As many others have noted random charges from this place came up on my debit card. I never bought from them before but from small research seems they are known for fraudulent charges!

My wife loves shopping here. This website offers a wide selection of items that are typically not found on other websites. Items are made with quality and the service is excellent. Many items have the option to be customizable. Jane offers a great way to work through reps to address any issues with the sellers on your behalf. Whether it’s clothing, personalized items or presents they have a great selection to offer.

I love Jane! Their items are always so cute and original! I ordered some cute bows a couple months back, and had to place another order because they were so cute! Definitely coming back!

Came here for a Product Hive meetup, Jane is beautiful and a clean layout. They seam generous with their space and involved in the local community. Two thumbs up.

I have had several items that have said delivered but they are not in my mailbox on my door. Whenever I try to get a hold of customer service they say that theyre out of the office but to call back between 8 AM and 5 PM even though its a weekday and I do call within those times. Or their phones are busy. And on the weekends they dont have a customer service open I guess but they will still deliver on the weekends. And Ill get a notification that my clothes are delivered but theyre not here I cant call customer service for a couple days. 👎👎👎

The offices are gorgeous with a nice, open feel, and all of the employees were really friendly and happy. Great culture here.

They charged my card fraudulently. I never heard of them before or had some business with them. I called my bank was was immediately ready to charge-back and return my stolen funds. I tried for a week to call them and left messages and emails. Nothing. Crooked thieves. Now, you get what you deserve. Jane LLC is a SCAM

They fraudulently charged my credit card, then rapidly refunded my card. (Credit Card Scam Trick to insure card is active) I contacted them to find out why they where charging my card as I have never heard of them.. 2 days still no call back from there answering service.. I reported my card stolen and requested a new card..

Charged my card fraudulently. Would not answer my phone calls. I never heard of them until I received a warning from my card company that a sale was attempted using my card. I do not know how they got my card number. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!

Ive had a great experience with all of my orders on Jane. And the customer service was quick to respond to my email when I needed to make a return. Look forward to seeing their daily deals.

Where do I begin? They treat their vendors horribly. They make you buy 100 pieces, put you on the bottom of the email list and you end up selling well below 20. They play favorites with vendors. If you dont believe me, go watch their site. In fact, Im sure plenty of other vendors will vouch for me on that. They scheduled my deal, and ended up having the EXACT same product running the same day at a lower price. This company is a total scam. Unless you want to go thousands of dollars in debt, then I suggest you go elsewhere! Youll do yourself a huge favor!

We find Jane to be the finest sites to deal with, as one of their vendors they are impeccable in the way they conduct their business, their employees are extremely helpful in accommodating us as a vendor, payments to us are always exact and prompt, their management team is very professional and is very approachable, we love their honesty and see them as a strong company.

I received an authorization $1 charge to my PayPal today. I have never even heard of this business. I have no idea how they got my PayPal number. Now I have to go thru the process of cancelling my account! From the other reviews, it DOES look like a scam; I will be reporting this to every agency. BEWARE!Also, it appears from other posts that you can only contact them via email. Not falling for that trick.

These are scammers out of santiago Chillir, they managed to get the number off of one of my credit cards and used this place to test it, then tried to pay their bills and bank accounts. This place is a hub for fraud.

They run unauthorized charges through credit cards and refuse to speak to you when you contact them about it. Ive never even heard of this company until PayPal notified me they were trying to take money out of my account this morning. Once I called them directly to figure out how they got my info they HUNG UP ON ME. Ill be filing a police report against them, as well.

Someone stole my Visa card from Minneapolis, mn and shop with this company thank God the transactions did not go through.

Never been to Utah in my life. Dont know anybody named Jane. Dont even know what this business does. Have no clue how they illegally acquired my card information. But they just charged me.
