I contacted Elevate to get t-shirts for a conference. After explaining what I needed and being told that they would be able to accommodate my order I sent them the sizes I needed. I asked for a final estimate to finalize the order and at that point I received an email telling me that they had received some larger orders and were full and would no longer be able to get my order to me in the timeframe I needed it. Essentially, they told me they could help me until a more lucrative order came along and then my order was bumped. They offered me a discount if I ever need something in the future - that doesnt do me any good now.

Originally started out great, working with Michelle then got passed to someone else. The orders then were consistently missing apparel, they were printed backwards once and then the actual product quality went down with miss matched colors, and most recently on the last 2 orders after 1 wash the logos were coming off.The only reason they deserve 2 stars is because of Michelle. Other than that the company really needs to improve on product quality, service and keeping track of orders. Extremely disappointed.

Very fast and responsive to my questions.Weve used these guys for years. Now with my new business they just did another awesome job on some business cards we needed right away. The team is really friendly and responded to my questions quickly. I made alterations on our cards and they worked with me and they turned out really great. 2017- Have never made any orders through Elevate promo however I hear great things. I did find a couple elevate promo shirts at the DI a while back and could not be more impressed on the quality of these Ts. Some companys still know how business is done.2019- I have since had the pleasure to do business with these guys and still smiling. Shout out to my designer Jen Black for making sure my whole team looked better off the court then on. I say that because of a sweet set of complimentary warm ups included with our jerseys. Doesnt change a 1-8 season but some things just arent meant to be.

I was referred to Elevate by another business and was very glad I used them! They were easy to communicate with, was able to deliver on my hurried timeline, and they even helped me vectorize one of my files! The business cards they made are outstanding quality and heavier weight! They are above and beyond the quality I used to order through the UPS Store and Vista Print! The packing fliers they printed are also great. All of my packaging and print need will be done by Elevate.

Elevate provided great design help and a solid product. I was ordering some Bic pens and there was a mishap with the order from them. Im not exactly sure what happened but Elevate ordered a second set of the product at no charge and rushed the shipment. Great customer service!

Elevate Promo has a wide range of products to choose from or you can create your own item, which is a plus! When Ive done business with them, both for personal items and work items, I have not been disappointed with their high quality results. They are a company I can trust.The only thing that Im not in love with is their turn over time. It seemed a bit slower than other companies. But I guess that may be the price you pay for a job well done.

These guys were great! I had a unique project etching about 100 glass bottles with a detailed logo and they really did a phenomenal job. Got me a price quickly, tackled the project efficiently and delivered the final product on time. Would use them again in a heart beat.

Not well managed and they dont own up to their mistakes-Correction- they did say they would take the mistakes off of our invoice after we mentioned it was still on the invoice (once again following up on their continued mistakes). If your company makes a mistake you do everything in your power to make sure the customer is happy, not the case here- they told us we needed to bring the shirts back in and made the entire process so inconvenient to us. Definitely will continue to take our products up to Logan because its worth having someone truly care what you want and get it right. I have never had to write a negative review, but after all of this I can honestly say to take your business elsewhere because there are other companies that will care about your products as much as you do.

I have used Elevate for several years and used to be happy, but in the past year I have been extremely disappointed. Im not sure what has happened, but they are very disorganized and confused when it comes to bookkeeping and billing. I have been receiving past due invoices from YEARS ago. I have sent them the payment confirmations that they sent me when my company paid and they have apologized. Then a few months later they send me the SAME PAST DUE INVOICE that we had already figured out. I was understanding when I received the first one or two, but this has gotten ridiculous. I was using Elevate because it was easy and convenient, but that has all changed in the past year.
