J Brooks made the entire ring buying process very simple. I visited many jewelers in the area and I had the best experience here by far. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything and they were very considerate and helpful throughout the entire process.I also thought that J Brooks had the best cost to benefit ratio. There were some places that had slightly better warranties, but cost significantly more. Similarly there were some places that cost less, but didn’t have anywhere close to the quality, service, and warranty as J Brooks. I think J Brooks is definitely the most efficient value for the cost.

I went in to get my white gold engagement & wedding band re-dipped & my band resized. All of my questions & concerns were answered, especially my concern about my channel set diamond band being resized (since there is risk of the stones cracking). I bought 2 beautiful skinny half round diamond Rings long ago from my favorite hometown jeweler on royal Street in New Orleans ❣️ Over the years my fingers have grown 😕 . So the first time I resized them both at the original jeweler who I trusted the most even tho I no longer live there. I was disappointed that I couldClearly see diff color gold where the extra gap was filled. But figured maybe that’s just how it’s suppose to be. Well ... here I am a couple babies later and my fingers have grown again! And I searched for a local Utah jeweler with stellar reviews. And it paid off ! They were SOoo Helpful at the traverse mountain location helping me decide what the perfect new fit/size should be. Less than 2 weeks later my rings were ready For pick up! It was exciting to feel like I juts got brand new rings ! They sparkled and shined better than new! All the same color around and much whiter than I dropped them off (thanks to a dip they put them in). The size was spot on! I don’t like tight rings so I wanted it as big as possible with out it falling off and flipping around to backside. Thank you J Brooks !!

They also accepted our trade in ring and we got a good discount because of it on our purchase which isn’t always offered at every store. We left J Brooks after the first visit feeling more knowledgeable about the ring world and feeling cared for individually, as one who works with a lot of people everyday I can definitely say that they did an outstanding job and would highly recommend taking a stop at J Brooks, and best of all they even gave us free water bottles, which was very much appreciated around this time of year.

I had lost so much weight that my ring would not stay upright. I took in my wedding band which is 34 years old. I asked for help with resizing. Since it was 3 bands in one I had to decide what was best. I was given the option of leaving the 3 bands intact and adding sizing balls. This was the perfect solution. My knuckle is bigger than my finger. Now I can finally wear my beautiful ring again. Before it kept flipping and was getting dinged on my desk. Now it is perfect. Thanks so much.
