my name and my order and they are always so happy in the mornings no matter how busy it is! I cannot say enough about this crew its the best in all of UT hands down.

Great lattes if you can get them to actually fill the cup. For the cost of them it would be nice to get what you paid for. 80% full just doesnt cut it.

I love Starbucks!! The whole vibe of the place is super cute and chill. I dont drink coffee but its ok bc they can make really good cream based things and they have nice scones and cake pops. My most favorite thing Ive had form there is the pink drink. Its nice and simple, and theres sweet lil strawberries chillin in there too. The frappuccinos are really good too. I usually get the cream based caramel vanilla one.

Starbucks in American Fork was very helpful. I saw a specific drink on their website I wanted. Even though, he was not sure what it was he was willing to read the description. He was able to make the drink I wanted and told me how I can order it in the future.The Starbucks in Pleasant Grove just argued with me and tried to make me something I didnt want or in the wrong size.

Great spot for lunch. Ordered chicken fajitas. It was too much for one, it can easily be split into 2 meals. Great service, good food and a nice selection of salsas with chips.

I dont like coffee, but their water is cool. Ask them about it. But I go there to get coffee grounds for my wife for her organic gardening. This Starbucks rarely has any. The employees are always friendly.

As my house is getting remodeled I’ve found this Starbucks being my second home. The staff all remembers my name, order and have big smiles every time I go there. Truly a top notch restaurant with a top notch staff!

Employees were very friendly. Atmosphere promotes chilling out with friends or sitting and studying by yourself. It took a little while to get the drink I ordered, other than that, everything was great. As a side note, the music selection was absolutely phenomenal!

I always go through the drive-thru & the staff is always friendly. However, the sweet gal at the window this morning, Kelley (I think), so friendly, high energy & amazing vibes, & attentive. She asked how I was & naturally I say fine. I corrected myself saying I lied, Im so sick, I think I got strep from my daughter, but I still have to be mom. Thank God for starbucks. She chatted how horrible I must feel as shes had it, & my drink would be right out. When she handed me my drink she had written a message on the lid for some tea wishing me to get well soon & told me to be sure to take care of myself. I may or may not have choked up & shed a tear. I needed her words this morning. Thank you Kelley, you are a great asset to Starbucks. I hope they recognize that because you are the type of employee that will keep people coming back.

I find it hilarious when I get told repeatedly that I did not order what I ordered. I order the same thing every time. Customer is always wrong I guess.

I was trying coffee for the first time today. isaiah and aubrey helped us find out what to get and really made the whole experience. didn’t really end up liking the coffee but the customer service was so good i’d come back. honestly they should get a raise or something 😌

Ive been going to this location for years and I absolutely love it. Its a very convenient location being right off the interstate, and they probably have the best staff of any Starbucks have been to. The baristas are great at remembering your name and things about you, makes for a really good customer service. Also, its never super busy so you can be in and out really fast or find a table to sit at and study. 10/10

Go here every morning and order the same drink, 99% of the time they are spot on, Today however this new barista I have never seen before, a little brown haired girl wearing black tights made me the worst Latte I’ve ever had. This drink tasted bad enough I didn’t finish it and that says a lot because I love my coffee. Great place, great service but be careful who makes your drink. Stick to the dudes and the early morning brunette.

My favorite place

So I ordered a tall quad shot sugar free cinnamon dolce latte made with heavy whipping cream instead of milk but they mistook me wanting whip cream for my pups in the car. Not technically the coffee I ordered but they made up for it by my dogs loving their treat.

I love the staff at this location they are always friendly no matter what shift is working. My drinks always have the quality of taste Im looking for.

Im kind of put off by the cashier not being able to do simple math. Seeing as how I applied years ago and wasnt their type of person. But at least I am the type who knows the change from $20.02 is $9.10 from $9.92, and I didnt have to look it up three times on my phone. Seriously though, this kid gave me $8.07 back.

Go here basically 2-3 times a week. Line always moves pretty quickly. On the occasion that they mess up my drink they always give me a free one. Ordering online through the app always works perfect.

Nice new location. I love Starbucks!!! Just I wish this location had some comfortable couches to lounge and relax to the smell of the coffee and enjoy the music after a long days work.

I have always loved visiting this location. I usually drop by for a hot chocolate or chai tea. Their staff are always cheery and seem to enjoy their job and who they work with!

My wife and the others in her masters program used this store to study for a couple of hours. The food and drinks were great. The guest internet was good as well. Nice big store.

I dont drink coffee, went their to try the Creminelli brand of Italian Salami. Their service was great though! Loved their bagels.

By far the WORST starbucks in the state of Utah, i’ve never had to wait so long in such a short line for a drink, then when you’ve waited 15+ minutes for your drink it’s made wrong. They also ask you “is that everything” after anything you’ve ordered not letting you finish. Do your self a favor and stay away from this starbucks. Once again the worst starbucks in Utah.

I went in to buy pods for my espresso machine. Employee Dazzle told me I didnt need a bag for my three boxes, and when I insisted handed me a paper bag, still flat. I was holding the boxes and had to ask him to open the bag for me. Good customer service is all about the details, and this employee was not trying at all.

I love love Starbucks. I visit several times a week. I gave this location 2 stars and thats being generous. This is not a exaggeration. 70% to 80% of the times I have ordered, they get my orders wrong. I stopped going to this location and go to one closer to my work.Two weeks ago I went by after work twice. They got my order wrong both days. I should have known better.
