Service was unfriendly, unhelpful. A very grumpy lady.Sale prices did not ring up as advertised on food items.When questioned, the cashier seemed put out and upset.Coffee was luke warm.I will say the bathroom was clean and had hot water for hand washing.

Why would a convenient store be closed at 9pm when it has a gas station. Google says 24 hours.. yeah for GAS.

Not the friendliest people. I come in here a couple times a week. I always say “good morning,” “thank you,” and “have a nice day” to the cashier. I’ve never heard a word back from them.Other than that, it’s clean and well stocked.Update: I stopped going here. I just avoid it and go to the station near the on-ramp to the 15. Just as clean, and friendly service.

Employees were not wearing mask. I dont feel like the establishment values their customers if they have not implament a mask policy for their empolyees. Because they are not wearing mask they are putting customers at risk. I feel like it has become a known standard during these times that mask are required in retail establishments.Empolyees at Jimmy Johns next door was wearing a mask, so props to them.

There are a few very kind staff members here, I get excited when I see them because I know Im not gonna be treated like a nuisance, but most are quite rude, and unfriendly. They seem to be having fun talking to each other sometimes but when you walk up they wont look at you for a second then suddenly when they acknowledge you all the joy leaves their face because you wanted to buy a couple things. They continue to not really pay attention to you and talk like your presence is bothering them, then they wont say thank you or have a good day, you just sorta awkwardly walk away. Also it always smells really weird in there and is dirty. I only go because its the only gas station near me, I go all the time in fact and Im always trying to be nice to them hoping maybe theyll be a little less grouchy with me, but if you can help it I wouldnt recommend coming here.

All the employees are great. They have the best flavor soda around. They have a great variety of syrup flavors so I can make my own endless summer!

I’ve been coming to this chevron for 9 years and have always been treated with the best service. I am always greeted by Markee goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy and taken care of. She is the reason I still even come in.

This place is AMAZING!!! Fresh lemons and limes, and the drink mix is so good! The manger is Brittanie I think, so bubbly and fun. Good mix of employees and never short on entertainment.

Google maps says they’re open at 5:30am yet when you get there there’s a sign that says they’re open at 6:00. We planned our morning around that open time. Update your google listing so people know what’s going on.

I was in the store on 3/3/20. The manger was mad at an employee named Christine and called her stupid. This is completely unprofessional and uncalled for! No one should be talked to like that and even worse in front of customers.

Theyve got a ton of Torani flavors, thats a plus. But, all of the cashiers are grouchy all the time. Makes you feel like you are putting them out to buy something there. Management should have a chat with them

The guys that work the nights are awesome! They know me because I always come in for bags of pebble ice and they are more than happy to make me a fresh bag even when I dont ask for one!

It’s a 50/50 chance on if the self serve carwash is going to work. When is doesn’t be prepared for the employees to not be happy about it working and giving you a refund.

Stay away from this place! The bathroom was one of the dirtiest bathrooms I have ever been in. The place smells and the female employees need to learn what a show is. The manager Britney is one very unpleasant person.

Horrible and rude staff all the time. I came by a little after hours because me and my friend had recently gotten in a car crash across the street. we were waiting for the cops to come and my friend had to use the restroom really bad. the staff were still inside I was asking to use the bathroom and explained the situation and they still wouldnt let her use it. Every employee there is very rude and I will never go here unless I have to. (also everything is overpriced and dirty)

I only go here because I live within walking distance. The place is dirty and there are always at minimum 2 employees sitting behind the counter eating. Really unprofessional approach and attitude, but they do have cold Rockstars so thats why I keep going.

I purchase a refill card regularly(Weekly in fact). I only go at night. The workers are cleaner nicer and much more helpful and professional. They are usually some boys. They clean it alot .They are nice and funny and make the place seem like a completely different gas station and vibe from the morning ladys. The morning ladys. The morning is heavy smokey smelling grouchy ladys. I recommend going after 4 PM only. You wont get gas scammed you wont get treated rudely and they will be honest about the carwash being broken and they cant help you much but a referral to the morning managers but they are really sweet about it.

Never fails, terrible terrible customer service. Prices are way to high and their gas price is a totally rip off. They charging $2:29 for regular gas. Drive a mile down the road and gas is $209 everywhere else. Go figure. Workers look like their on drugs half the time and I work for OSHA, hmmm...

The touchless car wash at the Chevron by Ivory Ridge is terrible. First, I tried to use a credit card to pay for the wash but that didnt work. Then I went into the gas station to try and purchase a car wash. They said they couldnt sell me a wash and the machine would only take cash. I then put in a $10 bill and touched the screen to continue. The machine took my money but the screen went blank. I tried pressing the screen but nothing happened. No refund or wash options. I finally went back to the gas station to get a refund and complain. The attendant said they couldnt give me a refund and that I had to request a refund in writing through the mail. She gave me a paper with a P.O. box address, no telephone number, website, email or anything, just a P.O. box. I was trying to purchase the deluxe wash for $10 but instead they just ripped me off. Dont go to this car wash unless you like to donate money to a machine.

Smells bad, bad section of food, bad staff- one of the worst gas stations in America.
