Usually inside the store, customer service is stellar. Employees are friendly and helpful. They get 2 stars less because at checkout their managers are ruthless. Horrible experience today at 1:10pm, and personal boundary completely crossed. I was holding my newborn who was crying and was quickly trying to check out as a courtesy to everyone around me. The manager would not stop harassing me about the upgrade they wanted me to make on my card. I kindly declined and said no thanks. My request was ignored and she kept insisting. After declining 3 times she still kept going on, my baby still fussing. Very frustrating and not a pleasant experience. I had to ignore her as I waited for my receipt. Please, if a person says no thank you, please be respectful and back off. Not happy.

I only give 5 🌟 rating if there was nothing to complain about such as this experience at Costco in American Fork, Utah. Was greeted, did not have what I wanted in stock, but not their fault🙂(COVID) store was clean ECT.

Costco is fantastic. They have great service and incredible deals for the savvy shopper. I enjoy that they have a little bit of everything. I am impressed at how well they manage a crowd. It was packed in there and it didn’t even feel that busy. Our checkout took less than 2 minutes.

My favorite thing about Costco is that the sales are real. They dont play those games If its on sale its not because they marked it up first. Sales are almost always great deals

AF Costco was able to get us in and put a new tire on our van in an emergency stop on our way to Texas. Quick and great service was done. Love this location already. Now I love it more. Was also able to see a long time employee of Costco Blake in Majors who has always been a great employee and provides top notch service.

We usually always have a pleasant shopping experience but at this location we had a horrible experience. Michelle the door checker was extremely rude and made horrible comments today 9/5/2021 at 2pm. Not sure if she was having a bad day or just hated that I had my badge on definitely does not need to have customer interaction.

I don’t have a good experience with Costco tire center.Got 4 sedan Michelin premier tires for $750. 2 worn out just after 10k miles and they say they don’t know why they worn out. After 10k more miles 2 other worn out. They say they can’t replace new tires based on warranty. I had to pay $100 for each tire to get new one because I already used for 10k miles.For every 10k miles I need to replace 4 tires by paying $400, does it makes sense??

Their memberships are great and make getting a lot of ingredients easy. This definitely helps keep my family fed! Their gas prices are also great and definitely worth the membership price.

Ok place but need to talk to their employees about personal space and boundaries. Trying to just check out my groceries and one of the employees is standing behind me watching everything Im doing. Inspecting my groceries pretty much. And was definitely only like 2-4 feet away the entire time. I do not feel comfortable putting my pin in when some dude is staring at every last move I make. So again good place. Employees need to learn personal space.

Best Costco location around. Not as crowded as Orem so it’s my go to location.

2 bad things:1 - they gave us an awkwardly long product check at the door leaving, I have several family members that feel as though they/we are being profiled in this location as others. Not something we typically complain about being a minority. They found that one of their employees made an error and scanned two products instead of three. I recommend you all handle the situation in a classy way instead of making the customer feel interrogated. We would never steal stuff, but of course your staff wouldn’t know that. Just try and make it less abrasive.Other stores would just have given the customer the venue fit of the doubt. After all the interrogation we went and paid for the other product. I believe the attitude of everyone just made us defensive.2 - in the middle of all of this, one of your employees comes and grabs the churro in my had that I had recently purchased. He turned around and said “oh, I thought you were one of the guys from the tire store” kind of funny looking back at it but was distasteful in the moment.

Least busy and best stocked Costco Ive ever shopped in.

Great every time. Only issue was a lady stole my parking spot. I was waiting before her on the otherside of the car that was leaving. My blinker was on. She never even acknowledged me, and this broke my little heart.

I have a love/hate relationship with Costco. I love the quality and unique offering of products as well as their incomparable customer service! But I hate what shopping there does do my bank account... but hey, I only spent $400 today! I can count on one hand the times Ive made it out under $100 but its only because they just have the best stuff! Buyer beware😘.

About 1 on a Friday is a good time to go. Just be sure to avoid all of the moms hauling their little kids around other than that not too many people.

Many items are not in stock, like spring water, grapefruits, veggie burgers, monk fruit sweetener and my favotite French macarons.I wonder if it is still worth paying the membership, if they cannot stock items like they used to.Lettuce, chicken and cauliflower suppliers are different now, and the quality is much worse.

Visited the optical center and had such a good experience with the employee who helped me with my complicated order and didn’t flinch at all when I mentioned my insurance at the end of the transaction. He redid everything and was friendly and patient and helpful. I love Costco for many reasons and I’m glad to see they have excellent workers.

This place is very good I like getting my groceries here I enjoyed their cheap prices and they sell so many good things nice shoes and very good meals especially for keto since I am Kido they have very good meals in there are stocked up with some of the best water Ive ever had and have really good nice delicious steak I like to smoke on my Traeger I love this place theres so many good meets so many different things that you can buy so many quick meals and I enjoy it definitely recommend

Its Costco,great keto food selection, and the gas alone worth the price of a card,and groceries to Same as Walmart, sometimes cheaper, they take food stamps,gas is great price love it..

Originally, we were planning to stop at the Worlds Largest Costco in Salt Lake, but it was crazy busy today. The AF store had almost no one there on Sunday afternoon, but it was fully stocked and very quick in and out. It also still requires a mask, so dont forget yours!

Costco! What more is there to say! We love Costco! While this location is typically always busy, they are able to handle it well. The location is always clean. They have things well laid out.When it comes to Costco, make sure you are getting the rotisserie chicken, the hot dog from the food court, and gas. Those are the things we get on a regular basis!

Great place to shop,great prices and customer service

First know that everyday at this Costco is a busy day so I cannot fault them for their overcrowded busy store. I mean busy like the day after thanksgiving every day. I think we can agree that is typical for all Costcos. Although they are extremely busy... Many of these people remember me if not by name by my face and always talk to me like a friend. Julie is the sweatiest of all. She is so caring and great service. I enjoy talking to her each time I go. Selection at the Lehi Costco is pretty good for the store size I always get flowers I want and fresh produce. I like the meat selections and the eggs they sell are great. The tire shop is not my favorite but I am giving all the stars to the store part. Great customer service, selection and cleanliness. I just got my 18 yr old a card so he can run and get supplies when I am out. It was like a right of passage getting to the age where he could have his own card. So awesome that he would feel that way about a store. That was very telling. They build relationships with their customers...that is what I like the best. Dont be mad about how busy they are. Think about how nice they are while you are there... get a Hot Dog, Pizza or a smoothie and just chill enjoy the experience.

Costco pretty much always gets 5 stars for being a warehouse store that provide value. I usually go to the Orem store. However, there are times, I come here. They have a slightly larger inventory of specialty food items over the Orem store. Other than that, they seem pretty interchangeable to me.

We love Costco. We shop here all the time. The store is clean, the staff are great, the returns are great, products are amazing, etc etc. Big thanks to all Costco staff.

Shout out to Gordy, the MANager! Have had MAJOR issues with the delivery of washer and dryer and he took the reigns. I have not received the order yet, but I ALREADY know he will take care of my concerns. With 40+ hours on the phone with costcos customer service and innovels customer service and delayed orders 4 different times....(aka 2.5 weeks...).. I am pretty upset, but Gordy has it handled. Costco did something right by hiring him!

It’s taken me a couple days to write this review because I’ve been so upset. I am high risk. I have severe asthma & a heart condition that flares up when my asthma spikes. I hadn’t left the house in weeks & I really needed things for my family. I braved Costco with a mask knowing I had to be quick because my asthma is severe. I even got a sitter for my son so i could be quick. 10 minutes in I couldn’t breathe. So I Took my inhaler then headed to check out without getting the rest of my supplies. I was pulling my mask out, not down, and the mask police started to yell at me. I told him what was happening & he just brushed it off saying he had asthma too. I just needed to check out & get out of there and he refused to let me use self checkout. so I rushed to another line and pulled my mask off. I apologized to the cashiers & told them I couldn’t wear it any longer. Another manager came up & basically said I could just cancel my membership if I couldn’t wear a mask. So I did. Well I tried. They refused to help me because I didn’t put my mask on. So they kicked me out of the store to help me outside. At this point I’m in tears. I had just miscarried the week prior and my emotions were high. They then came out & told me they wouldn’t cancel without the primary card holder (my husband) He works long hours and doesn’t have time to come in. So I demanded to speak to a manager. They finally agreed to talk to him on the phone (which they had no problem touching) They finally agreed to cancel & refunded me in full. I’m so disappointed with their customer service and their decision to get rid of medical exemptions. Not everyone can wear masks. I will no longer shop here or renew my membership. They obviously don’t care about their customers or people with health conditions. I’ve been a customer for 10 + years and expected better from them.

We love this Costco. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they keep moving some if the things I buy regularly, and I cant find them the next time I go. I dont have time to search for the things I need. I just want them to be where they always are.

I am sincerely grateful for Costcos special operating hours for those 60 and older (and other vulnerable shoppers) on weekdays during the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no store where I feel safer. They have exceptional quality and selection of products. The new self-checkout makes shopping simple and fast. Thank you for caring!

I am shocked with the experience I just had at this Costco! I was completely harassed by multiple employees about having my mask over my nose, when it pretty much was, it just wasn’t up to my eyes! Like employees following me down the aisle yelling “ma’am” “ma’am” you need to pull your mask up higher over your nose. The only time I was within 6 ft of anyone at that store was when the employees came right up to me to tel me to pull my mask up. I tried to tel then I was completely dizzy and get faint, and it was very hot and stuffy in their store. Their response was that they would refund my membership. They didn’t care two cents about having my business. Then at the check out lane, the guy was super slow, and I was feeling so dizzy at this point, a manager kept coming over to me to tel me to pull my mask over my nose. And she came back three times to check on me. I was in tears at this point, and felt completely harassed, like never before! And they don’t care. The told me they only care about the person who writes their check and they tell them the rules.

Always a positive experience working with all their employees, from the membership services and returns, to their vision center employees, their tech guys, and even cashiers. Only feedback I can give is, for crying out loud, when you have piles of boxes next to you at the register and ai have a ton of small items youre ringing up, for the love of all that is good and holy, PLEASE put them in those boxes! I shouldnt have to ask every time! Thats not how Costco worked anywhere else Ive been!

The quality of their produce has gone down quite a bit recently. The self checkout kiosks are some of the worst I have ever used. Not a good shopping experience.

I am getting my medical alert service dog in June. Today I was shopping and saw a pet dog. I could tell it was a pet cause it was sniffing things and being distracted which a service dog would not do as they need to be focused on their handler. Pet dogs are very known to distract or even ATTACK service dogs. Service dogs can get distracted too but this dog could have caused my dog to miss a life saving alert. I am absolutely ashamed that costco would let in a pet. Please educate your staff on the ADA law. If I had my service dog sooner then this pet dog could have been a potential threat to me and my dogs safety.

I LOVE the senior shopping hours. Safe and friendly and the items are usually in stock. I definitely shop using the sales in the monthly flyer. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My favorite is the 3 Costcos I frequent. Clean and organized. Nice workers.

We were there around noon, and it was much quieter than I thought it would be. They had extra checkout lanes so I only had 1 person ahead of me. The cashiers said before one or two were the quieter times

Gas pumps are clean and well maintained. Traffic pattern makes sense and is efficient which cant be said of all Costco fuel stations.

I had been waiting in line for gas for about 20 minutes before they even close the gas pumps and jarom came up and put a padlock on it. Instead of having us wait in line for 20 minutes he could’ve gone to all the other cars and said hey this one up here is the last one instead of us having to wait for 20 minutes only for him to put a lock on the gas.

From my experience their product quality is good, but their price to value isnt all that great. They claim to have high quality customer service, but my experience over the years has been mostly that they are very corporate and somewhat heavy handed with how they interact with their customers given the current social situation. My experiences with management over the years have been less than satisfactory, and probably results from a toxic culture within their management and leadership team. Given the above I felt that the only way to have a voice would be to leave this review, cancel my membership, and stop supporting them financially. If you disagree with their heavy handed policies, then Id suggest that might want to consider cancelling your membership too.

Absolutely love costco

Costco is great. Bulk groceries and affordable prices. The food here is awesome. We’ve only been to this Costco once, but we had a pleasant experience and customer service was excellent. We went around 6pm on a Monday and it was pretty crazy, so if you can, avoid going at peak shopping hours.

Always a good experience. You can tell that the employees truly love their jobs.

Can you say trash customer service? Proud to NOT BE A MEMBER ANYMORE, MANAGEMENT IS ALSO TRASH. They care about mask more than members, hopefully the profits tank along with the share holders.

I love Costco its definitely one of my favorite grocery stores but I do wish they had pantie liners. (A feminine product) Besides that it is great!

I could write a book about things that bug me about costco but as I was walking through shopping today I wanted to find something I liked and found a HUGE one. They have been at the forefront of covid restrictions but they dont do one-way aisles and I love that. Also, today was my first trip back in almost a year since I canceled. I used a gift card. Things went pretty well so of you are curious about shopping without a membership using a gift card I recommend it.

Also, do not come on a Saturday with less than an hour to close, as it is a doomed mistake.EMPLOYEES - 5The employees were friendly and were helpful in helping me find a few items I could not manage to find on my own.

Costco has the best and friendlyest employees and their return policies are unmatched in the retail industrie. Always a good experience and products we can trust and backed up with a great return policy. Checkout was very fast for a busy Saturday morning.

Good selection prices reasonable, friendly service. I just wished they used more of the registers everyday instead of just at holidays. That or bring back the self checkout because the checkout lines get ridiculous a lot of the time. Also trying to find a place to park in the parking lot can sometimes be interesting. But other than that this place to pretty good. This place is busy all the time.

As you can see from the picture it gets busy. Good news is that the staff works quickly and helps the chaos get through the store. Their pies are also amazing.

For three past ten years Ive disliked Costco visits for how busy it is and the difficulty finding anything I actually want. This location has front workers that are willing to help but the floor works often act a little annoyed when I ask where things are. And then covid has made the shopping experience almost intolerable. The manager here is unfriendly to medical restrictions (recently had my ear and neck operated on so a mask is impossible right now). I expire in February. I think Im DONE.Update: Unfortunately my membership is on auto renew. Dang it. I think Ill go to a different Costco. I found others like Spanish fork and South Jordan are a little bit better locations.

The pharmacy staff are really nice and very helpful. I had a prescription that expired and not only did they get it renewed, but they filled it all in the same afternoon. This is my go-to pharmacy.

Really disappointed when I showed up at Costco at 9 AM because Google said it was open then. What they didn’t mention online was that 9 AM is only for seniors and people of high risk. I was turned away from the door even though there were things that I needed right away. Really disappointed and hope that Costco will update their website so a young mom like me doesn’t go out of their way to get shopping done when they can’t actually get in.

Costco is ridiculously busy on Friday and Saturday and most evenings. But if you go during the day or Sunday’s it’s less busy. They have amazing quality and a phenomenal return policy.
